  • "We had cocktails here on the first night of our honeymoon. We got a window seat and had made a reservation for this so would recommend doing the same but asking for a table on the side opposite the airs, this is where the better views are. Cocktails were pricey but really good! The setting is lovely, if we'd had time I would've liked to check out the tea lounge next door as well worth a visit."

  • "Our first evening in Vegas was spent here, and it was a great intro to the city. We had made a reservation, and were shown to a table right by the window overlooking the boulevard at sunset. Beautiful! The service was attentive, but unrushed. The small plates were delicious. i especially enjoyed the lemongrass mojito--not a usual drink offering. The place was packed when we left around 9pm."

  • "Stopped in for a few drinks before wandering the strip for the night. Great window table, view of the strip, and nice place to take in the sights, and have a couple of drinks. Would recommend for the view alone. Service was amazing."

  • "Classiest bar on the strip by far. Reminded me of WP24, Wolfgang Puck's bar on the 24th floor of the Ritz in Downtown LA. Similar concept, 5 star hotel with a bar located on the middle floors with a grand view of the strip. Beautiful ambiance, floor to ceiling windows, laid back vibe with low chairs and tables seated around the view. Good bar food. We came here Friday around 5:30 for drinks and appetizers. It was very quiet at this time, not a lot of guests yet and it was nice having the place to ourselves. They have an extensive cocktail menu and the drinks we ordered were all good. We ordered the charcuterie board for an appetizer and the meats and cheeses were all delicious."

  • "Wife and I knew that our Vegas vacation was going to be rowdy when we met up with the gang. So before everyone got to town, the two of us spent an evening getting after-supper drinks here. It was the perfect place to share some chill alone-time before the fun really started. Pricey drink menu. But you've got to believe that you're paying for the incredible views, too. So after you factor it all in... it's worth it."

  • "Wonderful view of Las Vegas! Marcum was a great bartender and the atmosphere was outstanding. The drinks were of high quality and like nothing else you'll find!"

  • "Bad service, tried to order food was told food was served only to hotel guest, so we got to watch people eat...waitress said kitchen was closed but someone had canceled an appetizer they wanted. We were offered that appetizer which took 20 minutes to come out from a kitchen thats was closed it was a cheese and meat tray (1 min to prep ) when order comes out waitress said she could take it off tab because took so long not because it was someone else's order? THANK YOU.Drinks ordered were good but server took forever to get our next drinks."

  • "Service was bad, view at my standard room at the Wynn much better , food was ok. Skip this place, especially if you don't get to Vegas often. By skipping, you can stay at Wynn and get a bottle of wine at Walgreens and watch the sunset from your beautiful room"

  • "As a relatively seasoned traveler to Las Vegas, this was my first time visiting the Mandarin Oriental bar and it was by far one of my favorite stops. We reserved a table for drinks after dinner in a neighboring hotel and were promptly seated in the window with a gorgeous view of the strip. The drinks were all perfectly crafted and service was spectacular. We were also served a small complimentary selection of Chinese crackers, the wasabi nuts were delicious! We were all sad that we weren't able to spend more time there, in the peaceful ambiance, since we were heading to a show. Highly recommend booking a table for drinks or snacks and looking forward to coming back to Vegas and returning to Mandarin Oriental bar."

  • "Incredible atmosphere with live jazz band, great wine, food and service. This is a very mellow lounge with a romantic atmosphere and is our new favorite spot on the strip."

  • "Our first experience at the Mandarin Bar and Mandarin Oriental Hotel was for drinks and a toast at midnight when my mom turned 80 years young. The floor to ceiling picture windows and the view of the Vegas strip was phenomenal and we thoroughly enjoyed the view. The ambiance was further enhanced by the jazz/pop quartet performing and the modern yet comfortable lounge area. The specialty drinks were exotic but well-made, and the few appetizers we had were tasty. The service was exemplary, attentive and they even surprised mom with designer cupcakes for her birthday!"

  • "Go here for a great view of the strip, though it was much better before Aria installed a giant sign obstructing a good part of the view. Be sure to order the golden leaf martini. We mentioned our anniversary when booking through Open Table and were treated to champagne."

  • "The Mandarin Bar is a must for anyone in Las Vegas looking for a romantic bar with the best cocktails and bartenders I have ever seen. A great list of cocktails and short menu of small plates (we tried 5 different ones) overlooking the strip from the 23rd floor. I hardly ever go to hotel bars but this place changed my opinion. We will be back, we will stay again at the Mandarin Oriental and go to the Mandarin Bar."

  • "Six of us had drinks at the Mandarin Oriental bar on a Monday evening in February. We had reserved a table by the window. Upon arrival the hostess took us right to our table. We loved the view!!! The drink list is extensive and inventive. Everyone in our group was very happy with their drinks and we tried a variety of the specialties. Standouts were the Herbaceous Monk and the Cherry Amour. Our server was delightful and attentive. We had some appetizers (sliders, chicken skewers and edamame) - all were excellent as well. Kudos to the Mandarin on a fantastic bar!"

  • "I took my wife here for her birthday and it was a great experience. The food was ok but the drinks were great, not to mention the service and view of the strip. This is a great spot to hang out and have a drink or two with some friends or a loved one. Would definitely reccomend this place."

