Diner Reviews
  • "It's true. Every visit to Las Vegas includes a great meal at Lemongrass. We love this place! Service is attentive and food is outstanding. We are eating paleo these days and the staff was more than helpful with our menu choices. The crab omelette is to die for. Don't miss the wonderful cocktail choices from the bar."

  • "This place is beautiful. Ordered pad thai, $32 and the smallest portion I've ever seen. Prawn spring roll looked like it was off a buffet, don't bother. When we had a server it was never the same one twice."

  • "This is the Thai restaurant at Aria, so the heat level of the food can be very high (or not, your choice). Our waitress was very good at explaining the level of 'heat' in the dishes and when we received our orders, her advice was spot on. Food was very good and service was excellent as well."

  • "Great Thai restaurant. We tried the Dinner Menu with Wine Pairing. Just perfect, and excellent service. Highly recommended (unless you don't like Thai)"

  • "The food and service were very good. The ambiance was cool because it's trendy like the rest of Aria...but the prices were way too high for what you got."

  • "The place decor is beautiful and its clean but the food and service are not impressionable at all, the experience is not memorable. The staff is confused and they are in severe need of more training, yes they are friendly but they lack proper table service procedures, for example : Do you bring the bowl of soup first and make the guests wait 4 minutes for the smaller bowls and spoons ? or do you anticipate and bring the small bowls first then the big bowl of soup. . . small details like that need to be addressed. Also, there was no service with a smile. The food was not " amazing " , we had the papaya salad ( more fish sauce than anything else) and the rest of our food was extremely bland and without seasoning. Try Archie's."

  • "Very tasty and nicely presented food. Menu selection is wide. I recommend this place if you look for a quiet spot which is not that easy in Vegas."

  • "What a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding. pad ghoog with heat... ohh yeh baby"

  • "We wanted to eat something real good and relax as we dined...of course why not Lemongrass!? The dinner was great as usual and the service good as well. This is one of the places I like coming back to because it's consistently good!!!"

  • "I love that you have the Mee Georeng on the menu! I wish I could find the dish other places. It is always a must when I visit Vegas!"

  • "Had a business dinner there and everyone was thrillled with their selection."

  • "I have been to many Asian restaurants that serve a variety of Asian foods. However, Lemongrass may need to stick with only Thai foods/menu. Their noodles in their Chow Fun was hard. I tried a couple of their appetizers and boy were they greasy. I also tried their Singapore noodles which was the greasiest. Other than that, the staff were very nice and their Thai iced tea was delicious."

  • "Ate at Lemongrass this week. Excellent Thai food. Nice setting (dark, pretty quiet). Word of caution: very spicy ! I like spicy food but ordered at waiter's recommendation at a spiciness level of 5 out of 10. This was at the edge of what I can handle. Also, portions are very large, so you might share a bowl of soup if ordering as anything other than your main meal; otherwise, you won't have room for your entree."

  • "This was our third visit to Lemongrass and it didn't fail to satisfy us. We love the variety of dishes offered and the service is friendly and efficient. With a "heat scale" of one to ten offered, everyone's spice tolerance can be accommodated. This has become a comfort zone for us when we're visiting Las Vegas. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to fans of Thai food."

  • "This restaurant is great whether it's for just the two of you or a group! The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. Always enjoy coming here when I visit Vegas."

  • "The interior, table layout and ambiance was a sensory treat. The food however was not as much of a treat. It was standard Thai food. Maybe it was our selection- dumplings, noodles chow fong and green curry.- that was too pedestrian but I feel the restaurant missed the opportunity to wow us."

  • "This is my staple in Vegas. I always have a good meal & I enjoy the ambience. Great food, tasty dishes, good service & beautiful surroundings. I've liked everything I've ordered off the menu. From the satays, to Tom yum soup for appetizers- to the curries, to pineapple fried rice, sesame chicken to the pho. It all tastes delicious & authentic. If you haven't tried this restaurant, you must! I can't wait to be back."

  • "Lemongrass is tucked away in a quiet area of the Aria. It was never too crowded or loud. The small plates and appetizers are the best here - exotic spices and ingredients add complexity and unique flavors. Dim sum items are delicious and elegantly presented. Alternatively, you can get a nice simple bowl of pho or plate of noodles for very reasonable prices. The servers were attentive and genuinely interested in providing a high quality dining experience. We ate here twice during out 4-day stay and will definitely go back on future trips to Vegas."

