  • "Was please to be able to dine outdoors at Olives. I would recomend to my friends and I would dine again"

  • "Dinner outside was a great get together with friends to celebrate a birthday dinner, food was good, service was excellent , and it was a pricey but good overall dinner."

  • "Was really looking forward to having dinner at Olives at the Bellagio but was sorely disappointed. The staff, from the hostess at the door to the wait staff and manager was very impersonal. We checked in for our reservation ahead of 5 other couples but was seated last and was seated 1 tables away from the front entrance, or is it the entry hall with tables? It took the server a long time to get our drink and food order and it took 50 minutes for our food to be served. I had the braised lamb shank which was alright. A local restaurant where I live makes a much better braised lamb shank without the big name chef and the big price."

  • "This was my second time dining at Olive's at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. My first time it was so hard to get a table we sat at the bar; the experience was awesome so I had to return for a table experience. The food was great service was good."

  • "We come to olives every time we are in Vegas. The food is fantastic and the mojitos from the bar are the best! We sat outside and watched the dancing fountains while we ate."

  • "Eaten here at least 20 times - always excellent - don't miss the flat bread or the carpaccio - both outstanding."

  • "Love Olives in the Bellagio Las Vegas....I go there every time I'm in Las Vegas and have yet to be disappointed. The ambiance, service and excellent food is consistent. It is definitely my "go to"! Try it out next time you're in Las Vegas."

  • "Olives was a good find at the Bellagio with a nice view of the fountains. We had the Beet salad and it was very good. Also, the surprise find was the olive tapenade - one green and one black that arrive with fresh baked bread - I could have made a meal out of this and a glass of wine! My wife had the prosciutto flatbread and liked it, I had the beef filet which was also good. I will say that for the price I've had better steaks at Flemings, Capital Grille and Mastro's...but I enjoyed it very much and would order again. We would return to Olives again on our next Vegas trip!"

  • "We chosed this restaurant because we wanted to sit outside. Unfortunately you had to wait 1 1/2 hour, so we decided to eat inside. The meal was bad for the price we had to pay. Also the waitress was not friendly. In the end I can say for this price you can eat much better in another restaurant, also you will find a better and cheaper one in Las Vegas."

  • "Service was fabulous, attentive but not rushed. Wine and drink choices extensive and comes on ipad for perusing. Dinner starts with assorted olives, 2 different tapenades and assorted breads. Cold shrimp appetizer so good and not ordinary. Dinner we had free range chicken and scallops. Chicken a bit dry but tasty, but scallops were FABULOUS, some of best we've had. Wine was so good (sauvignon blanc from NZ) that we actually went back the next day to get the name of it. Definitely somewhere we will go back to, have a fairly large menu so plenty to choose from. Plus view of the Bellagio Fountains is icing on the cake! :)"

  • "Keeping in mind what food cost in Vegas this was well worth the money. The service was great and the food perfect. You definetly won't leave hungry. The only negative was the size of the table. It was very small. I had to set some things on the bench next to me to have room on the table. Over all great experience."

  • "Went here with my co-workers for last dining experience together. Food excellent, service beyond excellent. The flatbread pizzas are very big, sharable even. I would come here again with a bigger appetite! Our service was beyond excellent!"

  • "Booked reservation for our wedding night 4 months in advance.8.00 pm overlooking the bellagio fountains. Sorry sir not available until 10pm.seated inside between 2 groups of men who were in competition 2 see who could bray the loudest. I had to sit next to my wife just to hear her.all .ambience was non existent, all the place is missing is a big bank of tv,s showing the game.the food was average at best, only saving grace was the waiter.at the end of the meal we payed and walked.left a sour note on our wedding day.this is a very restrained review for April the 8th."

  • "While the atmosphere is vibrant, not so must as to exclude a romantic dinner. The foo was surpassed only by the service. Wonderful Ceasar Salad. One of us had fish and the other pasta. Wonderful wine that complimented both. Will look forward to another visit."

  • "The martinis were fantastic. I was worried some of the creative concoctions would be on the too-sweet side, but they were just right. Everyone ordered a different martini, but we all shared a taste. And for dessert, we each had another martini! The chocolate martini was fabulous, although it was made with a white chocolate liqueur. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they brought a treat with Happy Birthday written in chocolate, complete with a candle. Our dinners were very good; although my braised rib pasta special was good, it wasn't exceptional. It was worth the wait to sit on the patio to see the fountain display every 15 minutes - although it did startle us a couple of times, when we were engrossed in conversation."

  • "Made a reservation nearly a month in advance and specified we wanted to eat on the patio, when we arrived they told us it would be an hour and a half wait if we wanted to eat on the patio (after we called to try to move reservation back an hour earlier and they told us no). The whole point of eating here is the view and we missed it. Food was ok, tried my friends gnochi, not much flavor, same with the beef carpacio"

  • "I am not pleased. I said that it was My wedding anniversary and you guys didnt do anything special. Also you guys sat us in the far back corner."

  • "For Vegas reasonable service and food....my dinner was ice cold....sea bass was cold; broccolini was ice cold....big systems issue here from line to table....someone should have picked that up....never go back...."

