Catering: We offer a variety of box lunches and a la carte platters; great for corporate events, parties, picnics and other get-togethers! Items are available for pick up only at all four of our locations. All orders must be placed by 4pm the prior business day. If ordering for Mondays, your order must be placed by the Friday before. Large orders may require advance notice. Orders must be picked up by noon or after 1:30pm.
Private Party Facilities: We offer a semi-private room for up to 22 people seated or 40 for a stand-up cocktail style event. Please call for details.

Cross Street: on the corner of 4th Avenue and University Street
Parking: Public Lot
Parking Details: Parking is available in the Financial Center Parking Garage located directly underneath our restaurant on the corner of 4th and University. Once on University Street heading East, the garage is on your right hand side just after 3rd Ave and before 4th Ave. Parking is available throughout the day; prices vary. After 5pm parking is $4 with validation from the front desk 7 days a week.

"This was our second trip to Purple Cafe from out of state. Our server was fantastic; he was attentive, personable, but also knew when to step away and let us be. The food and wine was amazing. Highly recommend this place!"

"The service here was outstanding, and our server was very attentive. I had the risotto, which was absouletly heavenly. No order-envy from me! The wine flights were a real treat to get to try different varitals. I will definately be back!"

"This was a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday. The wine flights we chose were good and the food was VERY GOOD. The service was exceptional. Our server had a vibrant personality without being overly attentive. Just a perfect evening. We will most certainly be back.....Try the wild boar pasta.....I've had it in Tuscany and this very close to that....."

"Really not all that. Arrived for an early lunch with reservation. We were seated near the cold front door, drafty to breezy despite their curtains. At the recommendation of the server I ordered the vegetarian sandwich. Not much more than sliced cucumber on bread for which I paid $12. My friend got the tomato soup, all 1/2 cup of it. Dreadful, snobby, arrogant. Won't be back!"

"The restaurant was cold to the point of uncomfortable, it caused the three of us to use jackets. Our table was sitting under a vent. When we inquried to our waitress about the cold she said "the restaurant runs cold" and acknowledged that the table we were at was sitting under an vent. She offered to have us moved, but no tables were available."