  • "Good for one drink, unless you can afford more. It will make a dent in your wallet, but drinking in the view is the reason to go to this suave, dark bar. Incredible views of Vegas, so close you almost feel like you're in the cinema when watching the advertisements on the huge LED screens outside! Great service and delectable drinks, with an extensive international alcohol list, I'm sure that there is something to suit everyone's predilections."

  • "We booked a table for Sunday evening since a jazz band was supposed to be playing. We at 8:15pm to find the band was on break. The hostess mentioned that due to the entertainment there was a $25/pp minimum. I thought no problem, prices are on the high side here, and there is entertainment. Turns out the band spent almost an hour on break, and didn't start playing again until after 9pm. Once they did start playing, there was nothing 'jazz' about this band, only jazzy versions of pop songs including some Bon Jovi. Plus, they only played 3 songs then quit for the night. This is not what I expected from a jazz band in a quiet, upscale bar. Go on another night to enjoy the view and atmosphere."

  • "Enjoyed the ambiance and a drink with my wife here at the bar. A different venue on the strip... no large crowd, no youngish party-goers. Just a nice scene, not so easily found on the strip. Only complaint was the entertainers had their instruments far too loud for the venue, making it difficult to have a conversation, even sitting next to each other. Why? It could have been a 10 instead of a 7 if the music volume had been appropriate for the bar. Service was great, drinks were very nice and we had the Italian Board which was very much enjoyed. Plan a visit."

  • "I made a reservation in open table and when I arrived to the bar they told me that I had to pay 100 dls for the table at the moment I made the reservation. IN OPEN TABLE IT DOESNT SAY ANYTHING! So both Open Table and Mandarin Bar hide this so that they can have more people in the bar without a table, but consuming drinks. I will never recommend mandarin bar and will think twice before making another reservation through open table."

  • "Great drinks, music, and a spectacular view. Excellent service. Not a crowded place, at least not when we went so it was nice to find a place this nice and get a reserved seating area without having to get bottle service! Definitely a good time if you're not out for clubbing."

  • "We loved their Royal Tea - a nice alcoholic drink that left me with a mellow buzz.... Two was perfect and window seats with a view of Las Vegas - so romantic; one of the best places to soak in the Las Vegas lights.... Great service Vibrant music - but still able to have good conversations 5 Star valet service very good as well."

  • "Love going to this place. You are up off all these trashy casino bars and actually get to enjoy your cocktails with quality beverage service. Fun cocktail list with exciting seasonal items. Can't wait to go back!!"

  • "One expects a fabulous Strip view and MO Bar delivers. One expects fantastic mixology - and one is not disappointed. What surprised me were the sliders which were flawlessly prepared, some of the best burgers I've ever had. The service is polite and unobjectionable but could use a touch more warmth."

  • "The view from this place is just stunning. It sits on the 23rd floor where the lobby is in the center of the building. The appetizer was unique and very nice. The drinks are equally good with some nice sweet teas too! This place will cost you some bucks, but it is a nice special experience. You have to try this once if your in the mood for a nice view of the strip and relaxed atmosphere."

  • "The beverages were pricey but we'll worth it. Our waitress knew the beverage menu well and was able to explain the ingredients in the drinks. The food on the other hand wAs a bit over the top for the average traveler. The menu online is old....and they know that but have not updated it. We went on a Sunday during the jazz band. They were good but breaker very frequently. I do highly recommend for the experience and view........eat before you go!"

  • "We went to the Mandarin Oriental bar for my husband's 40th Birthday. The views of the strip were amazing and were only enhanced by the delicious cocktails. The staff were wonderful and gave us a choice of seats by the window along with a surprise birthday cupcake for my husband. I have seen other reviews saying the drinks are expensive but they were the same as many London bars and I would have paid a lot more considering the surroundings. I can't believe it wasn't busier. I will certainly return next time we go to Vegas."

  • "What a view! The Mandarin Bar offers an almost panoramic view of the Vegas strip, and located on the 23rd floor it is incredible! The wine list is amazing (we ordered a bottle of the Malbac, fantastic!) and we enjoyed the live Jazz duo and singers. HIGHLY Reccomend this bar if you are looking for a nice, romantic, laid back evening with an incredible view!"

  • "My wife and I have visited the venue once before and were very impressed with intertainment, view, and whole experience. The finger food was good and wine selection while limited was good. We returned for another visit based on the above, and were impressed once again. I have recomended this place to all my friends and co-workers as well for a nice evening of jazz and drinks."

  • "We made a reservation for 8pm but when we turned up were told there was a private party and we couldn't go in until 8.30. We agreed to sit in the area outside, but what annoyed us was that about ten minutes later, people who appeared to be walk-ins were told that the bar was now open and they could go in. This happened to several sets of people who arrived after us. We asked if we could go in and it took another 10 minutes before we were shown in to a table. Cannot think why this was the case, however our table seat had a half decent view of the strip but not as spectacular as other reviews suggest. Cocktails were priced high as you would expect , but again not mind-blowing for what they were. Wouldn't recommend to friends."
