  • "This is always such a great treat for us on Friday. The porkchop lunch special is such a great deal and so wonderfully delicious. This occasion was lunch with my beautiful wife. However, we take friends there whenever we can, too. My father now asks for the Friday porkchop lunch for his birthday every year, and is the only thing his asks for on his birthday. Even though the restaurant is always packed, and service us a outstanding. "

  • "Once again, Perry's produced what can only be one of the best lunch deals around. I work across the street from the restaurant and love taking clients for the special "pork chop lunch". Since I book my lunch meetings several weeks ahead, I don't have a problem getting a spot. I would note that reservations are a must, unless you want to be seated in the dreaded bar area (which I have been, even when I had a reservation). My tips are come early and let the restaurant know if you are bringing a client. The service is always great. I love how the staff never discounts the quality of service even if the meal itself if a bargain. "

Neither of ours steaks weRe prepared as ordered and they just put them back on the grill causing them to dry out and be tough. At one point a mgr came out and asked and I told him what happened and he did not seem to care. Very disappointing..I told my husband that this place was better than Ruth Chris, our fave steakhouse, I was wrong."

  • "We were there for their famous Pork Chop Special at lunch on Friday's. The meal is a bargain and you would be smart to buy one for each person in your party because they will box up any leftovers, and then put the boxes in a special bag, for you to take home and enjoy again later. There are excellent wines at reasonable prices on their very extensive list and the one we chose made our meal even more enjoyable. The staff is well trained and our waiter's gracious service further added to enjoyment of the meal. To top it off, the restaurant is beautifully done. Lastly, even the bread was unusually good. The convenient valet parking is well worth the reasonable cost."

Because this was something she was greatly looking forward to, I thought a trip to Perry's would be a good medicine. As we walked to the restaurant she was surprised and having a reserved table made her beam like the sun. After taking our drink order and answering many questions about apps, the server we had was told to man the bar: which meant he'd need to pass us to someone else. This is where things shifted in a less enjoyable fashion. It has been My experience that the food and atmosphere at Perry's is always exceptional! Overall Perry's did not disappoint, however the servers style & method moved things from 10+ to a 3."

I made a reservation for one of the busiest times of the day, had a last minute add to my list and they were able to adjust accordingly. The hostess was very polite and quick on her toes; the two waiters that served us were friendly, knowledgeable, and super-fast. The food was well above my expectations and reasonably priced. Pork chops are for some reason tough for most people to cook; too dry, too “porky”, too bland, or undercooked. Our chops were perfect; very tender, juicy, flavorful, and cut into three very distinct experiences. That lunch made my Friday. Thank you!"

Fabulous food and great service, and the bartender makes a mean martini. Although mashed potatoes are served with lunch special, the potatoes au gratin are very good, too if you want to spend a little extra. The only thing that I don't like about Perry's is that they play loud, noisy music which is distracting when you're trying to have a gourmet dining experience."

You cannot find a better lunch that involves the high-caliber edibles for the low price that is offered. There is a reason that by 1PM the porkchops are sold out every Friday. There is a reason you must make reservations (using OpenTable) days in advance if you want to get a front-row seat to the dining experience of a lifetime."