  • "I never write reviews but I must say I was very disappointed in our experience here. Our waitress took quite awhile to even acknowledge that we were there and when she did, she just walked over and looked at us and finally said "drinks?" No greeting, no introduction...just a very weird and awkward "what do you want to drink?" It didn't get any better throughout the meal. The food wasn't bad but for the price I would have at least expected a courteous and friendly wait staff. She set the tone for the whole meal and we just kind of wanted to be done before we even started."

  • "My friend was a 1st time Thai Food person and this was perfect for that. The flavors were on point and everything had just the right amount of spice. A few of the yelp reviews weren't that good but I ignored them. One review was spot on that said the Pad Thai didn't have enough noddles but lots of everything else and he was right. Next time i'm in Vegas I'll def go back."

  • "The food here was great. We ordered steak and Red Curry Duck. Both were done perfectly. However the server seemed like he had something else to do for most of the night and was not as attentive as he should have been."

  • "Food was above average. I've been to many Thai restaurants, this one was above average. Prices were above average as well. Waitress disappeared for a while but other people helped when we needed something. Host was not there when we arrived but when he did appear he sat us right away. They never checked us in...our reservation was listed as a no show by OpenTable..."

  • "this place was perfect for us. we really didn't want a loud/crazy environment after a wild weekend in Vegas. This place was super chill and the food was awesome. Go here!"

  • "Good food. Probably overpriced. Service and atmosphere made up for that above average food."
    Dined on 2/16/2014
  • "The food was very fresh, flavorful, and filling. The server was great up until we were served our food. We waited at least 10 min for our check and then when we asked where our waiter was it took another 5 min. to find him."

  • "Nice small intimate setting with some good bites. Seabass was outta control good. Friend ordered the noodles and it was served with a spaghetti looking noodle, not the pad Thai type noodle, and it was way too spicy almost unedible. I would come back for the steak, appetizers, soup and of course the Seabass."

  • "I had 3 "events" in a row in one evening at Lemongrass, all with different focus, and growing sizes. Each was wonderful in its own way. The bartending staff were engaging...make sure you want a Cheers atmosphere if you come pre-happy hour... the satay (chicken and prawn) were great and the wine list just big enough to get a Willamette Pinot that was yummy. The main dishes looked good, too, and the largest party enjoyed the corner table that was oversized and conducive to a very pleasant business-netowrking dinner. The atmosphere and decor were fantastic---open, modern, theme-oriented to Thai."

  • "Food was OK. We asked for spicy but it was not. They checked on us after we were done with the food."

  • "Lemongrass was a nice break from the steaks and pasta eating that makes up such a huge part of the main strip. Overall I was pleased with Lemongrass it had a beautiful interior and for once it had multiple vegetarian options which is still surprisingly rare in Las Vegas. However, there was no plate or drink that my table sampled that was a must have and our server basically never returned after our main course was served even though the restaurant seemed to have plenty of staff and the crowd was minimal. If you have been to Vegas a few times and are looking for something new I would suggest Lemongrass however, if this is your first time I would skip it for something more one of a kind."

  • "With an extensive menu and great service I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone who is craving an Asian cuisine. As a party of 4, it was easy to chat and feel comfortable enjoying a meal and drinks."

  • "The food was fantastic but I have a warning. They do a hot from 1 - 10 and i was on fire with a 7 (and i love the spice)."

  • "The food here is delicious. Better than many Thai restaurants I have tried ( I have tried a great many!). Don't confuse this with junk many hotels try to pass as fusion or authentic (I'm talking about you Dragon Noodle Co, Grand Wok, Chin chin, Beijing Noodle Co.) This place would be good find where you live much less a Las Vegas casino and hotel. Ask for it hot and they will happily oblige to roast your nostrils and tongue with a heat that still carries flavor. I have been a few times and would happily go back."

  • "Thai food at its best. Well prepared and as good as in Thailand."

  • "The food was decent but not spectacular. It was no better or worse than my local Thai place back in North Carolina, but it was more expensive (like everything else in Vegas). It wasn't BAD, just not special. Also they had one of those annoying photographers that sells $25 prints or "portfolios" to patrons, which reminds me of upscale balloon-animal makers. So, it was fine, just not memorable."

  • "I had the best green curry. It was very aromatic. My husband ordered the Thai omelet. This one I did not care too much for it. It was good overall."

  • "Lemongrass is one of our favorites when in Vegas. Regardless of where else we decide to have dinner, we always make sure to dine at Lemongrass at least one evening. Great food, great service, and very reasonable prices given it's in Aria."

  • "It was me and my wife for dinner. We sat by the bar which provided a more private dinner than the dining area would have been. I had the Beef Pho, which I would say was decent, but it was my first time having that dish."
