  • "We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful with their suggestions, the atmosphere was relaxed and entertaining not to mention the delicious gin and tonics!"

  • "This is one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. Our second best dinner on our last trip and about half the price of our number one. The food, service and atmosphere are top notch and the cocktails are the best i have ever had, or as I can remember. Be sure to make a reservation well in advance. Cheers, Louis"

  • "This place is really stunning. It's very fun with great lighting. They have some of the coolest looking tables set outside of the restaurant as their "outdoor seating". They also have a table outside of the restaurant that has foosball inside of the table; quite interesting. The bar is really pretty too. They're known for their paella so once a pot of paella is done (every 20 minutes or so - it takes 45 minutes to cook) the chef comes out and bangs on a pan and everyone shouts "Paella". The paella is great. The tapas were good, everything is written in Spanish so you have to read the description of everything to know whats on the menu. Service was good; it's worth a try, but I can't see us going back again. Too expensive for what we got. "

  • "For a family with years of experience on Spanish cuisine, Jaleo was a let down. The menu looked great, but the food and portions were not. For a tapas style vis-a-vis its price, there was not enough in one order to share. the biggest let-down was the paella. Paella is supposed to be family style and again for its price, we got something that was at most a personal size serving. This was also our first ever Paella Valenciana that only had chicken in its ingredients. A big let-down. Not worth the price and can't understand what other customers are raving about. Won't be back."

  • "Previously had a great dining experience so I returned for a friend's birthday. The waiter accidentally spilled a full glass of water into my lap, apologized profusely and was very attentive to help dry my wet pants and shoes off. The manager never came to appease the situation. When I asked for the manager, he sheepishly visited the table and made little apology for the situation. He asked how the food was I honestly told him it had gone down in quality in the year since my last visit, the signature paella was terrible. He then wanted to argue that the food was good, sad while I still sitting at the wet table with wet pants and unimpressed friends. With an unprofessional manager, I would not return for a business dinner or any actually."

  • "Going at Jaleo is part of our yearly trip to Vegas for my wife and me. It is the third year that we are going there for supper and as usual the food, service and atmosphere were perfect. If you like tapas it is the place to go. Strongly recommend one of their Paella cook fresh every hour."

  • "Food and service here is amazing!! Chef Luis is doing a wonderful job with the food."

  • "the food was a great disappointment. the paella was literally a greasy feckless pork and rice goo, and the rest of it was so very disappointing. We will never return here. The worst though was a $10.00 fudge-up of our tip that someone made on the signed credit card slip. This we will be assuredly addressing with the general manager."

  • "Always a winner, the scallops were tender and firm, possibly the best ever eaten. The dates and chorizo are always best bets. Open table made it easy to reserve"

  • "We discovered Jaleo the first time we stayed at the Cosmopolitan three years ago - and it is still one of our favorite restaurants in Vegas. We eat there every time we are there. In fact, this last trip, we ate there 2 nights in a row! The menu is wonderfully varied and inventive and has plenty of options for a vegetarian. The garlic shrimp are ridiculous, as are the cheese options. Not a place for a quiet romantic dinner as it gets quite loud! The staff all joins in a very loud "Paella" every time a new paella is finished! I honestly wanted to go back the 2nd night this trip for the wine - the Albarino by the glass is one of the best I have ever had. The gin and tonics look amazing too - just not my thing. Highly recommend Jaleo!"

  • "Vibrant, wild place that is an absolute must to go eat at. I have been several times now when I am in town and I have never been disappointed! I took several friends to dinner and every one of them raved about the food. We must have had 15 dishes between the 4 of us and were pleased to ecstatic about every dish. The prices were very fair and the service was great. (Ask for Mary from Pittsburg!) Don't forget to have the Sangria!"

  • "I had made a reservation for 6 people for this last Friday night...then showed up with 10 people! The hostess and wait staff was very accomodating and figured out how to get us all seated even though the restaurant was crazy busy. They did not make me feel bad for changing the number and were very professional. Our server was especially great, we had no idea what to order and she suggested she could choose for us which is what I was hoping for. She took charge and brought us really amazing dishes. Everyone liked the food, service and presentation. Thanks for helping me out and doing a great job!"

  • "Really enjoyed the tapas. Authentic Spanish tapas with a twist. The paellas are delicious."

  • "Portions/price ratio is expensive. After ordering more than 3 items per person you will still be hungry. Food taste is very good but given the portion it is not a place to come back before checking out other restaurants. Perhaps this is not a place to have dinner but a place just to sample some dishes. Spanish wine selection is excellent. Dessert was great."

  • "My wife and two of our friends made reservations for Jaleo through OpenTable. We even had to change our reservations 2 hours before we were scheduled and they accommodated us without complaint. The food is amazing. We enjoyed and shared many small dishes, all of which were cooked to perfection. I have recommended this place to all of our friends who are going to Vegas!"

  • "Sharing small plates gives your taste buds a parade of flavors; Jaleo definitely does not disappoint with their delectable selection of culinary gems! We had eight delicious dishes before our show and our evening was off to fantastic start. When in Vegas, stop by the Cosmopolitan and enjoy Jaleo."

  • "It was a fun night out in Vegas. The lobster in the lobster salad was chewy. Overall, it was good but nowhere near great. They do have great Sangria and a few items were very good, the others were average. I would rather go to other places before going here again."

  • "I had dinner again at Jaleo this past weekend. Still one of my all-time favorite restaurants. It is always an amazing eating experience with great ambiance. A lively place to take friends and have the tapas Spanish style dishes. I cannot come to Las Vegas without eating here. In this last visit the paella was not as warm as it should have been but it was handled well and all is forgiven. Their flan dessert is the must have. Until next time.."

