    For groups of twelve or more we are happy to create a limited menu from which your guests will order at the event. Custom menus are printed on FORK stationary and placed at each setting. We are happy to create a special heading or include your logo on the menu.
    Menu selections are made from our private dining menus or we can customize a menu for you.
    FORK is wheelchair accessible, music volume can be adjusted or turned off in your private dining room for your event and lighting level is adjustable to suit your needs.
    We are pleased to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please notify us as soon as possible so that we may create something special!
    FORK's PDR is equipped with Audio/Visual components for you and your guests to enjoy Power Point presentations, Anniversary/Birthday photos or watch your favorite TV show/event on our 110" screen.

    Self-parking is available on at two pay lots adjacent to the building:
    1) Eastman parking garage (entrances on Idaho Street and Main Street) just West of the restaurant on the South side of the street.
    2) Capital Terrace garage located on Idaho Street West of the restaurant.
    Both accept credit cards. The first hour of parking is free and each additional hour is $2.50.

Fork offers cuisine inspired from the Northwest region using the finest and freshest locally sourced ingredients. Fork also offers hand-crafted cocktails, a large selection of regional wines and beers in a rustic yet very warm, welcoming setting. Fork is open for lunch and dinner daily and offers a full-service Saturday brunch with a featured bloody Mary bar and fresh, local ingredients sourced from the Capital City Public Market on Saturday mornings (9:30-2:00pm). Brunch is seasonal and is only offered when CCPM is running.Continued

  • "We had to come to Boisefor a business trip & always seek out the best local restaurants. Fork should be at the top of the list for Boise as it is by far and away some of the best food we've eaten outSide of Seattle. We started with Asparagus fries, which were done to perfection (and actually eaten by our asparagus averse boys). Husband got a burger recommended by the waitstaff & says it was the best he's had. I had the fish tacos and cannot remember ever having a better one (despite living in Seattle for 5 years). We finished with the highly recommended butter cake and were not disappointed. I am eager to return to Boise simply to eat there again!"

  • "Fork was recommended by a tour guide from Boise State and she was right about a great restaurant. The food is fresh and the menu is your typical American flair but with so much flavor. I had the Apple Barrel Chicken with mashed potatoes. I usually do not buy chicken in a restaurant, but I made an excellent choice. My daughter had the prime rib dip (slices not the processed stuff). We shared the Warm Butter Cake. I don't know what they put in it, but it is moist and delicious (served with ice cream). The wait staff is excellent, great knowledge of the menu and history of the building (used to be a bank). Go downstairs and visit the vault!!"

  • "I was very gracious guest but disappointed by my seating at the restaurant. I had made a reservation for one and was seated by a central pillar, a sort of bar atmosphere with other parties unknown to me. The plates and accouterments for dining of the couple seated next to me were in the space of an already limited dining platform. When I asked if it was typical to seat one with a reservation at such a space, they eventually offered me a table for four, which would have been impolite to take. I feel I should have at least been comped a glass of wine or dessert. On the other hand, the bar manager and GM politely made rounds and asked patrons if they had questions and took the time to answer with great knowledge. I will return to try again."

  • "I enjoyed the casual atmosphere for a midweek lunch with friends. The menu has enough variety - chicken salad, mushroom ravioli and spare ribs all wonderful and portions not too large.   • "5 of us dined Sunday evening. We were surprised with how busy the restaurant was for a Sunday evening. Orders were for sandwiches and burgers except for Jim who ordered the Beef Stroganoff, offered as a special. It was loaded with moist delicious beef, a much higher ratio of beef to pasta than is normally found. Sandwiches (chicken sliders) were very good with consistent quality. Burger was great, although the portion size seems to have gotten smaller since my last visit. All,in all, a very good meal."

  • "i had the 7 oz fillet rare after an amazing appetizer of bbq shrimp. the shrimp was fantastic! it came with 6 shrimp and 3 slices of bread and a sauce worth dying for for $9. a little pricey, but worth it. the sauce indescribable. then the fillet was worth dying for also!!! i could've cut it with my fork it was that tender!! it came with a mushroom sauce that blew my tastebuds.the mushrooms were the best I've had ever. overall, an amazing dinner."

The surprising thing about this last visit is that for a place that takes such great pride in it's food, they should not be serving dishes that feature avacao with avacado that has turned brown/black. The food was very well prepared and presented and the wine list was very good. We chose a local wine.   • "This was our first time to Fork and it was delicious! The BBQ shrimp we started with was AMAZING!! One of my husband's Pacific tacos was a little too fishy, but the other was perfect, he loved the jalapeno slaw on them. My 7 oz Filet was the best I have ever had! The potato cake it sat on was perfect and the mushroom cabernet sauce over it was delectable! Our daughter had the BBQ chicken sandwich and home made chips, and loved every bite. We shared the chocolate trio for dessert and that was delicious as well. We will be back!"

Our waiter was really friendly, but all of the staff there was involved in giving us a good experience. Our food came quickly and had great flavor.. We got their special of the night, steak and crab. It was delious. The only thing was the portion size was small for the cost. Other than that everything was great."
