"First, the positives. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and thought it was above average. That's about it. My girlfriend and I have attended maggianos in the past, and had great service even when they were extremely busy. This time the restaurant wasn't too busy at all. We are both in our early 20s and were seated in a slightly raised section in the back of the restaurant where only families with children were seated. Our server didn't look at us while taking our order, glancing around the room bored instead. He didn't bring us bread to begin and we had to ask another server before he came back, and when he did bring it we didn't get plates or butter although tables around us had this. The disinterest continued throughout the meal"

"If you are looking for a place in downtown Philadelphia to make like Italian, this is the hot spot to consider. The food was quality prepared with lots of layers and still reasonably priced. Everything about this place almost but put you in Italy. The wine list was also very represented to comply with all their entries. You don't want to miss this experience when in this area of Phily."
