A true dining experience from start to finish....the wonderful food and service are the foundation of a meal and time spent which will be long remembered. The choices of food and style is far wider then the name implies and each component of the meal has been careful thought of and considered. A gracious, albeit pricey, wine list ensures a full compliment and choice of what to share the meal with. The service, which starts from the front door will leave you counting the number of restaurant personnel whom "touched" you during your time at Del Posto....and having dined there about 20 times, I comfortably estimate that number at 8 or 10! There simply is no finer dining experience in New York City.

Classic four star restaurant. Puts most of our San Francisco restaurants to shame. We had the fixed prix lunch and while moderately expensive one of the truly finest dining experiences we have ever had. The service and food are unparalleded even for New York City. I highly recommend this restaurant for special occassions or even a well deserved treat for yourself. Can't say enough good about the execution, quality, and service. A truly memorable dining experience.
