"My husband and I had a delicious dinner at Harbour Lights! The view was beautiful and the food was excellent. The blending of flavors in both of our meals, Rockfish and Artic Char, was remarkable. Our appetizer, Tuna Tartar was equally delicious."

"Wife and I went for lunch on the first day of Talbot County Restaurant Week. First time at this restaurant and most likely the last. Food was just okay. Service was slow and full of missteps. My wife ordered two small plates for lunch and I ordered soup and an entree. When my soup was delivered so was my wife's two small plates. After I finished the soup I sat while she completed the samll plates and then my entree was brought out. When we mentioned this poor timing the waiter seemed surprised. Go figure.

So the food was just okay and the service was questionable. You decide if you'd like to have a meal at this restaurant. Hope the rest of our selections for Restaurant Week are better."

"We had one of the best dinners we have had on the eastern shore. The arctic char special was layer upon layer of sensational tastes. My husband had the short ribs. He felt they were the best he had ever had. Their chef is quite skilled at taking fresh, basic ingredients and creating dishes that are amazing in both their presentation and blend of flavors. Our server was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Every table has a water view and the renovated space has a warmth and charm that had been missing. This has become our favorite restaurant on the Eastern Shore."

"We stopped by Harbour Lights for dinner on a Sunday evening while at St. Michaels in the off season so it was expectably quiet. However, the service and food were incredible. We chose the lower level more casual dining room. I plan to go back there next time I'm down in St. Michaels."

"This was our third visit to this restaurant and our best meal. The short ribs were amazing - boneless and very tender. The chef was recently voted best chef on the Eastern Shore and I couldn't agree more based on our last visit. Great wines by the glass. Our server delightful but food was slow in coming. Great view of harbor but interior could be more inviting."

"The food was great, but totally ruined by the lack of service. Our evening started with a 10 minute wait for the hostess to appear, followed by a half hour wait at the table just to order drinks. Our drinks and bread basket arrived at 8:55pm; we had an 8 pm seating. We had water for the table and soup shortly after 9, entrees around 9:45. I wanted to walk out, but my wife is much more patient than myself. If you're having problems, let your customers know, don't leave them stranded. The food was great, but the nonexistent service made our meal less than enjoyable. I plan to stay at the hotel again, but will be going into town for dinner. We had great meals and service at Ava's, Akai, Big Pickle, and Marco's."

"Service was wonderful and helpful. I took my duaghter for her birthday and we were very pleased with the way we were treated and the friendliness of the staff. The food was incredible, and the experience was very much worth the drive to St. Michaels. Will be going back again!"
