Napa Restaurant, located on the Pool level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando, features food and beverages indicative of Northern California wine country cuisine. Architecturally designed to invoke the "valley experience," Napa proudly puts forth a menu comprised of ingredients that are seasonally fresh, local, organic and sustainable whenever possible.

Napa’s wine list is comprised of selections from premiere wineries found in Napa Valley and surrounding areas, as well as old world and interesting global designations.

  • "While attending a conference earlier this week I had to the opportunity to dine alone for lunch one afternoon (outside) and with friends another evening (inside). Both times my servers were exemplary (especially Rafael!) and the food was fresh and flavorful. There's a great wine list and the servers know their menus well. We brought along a 6 yr old to dinner and he was immediately taken care of with such great attention and care, that my friend and I could immediately relax and catch up without concern. I saw groups and singles dining here alike and everyone seemed to be enoying themselves as much as I was."

  • "Napa is a great choice for Lunch when at the Orange County Convention Center. Went twice for working lunches. Excellent food. Quick service (about an hour including the walk from the West Concourse). The Fish Tacos were great! Highly recommend Napa at the Hyatt. A little difficult to find, all the way to the left and down stairs from the check-in lobby, close to the pool."

  • "Recently visited Napa for a date night out. The food was superb, lobster Mac and cheese was full of lobster. Tuna with Avacado was rich and creamy and the crunch of the sesame lavash was a great addition. The filet was cooked perfectly along with the roasted bone marrow. And the salmon was melt in your mouth tender, and the crab "soufflé" was heavenly. The server, Allen, was delightful. Very knowledgable about the menu and the wine menu. He guided us flawlessly through our evening. When we ordered appetizers and entrees we told him to pair us his recommendations for wine, and they were spot on. The restaurant was clean and quiet and it was a wonderful evening. The only oddity was the music, didn't seem to fit with the theme. "

  • "Though the wait staff was good, the food here is substandard. In attempting to replicate the flavors and style of Napa, California, they didn't even come within the state lines. We had to send our entrees back and order something else, which still wasn't up to par. Get a cab and go to Seasons 52, it will be worth it. "

  • "This was truly the worst dining experience I have ever had. The food was fair but the service was absolutely dreadful. We waited almost one hour just to get our drink order and then our food order took another hour. We had to contact the host and the manager several times throughout the mail just to get our food brought to us. It is clear that the service in this restaurant is nonexistent. The restaurant then have the nerve to add a gratuity of almost 20% for our party of six."

  • "Group dining is frequently challenging but not at Napa. Menus were solid and customizations were an option. On night of the event, service was attentive, meal was not rushed, and everyone commented on the quality of their meal. We would easily consider returning to Napa when in Orlando."

  • "We had the special Valentine's menu which was very good except for the risotto which was raw for both of us the server got two new orders but then seem to imply that it was some kind of rice and was supposed to be like that I told him that I had many risotto before and it can never be raw!. The service was hurried and not attentive very impersonal. We had breakfast there two mornings and it was great both good and service, they need to fix their night staffs, we'll consider going again and see if it changes for the better."

  • "I took my wife to Napa for Valentine's day and the experience overall was a good one. Our reservations were at 6 and we arrived ten minutes early. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not seating people yet and the bar wasn't prepared to be opened either, so we had to wait in the lobby for the next fifteen minutes. The service was a little slow considering that the crowd had not yet gotten there for the later rush. It was a little obvious that the kitchen was behind in getting ready. The food was very good, although the selection was more limited than I expected for a restaurant at this level. Also, the portions were moderate, although we left satisfied. I wouldn't be opposed to eating there again by any means, but I'm not in a rush to."

  • "We chose this restaurant from the list available for Orlando's Magical Dining Month and it did not disappoint. We each chose a different appetizer and had a taste of the other's dish. The roasted pineapple vinaigrette on the bibb lettuce salad was amazing, but the squash soup with sage and toasted marshmallow was incredible! We both chose the filet mignon with huckleberry demiglace which was accompanied by brussel sprout and smoked bacon risotto. To finish, we had both the nutty brownie which was more a chocolate mousse which was creamy and decadent and the apple crumb cake with ice cream and candied walnuts was quite light and more like a bread pudding. The service was quite good and the atmosphere is very pleasant."

Service staff was extremely attentive without being overbearing and very cordial. The food was very flavorful with eye-catching presentation and moderate portion sizes. The wines by the glass selection was well suited to be paired with anything on the menu. We went for Magical Dining month, so the value was great. If not, the menu was on the pricy side."

  • "Disappointed. We love the Peabody hotel, but i guess there's a reason this restaurant was nearly empty. The food is overpriced and small portions. However the food did taste good. Somehow the service was slow even though only 4 tables were occupied in the entire restaurant. Definitley would not go again. If you're staying at the hotel you're better off at the Beeline Diner or take a cab to a nearby restaurant."
