Private Party Facilities: Surrounded by custom gold leaf walls and a soothing color palate of green, gold, grey and ivory the private dining space can seat up to 22 guests or 40 guests in reception style. A silk, sheer curtain divides the private dining room to the main dining space creating privacy but filters the energy from the restaurant. Natural light filters into the main dining room and an architectural lighting feature highlights the main dining space and creates a conversation piece for guests.

The Pump Room restaurant offers reasonably priced, delicious favorites in a relaxed, comfortable, and exciting environment. The new food concept was created by world-renowned chef and 2011 James Beard award winner Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Original Pump Room menu classics were reinvented and… recreated by Jean-Georges providing his special touch and amazing style. He will support local purveyors, regional flavors and offer a “farm to table” experience, as well as a daily special chef's tasting menu of the most unique creations for a real surprising, theatrical, fun and unique food experience. At night, the restaurant's bar transforms into a supper club recapturing the glamour of the 30's and 40's with a modern twist. Offerings include late night tapas style small plates as well as local, domestic and international draught and bottled beer; exotic, specialty cocktails by our own mixologist, and great music. "The food was amazing as well as the choices of savory entrees and appetizers. It has many common brunch items, yet with a twist, as well as some unique choices. The waiter was amazingly friendly and well versed on the details of the menu, when we asked specifics, and the presentation was spectacular. The only improvement could be the time the food took coming out of the kitchen. Anticipating our hunger, a plate of freshly baked pastries were brought out, complimentary, to tide us over. All in all, a wonderful experience."

"went out for a girls night with 4 other professional women. we had a great night! service was excellent from the hostess on...no attitude you sometimes get at "hot" spots, just friendly sincere service. the food was good, the flat bread was good in the first 5 min but when cooled down lost its flare. salmon sashimi was excellent. but, the main show stopper was the cocktails...exquisite. and for dessert...more drinks and topped with the best people watching."

"I sought out this Jean George restaurant after going to Fern in the St. Regis in Puerto Rico. It was so fabulous there that I thought they would all be that way. unfortunately, that wasn't the case with pump room. We had the pretzel dusted calamari which was our favorite, but the sauces were not a good match for it. The tuna tartar was mediocre, as was the beef tenderloin with the side of carrots, which we were told was one of the most sought after in his NY restaurant. The scallops were very good, and the side we ordered was pasta with asparagus pesto, there wasn't much flavor in this. I am hoping the NY restaurant lives up to JG reputation"
