It wasn't up to the quality I had expected for $39..00. I have had much better New York steaks in other restaurants. The salad and dressing were very good. The twice-stuffed baked potato w/cheese and mushrooms was acceptable, but it didn't taste as if it had been prepared that evening. On balance, I wouldn't go there again. I spent almost as much for one as my wife and I spent at the Harrah's Steak House in Reno last month. The food was better in Reno.The ambience at Harrah's Reno was intimate compared to the huge room at Fiore. The New York 14 oz. steak was not juicy, with no Bernaise or other sauce offered. From our arrival to our leisurely exit sometime later, the staff and servers worked hard to make themselves friendly and helpful and to make "Our" visit as pleasurable as they could make it.

Fiore was all that and more. We received wonderful service from our waiter Romans, the food was exceptional the setting relaxing. The menu rarely changes, which I feel they should change it up occasionally. You can count on an excellent steak or prime rib, if it's not cooked to your specs they will gladly remake it. Lamb chops are another good bet. The fish dishes can go either way. We go often while staying at Harrah’s as it’s a nice break from the casino. Food is very good across the board with a very impressive “surf and turf”.