  • "The garlic shrimp, the octopus and the paella were outstanding. The crunchy tomato bread is a must to try. The pasta paella was also extraordinary, being a very unusual delicious dish. The champagne sangria is to drink a gallon of it. The menu is extensive and the portions size are fine. Price is decent. The desert, crema catalana (flan) is the authentic thing. I have been in Spain and this place is better than many restaurants I have been in Madrid and Barcelona."

  • "Fantastic, great service great company great food, croquetas, paella valenciana, chistorra, conos de queso y membrillo, aceitunas, ensaladilla rusa, all amazing tortilla de patata salty, secreto great but pricey at $60, ran out of our favorite canelones and wine by the glass a bit expensive but overall amazing!"

  • "This was previously one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas (and in DC), but the food quality has gone downhill and I don't think that I will be returning."

  • "We were really looking forward to our meal, but left disappointed. There wasn't one stand-out dish. We kept trying and hoping for something to be delicious, but everything was underwhelming. We started with Serrano and Iberico prosciutto. Both good, you know what you're getting here. The Pulpo would have been so much better grilled than boiled. It had a gummy/mushiness to it that turned us off. Tortilla de patatas had runny yolk coming out of the middle and lacked seasoning. The gambas was good. Brussel sprout dish was not what was described and just eh... we gave up and called it a night. Ended up eating second dinner later b/c we were still hungry. Expensive, underwhelming, disappointed..."

  • "Food here is always top notch. Unfortunately, service was not on this visit. The server (Sarah Z) took 10 minutes to approach our table. When she finally came, she asked us for a drink order - we ordered the rosemary lemonade iced tea, but never got them. After 30 minutes i told her we ordered iced teas and she acted as though we never ordered it. Touche.... and it was even how it was described - no rosemary. The 2 bussers kept walking around our table, but failed to buss our dirty dishes or asked us if we were done. We order the prix fixe menu of gazpacho, salad and paella. On this day, the paella was chicken and pork and it was fantastic. 2.5 hours later we were finally done."

  • "We chose this restaurant for its SMALL PLATES menu - we loved the idea of having small plates so that we can try many different dishes - we did exactly that. I think we must have tried 15-18 items between three of us. My son and I are mostly vegetarian so I had called ahead to confirm if menu has veg dishes as I didn't want to get stuck at an expensive place and not able to enjoy anything on the menu. They said "yes" so this was the another reason selecting this place. They had a separate vegetarian menu wow! We had a blast. The open kitchen area with fire pits and huge pans for cooking Paellas - a sight in itself. Extensive wine and mixed drink menu. We are very happy that we selected this one out of many that we were considering."

  • "My husband and I were deeply disappointed when the waiter informed us that the paella was only prepared for parties of 6 or more. However, we requested the arroz con pollo y pato. In the meantime had other appetizers which were good. When I thought they were taken too long to bring us the rice with chicken and duck, the waiter tells us that they had run out! How is this for an expensive, over the top Jose Andres restaurant in Las Vegas...? Terrible choice to celebrate my husband's birthday."

  • "we sat at the bar and the bartenders were AWESOME; food AWESOME; Paella show AWESOME; food was flavored....thank you! ate at other notable restaurants in vegas and this restaurant was the only "high end" restaurant that seasoned their food! Thank you for an unbelievable dining experience A Chef of Cinti and his wife"

  • "Jose Andres has been a leader in the hospitality industry for years. This restaurant was as close to perfection as one can get. With the high level of competition in Las Vegas it is surely a difficult task to acheive. It made my trip worth while, impressed my boss and even changed the mood of an angry colleague to one of sheer enjoyment. Not an easy task! What's even more impressive is that the desserts were some of the best things I've ever eaten period! Which says a lot considering I don't have a sweet tooth. The gin and tonic dessert = mind blown!"

  • "A fun place to eat, but to experience it well, you need 6 people to share a full pan of paella. Amusing serving methods for some of the tapas - served in shoes! The staff is very helpful with the menu. An amazing fried bread pudding dessert like nothing I've had anywhere. The wine list is overpriced, but typical for Vegas Strip hotels. We would have ordered two bottles if the prices were fairer."

  • "Everything we ate and drank at Jaleo was exceptional, from the chicken and rabbit paella to the house-made vodka tonics. We could have been happy eating at Jaleo for every meal in Vegas - the menu is extensive enough that there is plenty to keep each dining experience unique, yet the menu did not feel overwhelming. I highly recommend booking a meal at Jaleo when in Vegas!"

  • "Two years ago we went to Jaleo and had a fantastic meal so I was really looking forward to going this time. We were very disappointed! Somehow the authenticity was gone. How can you call opening a bag of potato chips and putting a burgos and aoili on a few PATATAS BRAVAS? No way. The rest of our meal lacked passion as well. No going back . Sorry!"

  • "Loved, loved the brussel sprout salad. Plus some interesting ways scallops and shrimp. But given the enormous choices available all over Vegas, there wasn't anything that stood out and will drag us back right away."

  • "Went here on a business dinner. The food was delicious and service was great. The bill went very high very fast - it was pretty pricey. Maybe this is just how Vegas restaurants are (I don't know the area very well), but the ambiance felt lacking given that the restaurant is essentially in a mall - like with a sunglasses shop and Jamba Juice right next door. That might sound nitpicky, but ambiance is my #1 factor in choosing a restaurant for a special occasion. The food was incredibly good, in any case."
