    Mina's Fish House is excited to offer a curated seafood experience, with a variety of fresh catches from the local waters, supplementing occasionally with premium Japanese seafood catches. The limited seating is round-table, "omakase"-style starring Michael Mina's hand-picked local Fish Sommeliers walking the small seating through each delicious plate. This 5-Course offering features a tailored Amuse-Bouche, then goes into a cold plate, a hot plate, then an entree course, finally finishing with a curated dessert. Various beverages and pairings may be enjoyed a la carte. Maximum seating is 10 guests for this experience, be prepared to sit as a group and get personal time with the Fish Sommelier to enjoy a meal together.

    Delicious food. Portions are massive, so sharing is a good way to not waste food. Great service and ambience. It rained, so we were sat in the La Hiki area instead of by the water, but no complaints. Will return!

    100 recommend! Food was out of this world, staff was excellent dealing with gluten intolerance and making recommendations. The lobster mashed potatoes were not to be missed and the chicken entree was fabulous!

    We celebrated our 45 Wedding Anniversary at Mina’s. It was so awesome! They even celebrated us with a lovely dessert.

    We loved the miso fish,the mushrooms and the tomato salad. There was great presentation and service was quick and friendly. It’s very busy with large tables. Make sure to get a reservation.

    Always a great experience. Top notch service from our server and all the staff. The food was delicious and they even split a plate when my husband and I wanted to share.

    We’re in Hawaii. We were eager to dine at Mina’s, eat great food and watch the sun go down. We ate quite early. We ‘get’ that people want to celebrate, we do too. We found Mina’s to be a great location, but so noisy, busy and ‘stressed’. It didn’t need to be. Though folk at our neighbour table were loud to start with, they settled. Staff could restrain themselves and instead of a ‘NY city RUSH’ vibe, there could be a relaxed ‘island’ tone to this beautifully located venue. I think they can achieve this…just think ‘chill’, and ‘fade back’ instead of being ‘on show’. Diners don’t come to hear a server announce menu items across the whole restaurant. They come because they want great food and a ‘chill’ time with excellent food and service. Our server was professional, but ‘wound up’ and that - unfortunately, translates to the diners who def came to ‘soak up’ the relaxed island vibe. The Pork chop didn’t deliver. The prawns were ok, but definitely not stellar. The prices didn’t reflect this. I would not rush back to Mina’s. I had hoped I would be re-booking, but ‘no’.
