   Was very busy. A little noisy. Quieted down as people left. Had a side of asparagus, inedible, too much salt. Waitress took it off the bill. That was very good.

   Great experience - we were seated when we arrived (arrived 10 min early), nice table setup, good salid, main dishes and desert. Waiters were polite and attentive ... they refilled drinks (water and ice tea) before asking. The bill was accurate and receipt generated at the table.

   Everything was very good. All the food served meet expectations except the veal chop which I found to be too fatty. Other than that the service was excellent and our reservation and timing of getting our food was great!

   My wife and I were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary and selected Meritage - East Greenwich, for our choice - never disappointed and close to home, it was the place to go! Although it was Cinco de Mayo, we were placed in a corner table where there was a "resemblance of quiet!" Kailin, our waitress, couldn't have been nicer, attentive and knowledgeable! Bread, butter and dipping oil came immediately with our dishes beautifully presented by the gentleman "runner." My wife had the Oven Roasted Cod with a bacon crusted topping, asparagus and mashed potatoes. She loved the large portion she received and took the remaining half home for a "midnight snack! My Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection - a beautiful char on the outside (with lobster butter on top) and middle-well inside - again, the way I like it! Mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes were the standard sides. Not wanting to be a glutton, I saved 1/4 of the meal for a Tuesday dinner! As I stated, the service by Kailin was "top-shelf" - the 8oz goblet of Rose that I ordered was taken care of by Kailin as a congratulations on our 52nd wedding anniversary! Were so grateful for a wonderful evening and a dining experience that we will truly remember! Harry Waterman, East Greenwich, RI

   Service & food excellent, ambiance could use some intervention such as privacy screens/high backs or something ~ it’s nice but bland. All in all a pleasant tasty experience. $$$$
