From the OpenTable editors: A historic log mansion tucked inside the Wasatch National Forest sets Log Haven from owner Brandon Hargett apart before a single dish arrives. The menu matches the setting's ambition. A bison striploin arrives with jalapeño mac and cheese and a Morita chili-port demi glace. It pairs naturally with Grandeur, the house Bordeaux blend made exclusively for Log Haven. Indoors, the dining room overlooks a cascading waterfall; outside, tables sit at the base of a natural spring. You can't go wrong either way.
