  • "From the time I had made a reservation online, everyone person I spoke on the phone during the confirmation were very professional, polite, and answered every question my wife and I had. Then, once we arrived the night of our reservation, I was greeted by Jose, the manager, again, very professional, made us feel right at home, and showed us around hotel lobby and rooftop. All through the nigh, Jose came by our area and asked how everything was going and if we needed anything. He really made us feel important and happy. My wife, myself, and our friends had a great and awesome time at Kelvin!! The food was delicious! Everyone loved it! I would recommend Kelvin to all of my friends and family. I look forward to going back to Kelvin. Jonathan"

  • "The atmosphere is very romantic in their dining area. It's very elegantly decorated and the servers are very attentive. I enjoy many things about this dinner, however, the fish I ordered was very dry (it wasn't the last time). I don't know if the chef changed, but I had to use a steak knife when last time I used the side of my fork. On the upside, the appetizer and dessert were fantastic. And our waiter was awesome!"

  • "We've eaten at other W Hotel restaurants around the country and this was, by far, the most disappointing. The service was okay but the food was mediocre and the noise level made us want to finish and leave as soon as possible. One patron was using his hands as a megaphone to yell at someone at the other end of his table. The whole group was rowdy without any concern for other patrons. Right after we were seated the man at the table next to us was complaining to the waiter about his fish entree being overlooked. The poorly made plastic placemat had sharp edges that snagged my sweater several times before i placed my napkin over it to keep from ruining it. I wish I could find something nice to say about Kelvin but I can't."

  • "This restaurant's food does not stand up to quality in the area. We got a nice bread basket. The two rolls in the basket were so hard you could not eat them. We had 2 orders of the halibut. It was very pretty on the plate and the flavor great, but both pieces of fish were very dry and overdone like cardboard. We did point these things out to the server after our meal. The corn soup and side of vegetables were great. I would recommend going to the W hotel that the restaurant is in for happy hour or after dinner for drinks. The rooftop bar is great."

  • "I expect more from a restaurant associated with the W. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was seated immediately and made to feel comfortable. We odered the Ahi Avocado for appetizer. It was good. Portion was perfect for two to share. For dinner, we ordered the chicken entree and halibut entree. Both were dry. The chicken a as a little salty. The halibut was overcooked due to the spices used (hint: if you serv this dish, it assume the timing would be accurate - just saying). Nevertheless, should I return, I'll skip entrees and stick with appetizers and cocktails (maybe try desert)."
