    The restaurant was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests- service was top notch and the food as always was outstanding!! I cannot thank the whole staff enough for making this such a memorable evening and we look forward to our next experience at DelFriscos. Thank you all again!!!

    Our experience was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. We came here for a birthday dinner with a group of 8 and were incredibly disappointed by both the service and the overall experience. Despite being seated before another table of the exact same size who even had the same waiter, we waited over an hour for our food, while they received theirs well before us. No explanation, no updates, and barely any attention from the server. It felt like our table was being completely overlooked. When the food finally arrived, it didn’t make up for the wait, it was underwhelming and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from this place. I’ve dined here before and never had such poor service, but this visit was by far the worst experience yet.

    We are locals and have patronized Del Frisco's for years. Most always a pleasant experience. Last night the staff was slammed with convention goers, noise so was loud my wife and I couldn't even have dinner conversation. Terrible experience. We finished up after appetizers and drinks, etc...didn't even order the main course. Very very disappointing. If you are going to use Open Table to manage your reservations, then a disclaimer should be given as to any unusual events going on. As would a hotel under construction. We LOCALS help pay your bills throughout the year when convention season is LOW.
