Diner Reviews
  • "Had an excellent meal. Pricey of course. Sea bass was outstanding. Salmon as well. Didn't have dessert. Definitely enjoyed."

  • "We were showing our out of town guests around Sag Harbor and decided to eat at Page. The food was good, but there are other restaurants in the area that we will frequent next time."

  • "One of our favorite spots in Sag Harbor. The scallops were delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was attentive. We will be back!"

  • "I was blown away by Page's transformation since they opened. Food was absolutely incredible, especially the halibut. Service was very good considering they were packed. Our server was attentive and very charming but not bothersome. Hostesses were very friendly and the GM, Jamie, made us feel extremely welcomed. I will most deffintiely be back!"

  • "A very pleasant early evening dinner on Main Street. Spacious interior, very good food, attentive service. We'll go again."

  • "Our first visit, on a quiet Monday a couple of weeks back had me excited to return to Page. This time, on a Saturday, with a full restaurant, was disappointing. I ordered the same item - Striped Bass which arrived tepid with a soggy skin, and the accompaniments which had been so generous and flavorful were skimpier and less exciting. A first course special, ravioli filled with lobster and corn was oddly flavorless and the pasta thick and heavy. Steak came with an unneeded sauce and heavily garlicked spinach, the quinoa pasta was likewise overwhelmed by garlic. I want to go back and give Page another try, but certainly not on a weekend and maybe not even during the summer."

  • "A simply wonderful experience from our quiet drink at the bar, to an amazing meal and desert. The fantastic staff rounded out a perfect evening. I will recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. See you again soon. Thank you."

  • "Food was fantastic. I had the scallops and they were delicious, but the toffee date cake was absolutely life affirming! We will come back."

  • "Everything my group of 4 ate was wonderful! Vegetable spring rolls, Mussels Meuniere (my brother couldn't stop taking about them), Roasted beet Salad and crispy fried oysters were all full of flavor and delicious. I had the Lobster BLT - crispy French Fries - took half of the meal home. The Diver Scallops and Striped Bass were fresh and to die for! Our server was attentive without being in your face. He was GREAT!! The windows were open this night and a nice breeze cooled us off. All made for a memorable dining experience!"

  • "We have passed by this restaurant by many names in the past and just decided to try 63 Main last week. Were we pleasantly surprised at the wonderful menu. I had a Haddock with mushrooms that was probably the best fish I've had all summer. Mussels were in a broth that needed extra bread toasts so we could dip as much as we wanted to! Glad we found a new place. We will definitely return. Waiter MIHAI made the night even more special."

  • "This restaurant has never disappointed us - great food in a wonderful setting"

  • "Menu did not have anything special. Everything was just OK. Beet salad here featured the greens more than the beets. Given the worst table in the pathway of every server and hostesses path even though we made reservation one month in advance. If we we had not be able to move, I would have left."

  • "Excellent food, nice ambience, attentive but busy servers, tables a little too close together. Would recommend."

  • "A new incarnation of a site that has great potential but never clicked. This might be the one that sticks. Refurbishment is attractive. Food was delicious and service very good but a bit slow. We ate in the garden room which feels outdoors but isn't."

  • "Reliable great place. Food always consistently good. Service excellent and always get a good meal. Love tables by window or backyard patio. Excellent menu with good variety of sophisticated dishes. Love their chicken dish. Always fabulous. Also wonderful fish specialties as well. Nice local crowd. Good vibes. Highly recommend..."

  • "Page is the alternative that represents dining, no silly hurdles. They take and honor reservations, they have enough tables, the food is quite good (look for chilled corn chowder with crab meat, mussels if you like them, watermellon salad, whole branzino, halibut). There are the typical Hamptons hiccups -- ac cycle is annoying as it has to get WARM before it pumps again and they lost fourth of four orders and my chicken was never delivered until I sought out our waiter. But I would return because many Sag options are silly, or about drinking rather than eating or do not take reservations."

  • "Food was good, service was good. A bit pricey considering we did not order drinks or dessert. For 2 people it was over $100, that was for shrimp cocktail appetizer, beet salad, a cheeseburger and the quinoa fettucini."

  • "Had a great time with my wife on the Saturday of Fourth of July weekend. The place was full but we were seated promptly. The noise level was high which was not surprising. There is an open bar in the front dining area. There is a back room which seemed quieter though I did not check it out. The food was great: wonderful burrata and heirloom tomato salad, very tender spanish octopus. I had local striped bass for dinner, my wife had the halibut, we were both very pleased with our fish entrees. The service was attentive but not overbearing. I've recommended Page to friends already."

  • "Service lagged on Saturday night because the place was jammed and staff was overwhelmed. Fish somewhat overcooked. Wine we ordered was not available and one of the desserts on the menu (berry crisp) was not available, both for the second time."

  • "a comfortable dinner with good service, Nice stop near the harbor. It is always pleasant to fine a spot that is serious, near a touristy site."

  • "When a waiter can't remember if he served us our entree, you know the service leaves something to be desired!!!"

  • "Fantastic pasta, esp the mushroom bolognese (best dish!) and gnudi with lamb meatballs. Sea bass and crab cakes also delicious, as well as the addicting olive oil bread... plus great wine choices. Definitely a go-to spot in Sag. Very happy with the new chef and will be coming back often."

  • "Food is good but not particularly inspired. It takes forever to get it."

  • "My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant meal at Page the other evening. We dined outside and enjoyed the sidewalk scene as we people watched while dining."

  • "On a recent evening the special local mushroom ravioli with lobster sauce was delicious as were the diver scallops."

  • "This restaurant is great for a few reasons. The food is consistently good under the new chef and his team. They're obsessed with local purveyors, and I'm a big fan of that. The quality is also consistently good, and the specials add variety. The deserts are also constantly killer! The wine list is pretty small, but it doesn't matter, because it's reasonably priced, and if you're not obsessed with wine, there's definitely quaffable stuff. Because a bunch of the chef's clientele are serious winos, he only charges 25 bucks for corkage, so most serious wine people (myself included) bring old stuff from their cellars. Service is standard hamptons service. But it's better than most places, because of the chef and the manager. NiceSpace"

  • "What a terrific lunch. The food was fantastic. Fresh, local and very tasty. We sat in the back "atrium" room. What an experience, to dine with a backdrop of a live garden. I was so close to home yet felt like I was on vacation. I look forward to going back. "

  • "I've had drinks before, but, never dinner. Went the other night with some friends and we loved it. Everything was wonderful. The food from appetizers to entrees and then dessert were absolutely fantastic!!! With the huge mediocre offerings in the Hamptons this one was a pleasant surprise and will be our new spot!. Go Page."

  • "There is a reason this place is never busy, the interior is nice and the food is ok but the server was very slow from drink orders throughout dinner, must be that he is French"

  • "My husband and I have been to Page 63 4-5 times and each time its just as good as the last. The service is amazing. Jaime the GM is always walking around from table to table making sure everything is fine and that you're getting what you need. Hes also very friendly and accommodating. The food is outstanding. The tuna tartare can't be beat. My husband is a vegan and always orders the quinoa pasta. Its so good that I now eat it also. Place is lively but not wall to wall people. I can't wait to go back. "

  • "I went to Page on Saturday night for my birthday with a party of 12. They have a new chef, James Carpenter, who is one of the best chefs in the Hamptons. The experience is totally different now that they have brought James on board. The food was top notch (even though James has not totally revamped the menu as yet), the service was energetic and helpful if not totally polished as yet. The place was full and everyone was having a good time. All in all a fantastic evening. If you have not been, go and if you have not been in a while, try it again. I highly recommend it."
