  • Public Transit: We are located near the 335, 501, 332 & 374 buses. All buses depart 1 block west of the hotel on 104th Ave under the pedestrian overpass that connects Guildford Town Centre to Sears.
  • Parking: Hotel Parking
  • Parking Details: Parking is located below the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel on Levels 1 and 2. Standard parking rates during the day are $2.50 per hour.
    From 6pm - 12am is $5.00
    Overnight parking is $9.00 for Hotel

  • "Tried Fresh because we had a gift card. Ordered from Dine Out Vancouver menu & was disappointed. Phyllo tart was good, presentation and flavours were good, Crab stuffed Egg was disappointing, Halibut was good, cooked well, flavours were good, presentation was nice. Hubby's lamb was presented well but was way overcooked, unsure if flavours didn't meld but lamb tasted freezer burned!. To use balance of gift card we ordered the Braised Lamb Pappardelle to take home, it was pretty good. Have heard the Sunday brunch is excellent, we might try it. Service was ok but not great. Wouldn't rush out to this Restaraunt again."

We were all offered a complimentary cappuccino for the length of time we waited which came out just in time for dessert. The food was good but the lamb slightly overcooked. She visited frequently to ensure our meal was to our liking. We also enjoyed the fact that we could have a conversation without having to yell at each other over the loud music. At the conclusion of our night we were very happy with all aspects of our dinner."

  • "Brunch is affordable at only $30.00/per person but keep in mind there is no carving station. The selection is a tiny bit limited but they do have a large selection of salad options. Our server was professional, attentive and we could not ask for more (we were the only one of 3 tables in the restaurant though). I would recommend coming just to see if you like their selection."

We didn't know who our waiter/waitress was supposed to be, but they left us for very long periods of time with no service. Had to wait for one of them to come to the back of the restaurant where we were seated to get noticed so we could ask for the bill. The food was very lackluster. I would not return."

  • "We tried Fresh for the first time for a Sunday brunch. We were very pleased. This is the best brunch meal we have had. There is a wide selection of quality menu choices, all fresh and appropriately hot or cold. The Eggs Benny were still runny with a muffin not heated to hockey puck texture - my test for a good Benny! All the other items, Pork Tenderloin, Chicken, Bacon and Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, French Toast, were fresh and perfect. Very unusual for a buffet brunch! This restaurant is called "Fresh" and I certainly agree that the name applies to their food. Thank you for a very pleasant Brunch!"

  • "While, Fresh tries to tout itself as a modern, fancy restaurant, it definitely felt like an average hotel restaurant. It was filled with kids which totally ruined the atmosphere. However, our appetizer was excellent. Although my husband's steak was quite good, my cioppino tasted fishy and didn't have enough broth. I don't want to go back."

  • "The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The corn chowder was slightly flavorless though, but it went well with the buttered bread. The service was wonderful, quick, and our server came to the table to check up on us occasionally, which was lovely because it can be a little frustrating is a server checks up on a table too many times or not enough times. The only thing that I disliked was the price of the food with the food portions. I had a starter (soup), a main entree (grilled chicken) and dessert (mixed berries with a scoop of ice cream) and I was still not completely full. For the amount of food that I received for my meal, the price was quite high."

  • "My husband and I had dinner here during the Dine out Vancouver event. We had 3 courses for $28 each. The food tasted fabulous, however the entre's were quite cold. The sauces and quality of the food was high end and very tasty. I didn't want to send it back to the kitchen as it still tasted great, but again disapointed that the short rib was cold to the touch and cold in my mouth. Will try this restaurant again as it's a nice place in the Surrey area to try."

  • "Excellent Food Presentation Service was a bit slow and not too friendly, but not rude. However, quite accommodating of our three year old. Very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Delicious food, though was greatly surprised and disappointed of the lack of vegetarian options. This is expected in 2013 and would greatly benefit the restaurant. Dinner. I had the Mushroom Risotto (even though i am not a fan of mushrooms) as it was the only vegetarian option and my husband, also a vegetarian, though he also, on occasion, luckily has fish, had the ahi tuna. Both dishes were phenomenal (My picky 3 year old just ate from the two of us - nothing on the childs menu appealed to us/him) Again, a Vegetarian soup would have been appreciated."

  • "We started out with the West Coast Organic Greens, it was a nice salad but I felt it didn't need as many figs as they are quite sweet. We also tried the Squash Agnolotti, surprised the squash was a side rather than inside the agnolotti otherwise a nice dish, and we finished with the free range chicken (best dish of the dinner)."

  • "We visited Fresh on a Sat. Evening. There were only 3 tables occupied and we just could not figure this out. From start to finish our meal was outstanding. We had the Dungness Bruschette and My Husband had the scallop & Prawn Salad, Amazing. For our Main Course I had the Lamb and my Husband had the Pork Chop. Again, we were just stunned at how fantastic they both tasted. To finish we had the Limenchello Brule and the Brownie. Fantastic Service the whole evening. My only complaint is the complete lack of Atmosphere, we could hear the comings and goings from the Lobby and the Birthday Party going on in one of the ballrooms. But that said we will definatley be going back again. A well hidden secret dining experience in Surrey."