  • "Was a little unsure of this restaurant from reading some of the reviews, however, was nicely surprised. The food was excellent! The waitstaff came by every so often to refill our waters and to check on us. The noise level is extremely high and did find that we had to raise our voices to have a conversation but the overall ambience of the restaurant in general and watching the fountains certainly made up for it."

  • "My husband and I go back to Vegas at least once per year and we always make a point to eat at Olives. We love the different kinds of warm bread, the view of the fountain show, and the diverse and reasonably priced menu. However, On 3/30/14 our 2:00 PM lunch experience was disappointing. I do not know if we got a new waiter but certainly he brought our drinks and forgot about us. After waiting for at least 15 minutes for the bread I got up and asked a different waiter if we could have some bread, finally the bread came but it was cold and not the whole selection that we are use to have, after complaining, the waiter helper took it back to warm it up! During our meal nobody came around to refill the water or to ask if we needed anything."

  • "We had a terrific dinner on the outdoor patio. Everyone loved their food. There is an extensive wine list. A highlight of eating on the outside patio was the Bellagio fountain show. We watched 4 different fountain shows set to different music while we ate. I look forward to returning."

  • "The entree was very good. The flatbread Was terrible. I asked for a good table since it Was a 65th birthday and was very disappointed we were given table right behind the bar . I made my reservation 6 weeks in advance."

  • "This was our second visit to Olives at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and our meal was again excellent. We started with a flatbread which went well with an excellent cocktail and glass of wine from their very complete list. Our dinner was a pasta dish with sweet Italian saugage and a light marinara sauce. Olives pasta is wonderful. The view from the restaurant of the fountains at the Bellagio makes this restaurant a very special place. We will return!"

  • "Every time we visit Vegas, we make at least one meal at Olives a MUST. We love the restaurant but do prefer it when we can be seated outside with the water show from the Bellagio going on. We are never disappointed. Thank you."

  • "The service was well, just pushy. Every minute or 2 someone would come by and try to take our partially finished drink and get us to order another. We asked for one bottle of water and they opened 2. They kept trying to take our plates before we were finished. In hind sight I wish we would have let them have the plates before we were finished. One of our party got quite ill from his food. The rest of us just got really mediocre food. My friend ordered a plate of vegetables and she received rock hard Brussels sprouts, an entire onion, a bit of spinach and some asparagus. I ordered salmon simply grilled, bit into a giant peppercorn, and chose not to eat the rest. Oh did I mention they were trying to sweep the floor while we were eating?"

  • "Perfect reminder to a Las Vegan to get out of your nearby neighborhood and enjoy all the strip has to offer. I have been here a few times, 1st time was good, 2nd time for lunch was HORRIBLE! and this time as a late lunch, it was superb, although I notated my poor experience from last time in my reservation, so they may have been trying hard. The food was excellent, recommend trying the chicken sausage flatbread-divine, the two pear drink was so tasty & the apple salad delish! Hubby had the salmon which was good he said. Our server was awesome, very sweet & professional and the ambiance of the Bellagio fountains...anyone would enjoy ;O) Check it out!"

  • "The restaurant was VERY nice inside. We had a table by the window which you could see the fountains as they went off. The only drawback was that when the fountains went off, customers would flock at the window which would then distract our view. I ordered the tenderloin which was outstanding. Melts in your mouth. My sister had the ravioli which was very tasty also. For dessert we shared the banana tarimisu which looked beautiful but had an alright taste. We would have gone with a different dessert but the pretty much all came with ice cream and we were cold to begin with. The waiters and staff were very pleasant. Especially our "water" guy. He was very attentive. Overall, my sister and I were very satisfied with our experience at Olives."

  • "We scheduled a lunch celebration for my boyfriend and i's 4 year anniversary only to be told by the hostess that we had to wait 1-1.5 hours for dining outside. She was rude and unhelpful. We decided to wait for 45 mins to see how much longer and came back to find out that the wait time hasn't changed. Really disappointed. I wish Olives would be smarter and have a better system about waiting. Either take someone's phone number and text/call us when our table is ready or give us a waiting buzzer and it'll buzz when our table is ready. It wasn't a very good first impression and we ended up leaving and going somewhere else to celebrate our anniversary."

  • "We hadn't been to Olives in quite awhile so it was a fun Saturday treat. We had an outstanding early dinner with our daughter (11) and her friend. The service we received was exceptional. The menu was a bit 'fancy' for the girls but we wanted to give them a great experience so our service made them feel super special and made the menu seem easy and suited for them (lots of stuff on side...they both love salmon so that was easy). The cost was not cheap $300 with tip but the memory was priceless since the girls had a great day overall."

  • "We were in Vegas for a conference and dined at a few nice restaurants while in town. Hands down, Olives at the Bellagio was the best! We had the best server, Paul, who was friendly and outgoing and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. We were able to sit outside which was absolutely perfect (quieter than inside and a nice view!). And of course, the food was amazing as well....the Chilean Sea Bass was top notch. Don't miss Olives at Bellagio when you are in Vegas!!!!"

  • "Should have been memorable given the view, but the "frenzied" behavior of the wait staff made it impossible to enjoy. Watch the water from the bridge."
