  • "Our Bachelorette weekend began at Julian Serrano. I was so pleased that I selected this venue out of the many choices within the Aria Resort. The food was absolutely delicious. Every morsel was full of flavor and inventiveness. The heirloom tomatoes & mozzarella were exquisite and the beef tar tare was a favorite. The service was impeccable and the entire staff were friendly and considerate of our needs. The sangria was a real treat as well. All of the ladies had nothing but great things to say about our experience at Julian Serrano's, so I was happy to start the weekend with rave reviews. I am eagerly awaiting my return to Aria and Julian Serrano so that I can indulge in more of their delectable menu. "

  • "We chose 10 tapas to share between 4 people. This was more than enough food for dinner. Each dish was perfectly paired and balanced. The chicken skewers were my favorite. I rarely opt for chicken in a restaurant, but these were perfectly and beautifully prepared. The sirloin tapas and the grilled scallops were also outstandingly good. The only disappointment was the creamy mushroom risotto. The texture and taste just didn't fit with what I was looking for. I mentioned to our waiter that everything was perfect, but we just didn't care for the risotto as much. I would have given this restaurant 4 stars, but the waiter chose not to charge us for the risotto because he had wanted us to have a perfect experience. It was. Thank you!"

  • "We made reservation within less than 2 hours from arriving time. The table was waiting for us, we got seated right the way, our service started immediatly, professional & friendly staff. Perhaps some of the reviews i saw before going there it is right and food is a bit overrated versus taste and quality, but this is Vegas and you will always pay above avarage for anything you do or eat. So, i have to say that we had fun, could hear each other in the table, but yes, noise level is high.. if you are above your 60's looking for a quite dinner experience this is defenetely not your place. Sorry."

  • "As a Belgian, I really appreciate good food. Though, this is hard to find in Las Vegas. However, this tapas restaurant is an exception. The tapas are all teasting great and it's always fun that you can eat bit of many different plates. The food is also affordable!"

  • "We struck up a conversation with a random person at the Cosmopolitan who raved about this place so we decided to give it a try after a show in the hotel. My thanks to this good Samaritan! Walking into the restaurant we were struck with the very cool decor within the very cool Aria. The service was very attentive and the food was outstanding and very original. Since it's mostly tapas, it is easy to sample a number of dishes all of which were unique and excellent. Since Julian Serrano is well known, we had high expectations which were exceeded by our experience. While not cheap, compared to other high end Vegas dining, this had and outstanding price to value ratio. We will be back next trip to Vegas!"

  • "This is one of the best restaurants we have been to in Las Vegas. We went during happy hour (M-R 4-5:30) because of our early show. The waitstaff was inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. I had the white sangria to start, refreshing, light and fruity. My wife had the sparkling sangria, also delicious and refreshing. In all we had the ahi tuna with deconstructed raspberry, bacon wrapped figs stuffed with goat cheese, the Spanish chorizo and mash potatoes and the sliders. The best plate we ate was the bacon wrapped figs, the creaminess of the cheese, the sweetness of the figs and the smoky, meaty goodness of bacon all mixing together into a great mouthful of wonderful food. Service was fantastic."

  • "Impressed with the Menu, I've been wanting to try some good Spanish cured meats, they have Pata Negra on their menu! WOW, got some cheese platter and chiles, from Spain, they were Delicious. Sangria was very tasty, fresh, and the Paella was Amazing too. I would go back over and over and over again. Excellent service and food and ambiance were all part of an amazing night. Highly Recommended!!"

  • "I am trying to not be overly negative, but we ordered about 8 Tapas for the table, and only one was what I would call good. The others were poor to fair. Strange flavors, and overall quality was lacking. We have dined in many tapas restaurants across the country, and this was at the bottom of the list. We went to Nobu and Carnevino as well on the trip, all booked thru Open Table. We were celebrating a 40th birthday, and this was the only restaurant that did not take my request for a more private table not in the middle into consideration, and they also did not acknowledge the birthday. Overall the service and quality of the food was not what I was expecting. Very dissapointed, and we will not go back."

  • "The hardest part, when going over the menu was that we couldn't try everything. Luckily, with 5 of us, we were able to try a lot of items, since we were sharing them. The flavors were phenomenal and presentation was great too. Additionally, the waitstaff was great, offering excellent advice when we needed it, without being overbearing. At times, our waiter, Pedro, offered some great hints that really enhanced our experience. Complementing the great menu is an impressive wine list that is, as one would expect (and hope) very heavy on Spanish wines that complement the menu wonderfully."

  • "We were celebrating my Mom's 61st birthday - we had a group of 7 and we all agreed, this place was awesome. Such an array of options to choose from. Everything we tried was delicious - from the dates, to the peppers, to the chicken, the shrimp fideo...we could go on and on. The restaurant is gorgeous and the perfect place for any celebration or just a fabulous dining experience."

  • "This place seemed promising. Great Chef. Tapas. I mean sounds good right? It was terrible. Service was terrible, it was so loud you could not talk to the person sitting directly in front of you. Food was good at best but for 20$/tapa I want a good overall experience and this was not it. Not worth the $$ and not worth the time. Go to Firefly, right off the strip and WAY Better."

  • "There was lots to choose from for both meat eaters and vegetarians at this vibrant, packed tapas restaurant. Our favorites were the goat cheese salad (the romesco dressing was OOC), the prosciutto wrapped dates, and the mixed paella. We found a great bottle of white wine for 40 dollars a bottle as well. So, while we ate a ton and drank a decent amount, we didn't break the bank. It wasn't cheap either."

  • "We have been to Julian Serrano more than a dozen times. The recent additions to the tapas menu and some new presentations were remarkable. The lobster gazpacho is outstanding and the serrano ham with the thinner cut and additional amounts of the garlic sauce was a great improvement on near perfection. The lobster salad is generous in portion and delicious. Wine list, while not extensive, is favorably priced for such a fine restaurant. We stay in Aria in Las Vegas and always dine at Julian at least once per trip. This traditional shall continue."

  • "Nice attractive space. Waiter was nice but not very polished. Some fo the dishes were good but not spectacular. Raspberry tuna and the anchovie/pepper crostini were the best out of the 10 or so we ordered. Some were underseasoned or lacked flavor (roasted peppers, bomba meatball). Valencia paella was a bit greasy and salty. Decent meal but with so many options in Las Vegas, there's better out there."

  • "Had an incredible dinner! Needless to say, food was amazing. The steamed mussels and gambas were definite stand-outs, so delicious. The desserts were perfect, especially the churros. Service was fantastic. Never needed to ask for anything. We were well taken care of by Will and Jonathon. We had such a great time! Can't wait to come back!"
