The Wine Room: This cozy room featuring a glass-enclosed wine display can accommodate 8-10 people. The Parlor Room: Featuring local artwork, this lovely room can accommodate a large round table seating 10-12 people and can be expanded to seat up to 17 people. The Gateway Room: The Gateway room is our largest private dining room - perfect for board meetings, corporate dinners, birthday celebrations and family gatherings. The sophisticated space can handle up to 60 people. Parties of larger than 60 may be easily accommodated in one of the adjoining DoubleTree Hotel's lovely banquet rooms.

"Probably the best dining experience I've ever had in the St. Louis area. Very knowledgeable staff & courteous as well. The waiter did everything that he could to make us feel comfortable & welcomed. Their wine list was exhaustive & the Wine Steward was so friendly & patient.

The food was excellent. This was my first time eating escargot & I have to say that it set a high bar for my future expectations. The filet that I received was perfectly cooked & meltingly tender. The only low note was the asparagus which I considered to be quite undercooked. It wasn't stringy, but it was too grassy & crunchy for my taste."

"I took my fiance to Porter's after one of my co-workers recommended the restaurant. The ambiance was great, the restaurant was clean and spacious. The patrons were friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding! My fiance ordered the 22oz bone-in Ribeye and he said that it was the best steak he's ever had. Our waitress, Angie, who's been there for 13yrs was great, full of personality, warm and friendly! I would and in fact I already have recommended Porter's Steakhouse. This is our new spot!"

"Our first visit to Porters in Collinsville was pleasant. Honestly, I expected a typical steakhouse that had a big price tag to go with a limited menu. What we discovered was a steakhouse that had a decent menu and reasonable prices! The staff at Porters worked very hard to make our visit a warm and pleasant experience. Sommelier Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vintages he presented. We sampled a few wines (for free) in order to decide if we were having wine with our entrees. The two selected were great but ultimately we decided against it. The steakhouse does have a selection of cuts and seafood on ice (I assume) and they bring the selection to your table."
