  • "We went on a Saturday night around 7pm for dinner. We were greeted on the spot and taken straight to our table. We did use the online reservation system but the restaurant was only about 1/2 full. The waiter was spot on with the specials of the evening and all the normal activities needed to make it like it should be. We each had a cocktail which were great and the steaks were perfect. Now wether two drinks, a salad, a side and two steaks is worth $200.00 is for you to decide."

  • "We were in Orlando for an Anniversary get away and decided to have dinner @ Morton's. Can't say enough good things about it. This was one of the top 5 Meals I've had in my lifetime, and we've had meals all over the country. The Shrimp Alexander was to die for. Lobster Cocktail was good, but for my money, roast the lobster to prevent rubbery texture. That would be the only complaint about this stupendous meal. "B" our waitress was wonderful and the staff took the time to do little touches which made the evening memorable. WE will definitely make this our go to special place when we're in Orlando. Rod and Dan."

  • "Service was extremely slow especially considering we were the first customers & told the waitress that we were on a tight schedule as we had to get to the airport. We have been to this location many times & this is the slowest service yet. Customers who came after us received their orders before us. We were seated 1/2 hour before our order was taken. We told the waitress in our first conversation that we were on a tight schedule which is why our reservation was at 5:30. Disappointed."

  • "I will say in advance, that we went to Morton's because we had a $200 gift card. I can't say that this would be my choice for date night with my husband w/o the gift card. Here's why: The food was very good as expected. The filet was cooked to perfection, wine selection is great, we had the Apple Crisp for desset and it was enough for 2 people, very yummy. I have no complaints. I do have to warn that this restaurant is best suited for a "Special Occasion" unless you're used to paying $100+ per person for dinner on a regular basis - This is NOT meant as a bad thing, just a fair warning. Service was very good, server was very egaging."

Drinks were slow in coming, there were only two non-seafood appetizer choices (one of which they ran out of) the salads showed up late, and the entrees arrived 30 seconds later. The only thing that came quickly was the check. To their credit, they took the salads off the bill, but overall it was a sub-par Morton's experience."

  • "From the moment we came in we were greeted by a friendley smile. Our waitor was extremely nice an attentive and presented us with personalized menus "Happy 15th anniversary" that made us feel special. Then someone from the satff took our photo and presented it to us in an Anniversary card that we now happily display on our fireplace. The food was delicious, the ambience was amazing and we were treated very well. Couldn't have asked for much more for our anniversary dinner."

  • "The service and food was good. We had everything from steaks, to seafood and vegetables. Be prepared to spend nearly $100 per person. The entre's are all priced over $35 with most of the steaks being in the $50 range. Everything is ala carte. Salads are over $12 per, and the sides are large enough to share but they are also pricey being in the $15-$20 range. The appetizers are also in the $15-$25 range. You could keep the bill down if you had no alcohol, but a good glass of wine at dinner will set you back between $15-$20. The best deal is in the lounge very early at the happy hour. I will tell you that I have been to the happy hour at Flemings in Winter Park and it is a better happy hour and less expensive."

  • "What a waste of $235 for two! I ordered the ribeye, and the overall quality was not that great. I know ribeyes have a lot of fat, but the quality of the meat overall was just average. My friend's filet was very good. The $13 baked potato had clearly been sitting under a warmer for a long time, as it was hard inside. The broccoli was good. Our server was very nice, but I had to request for a water refill several times. I drink a lot of water, but when I pay these prices, it shouldn't be an issue. Each of us had one glass of moderately priced wine, and our bill with tip was $235. I would much rather go to Linda's La Cantina for 50% of that. I'm not sure why people go here, and we will never return."

  • "I've lived in Orlando somce1985. This was my first and probably only visit. Don't get me wrong , food and service were not the issue. The pricing was. There is a limit between charging for good food etc and just overcharging. I sat at my table for the first 10 minutes starring at the menu getting angry. This is not New York City. Prices were insulting. I go to nice restaurants frequently and make a decent living. It's not the money but more of the principal. While it was good, I feel like I got ripped off and paid for the privilege of eating there. This place is clearly set up to serve the elite and expense account holders. Good food but just insulting prices."

  • "We were really disappointed. Food was really overpriced for the quality. Though the steak was really good, it tasted exactly like one would get at Longhorn Steakhouse...but Longhorn will cost you around $20 with fries or a choice of side where at Morton's it was $61 (no sides included). The service was not at the level you would expect for the price. We had to remind our server that we still hadn't gotten our soft drinks 10 minutes after we ordered them. On top of that, our waiter kept disappearing so refills were far between. We have received way better service at other restaurants even at their busiest. For the almost $200 we spent on dinner for 2 people, we both walked out feeling like we paid about $150 too much."

The only complaint would be the noise level. To be able to hear my dining companion, we had to talk loudly. I was more comfortable eating in silence."

The food was good, but the small filet and lobster dinner was definitely not worth the $55 cost. Stick with the bigger filet for the money."

  • "I've been living in Central Florida for close to twenty years, and have heard nothing but praise for Morton's. Since it was a milestone birthday this year, we decided to go with a party of four for dinner and drinks. We were seated promptly and served our waters. We then waited for twenty minutes before our waiter arrived to take our drink orders. Drinks were well made well, unfortunately, getting a refill proved problematic, as we had to flag our server down every time. We ordered an assortment of items, appetizers, salads, steaks, and lobster. Two of the three steaks were cooked incorrectly, but we couldn't tell our server as he disappeared after serving them. All in all, a disappointing night for such a well reviewed restaurant."

  • "Up until this visit, Morton's has been my "go-to" restaurant when I know I want to provide someone with a five-star dining experience. However, on this occasion, Morton's disappointed me by simply being "on par" with far more inferior chain steakhouses. For the sake of brevity, I'll just say that this experience at Morton's was lackluster. It wasn't bad, but I wasn't impressed either. We experienced the kind of service I'd expect for a $50 steak dinner for two, not a $250+ tab. The food was the saving grace of the evening - stellar steaks and sides, as always. I'm likely to return to Morton's in the future, but perhaps with more hesitation if it is a special occasion. To me, Morton's (unfortunately) dropped the ball this time."

  • "The food is always awesome at Morton's. Just do not book to go there on a special occasion or big night like Valentines! They put together cheap tables and packed them into the restaurant, we unfortunately got one of the cheap tables and my fiances and I were not able to sit next to each other...so we had to sit across from each other......which would normally be ok....but since it was a special night and the noise level was loud we had to yell across the table to each other. The services was a little slow as well. Great place to go just not on a holiday!"
