    Our Demonstration Cooking Classes are presented classroom style, where you will watch the chef prepare his menu, providing step-by-step procedures and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. Our classes are always fun and informative and the company is always congenial.           The food has been really top notch here. This time the lasagna was mostly hamburger meat, very little marinara sauce and did not really seem like lasagna. When the site realized that my wife didn’t like it they did comp her meal, although she did not complain. Kudos for the MA’s manager noticing. My fish special was tile fish which was slightly undercooked, with the skin on and it smelled and tasted “fishy”. It was on a bed of watery mashed potatoes. I ate the fish although it was not very good. They did comp us lemoncello which is delicious. The service was very good. All in all this trip was a little disappointing.

          This is our first trip to Hilton Head . Out of our 5 dinner nights , we chose 2 nights at Michael Anthony’s . Both nights , the food and level of service were beyond exceptional . We have travelled extensively and have been to many Italian restaurants- this is one of the best . Tonight, we witnessed a very unruly customer who was verbally abusive to the female manager . She handled the moment with the utmost of poise , patience , and class . I would highly recommend visiting this fantastic restaurant anytime you visit this area .

          One of the top restaurants on the island. Excellent food and service. Beef osobuco was a special and was outstanding. My wife had tagliatelle, her regular choice.

          The service was good. I ordered the shells & sausage. I was barely able to eat it. It was SO spicy/hot. When the waiter picked up my plate with almost half the entree still there, I mentioned how hot it was. He said, “oh, we could have dialed down the red peppers”. I think it would have been wise of him to say when ordering, “That dish is very spicy, would you like it less spicy?” My dining partner ordered the shrimp & scallop risotto & was very pleased.

          We were celebrating an anniversary and were treated to a table beside the chef cooking for a group and given champagne. The chef offered us small bites of his creations. The meal and service were great
