    This is one of our favorite stops when having to go to O'Hare, but not this time. The service, which is normally incredible, was horrendous and strange. No hostess to accept our bar reservation with an odd welcoming from the staff that asked if we had a reservation, but never ackknoledge that we did or ask or name on the reservation. We got menus fairly quick and tried to quickly order 2 glasses of wine for the two of us. Ordered the wine, but bartender and server left, recieved our wine about 15 minutes later. We shouted in an appetizer order when we saw ne of our new favorites, the Shrimp Louie Bites, pass by, something we did see on the menu. Well, the Shrimp Louie Bites arrived about 30 minutes later after an employee asked if we had recieved our order. Also, we love Morton's bread, and always offered, not this time with horrific service. One of our favorites was awful this time. The shrimp was mushy, small, and gross. It had come with avocado in the past, but that was not on the dish. I did go to the lower level bar to see if a familiar server or bartender was working down there, but not the case. Service looked as bad down there at a glance. We packed up and finished dinner at Gibson's down the street, it was just too much of a disaster to stay, the horrific service and terrible food. An note, this is one of our favorite stops and restaurants normally.

    The food is incredible. Service was good and friendly. Only thing I would change would be to have signage to tell new patrons that dining room is downstairs. Caused a little confusion for us. But a very small inconvenience for the level of the food. Would always recommend. Not cheap but worth every penny.

    The food, cocktails, service and ambiance were exactly what you would expect from a high end steakhouse. Everyone in our group were impressed and want to go back.

    We had an excellent time at Mortons Rosemont; we were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary! Carlos our server was gracious and efficient. He took our picture with his camera and printed it out; table had already been set with an anniversary card as well as flowers. Aside from our delicious steaks we had a complimentary dessert to top it all. It was an anniversary not to be forgotten thanks to Carlos and the Mortons establishment

    My family choose Morton’s Rosemont for my 50th birthday, my daughters birthday and 2 of my kids graduating college, and we made a great choice. They acknowledge everyone’s special occasion at the table and made sure we all felt special. I want to thank the management of Wendy, Ryan and Brett for making sure everything was absolutely perfect. And the service by Hilda, Adriana and Andreas was outstanding. They made sure that everyone had exactly what they wanted and made the experience top notch. And last but definitely not least, thank you to the kitchen staff. Our food was excellent, everything tasted great and looked amazing. We will continue to celebrate all our special occasions with Morton’s Rosemont. So to the whole team at Rosemont THANK YOU

    Everything was amazing, however, my party of 3 was seated at a half (round) booth. We had plenty of space but being in a half circle was awkward for the person in the middle who had to constantly rotate their head 180 degrees.

    Aside from everything being great, the only complaint we had was the attire that other clientele was wearing. They allowed people to wear head coverings and hats, T shirts, shorts, gym shoes and sweat pants. Not what you would expect from an upscale restaurant. The dress code should be enforced.
