Otani Steak and SeafoodOtani Mother's Day DinnerI must have made reservations 10 minutes prior to me getting here and they had my name down and sat us right away. The food was better than any habachi steak house I have ever been to - the food actually had flavor. My grandmother was especially pleased because they cooked her shrimp in butter and squeezed lemon juice on it. The cook was funny and amusing. For a party of 20 paying separate checks in groups , they manage to do it without difficulty and confusion. They even served the bday cake which we brought and placed lighted candles and served it to the celebrant who was happy to have a baloon on his chair and lei around his neck ( turned 49 yo).
The whole family was happpy and satisfied with the celebration of Mothers' Day and birthday at the same time. Would definitely come back again for the 3rd time and more.
