Everything was right from start to finish. Greeted nicely, sat down right on time (we made reservations), excellent crusty bread, beer served in the proper glass at the proper temperature, our appetizers were excellent (foie gras and escargot), and our main courses (mussels and duck confit) were superb. I have never had mussels so delicious- perfectly cooked, and mild tasting. The service was fully attentive, and careful and never obtrusive. We will be back, and will definitely bring friends and other family members.

Le Garage was recommended to me after chatting with a passenger on a recent flight to NV. Booked it on Open Table when we landed and was delighted with the experience. Arrived early and they found us a table, service was perfect and the food excellent! Book a table, you'll have an excellent dinner!

Food was so-so. The escargot was overwhelmed with garlic. The small children created a nuisance. It was expensive and the website did not accurately portray the 'rustic' ambience. I would not return as there are more places to try in the Bay Area.

Date night dining for parents needing real food – and expectations were exceeded. We shared 2 appetizers and 2 mains: escargot with mushrooms and arugula with shaved asparagus, a vegetable pot pie and a filet mignon with Bearnaise sauce. The escargot was delectable – a perfectly sized steaming dish of delicate goodies with crisp breadcrumbs and garlicky butter. The salad was fragrant and lightly dressed. The pot pie was nice, a little on the sweet side, but a good light choice. The filet was superbly cooked and the Bearnaise yummy. We shared 2 glasses white and 2 red, all suggested by our server to accompany the dishes, which they did nicely. Great place. Great service. Vibrant atmosphere. Sunset over the bay. Definitely worth repeating.
