"Great experience! Accommodated vegetarian diet very easily. Wish they had let us know the rooftop garden & apiary are open from May to September. Gives us an excuse to revisit!"

"Very attentive service. Afternoon tea began with a warm crumpet drizzled with honey. Next, there were four very tiny sandwich bits each, delivered on one plate per person, followed by a three tiered server of cakes and patries as well as one warm scone each. I would have preferred more little sandwiches and fewer pastries, but everything was delicious."

"The actual place itself is very nice, quite cozy etc. The food was good enough, we had the afternoon tea which we've had a couple of times at the Windsor Arms (which we love). The service at the Library Bar afternoon tea is not very good. Incredibly slow. They bring you a crumpet (eventually), then sandwiches, then the scones and pastries. All the while your tea gets colder and colder. Adding hot water does not help the first pot of tea. Also their selection of fine loose leaf tea .. well the ones my husband and I had were tea bags. I looked around the room and didn't see a tea strainer anywhere. So, I am assuming their all tea bags unless everyone else ordered the two different orange pekoes that we had. Overall it was very disappointing!"
