Our dining experience is the newest development by the hip founders of The Modern Restaurant Group, Brandon Belluscio & Brian Albe. Cut 432 presents an avant-garde modern steakhouse dining experience with a primal focus on beef sourced from the world’s top ranchers and artisanal producers. Decorated executive chef, Anthony Pizzo, invented dishes that will heighten and delight each one of the senses.

Within 10minutes we were seated and from then on it was a dining experience, not just a dinner or eating out. The service and attention was above par. Would recommend for any fine dinning or special occasion with that special person."

  • "Read about this location in the paper so decided to give it a try. We were stuck in the very back in a booth with seats so high, we couldn't see a thing. Kind of odd. It took a while before the server came over. The drink menu had many gins on it so I decided to try a new one. After 10 min, they couldn't find it so I got tired of waiting and tried one they could find. I had salmon and it did not look fresh. It looked like the same fish I get at Outback. Very small and narrow. I asked for double green beans and only got 1 serving. Again, glad we tried it but there are many other places I would try before coming back to this one again."

  • "When reading about Cut 432, I had high expectations and after viewing the menu even higher. The food was definitely overpriced for the quality. We had the 8 oz filet, which was delightful but over priced. The veggies were delicious and the banana cream pie was good as well. The restaurant was a little cramped on the inside so I would stay away from the center tables and opt for a booth."

  • "We had a wonderful experience at Cut 432. Food and service was excellent. My steak was prepared correctly and delicious. My wife had chicken that was wonderful. The wine list had over 300 different wines. The side dishes of veggies were incredible. I highly recommend the Brussels Sprouts and Potato Gratin. The bar was very crowded and noisy. Ambience was fine. We sat inside to reduce the street noise, but had to contend with bar noise."

  • "I was deciding between the three steakhouses on Atlantic ave. One had mostly bad reviews, one didn't have Filet, and Cut 432 appeared to have everything we wanted. It was our 1 year anniversary, and we decided to give Cut432 a chance. We made a terrific decision. The food was delicious, service was perfect, and the ambiance really set the tone for the night. We are eager to go back, as we know they won't disappoint. Highly recommended."

  • "Join friends from NY last week. Reservations were honored although the table the originally offered us was by the kitchen and the noise level was deafening. We asked to be seated outside and were immediately accommodated. Hostess was very pleasant. Food and wait staff were outstanding. Filet mignon a NY strip were perfectly prepared. Tuna appetizers were delicious. Try the Lobster Mac and Cheese one of the best around. Freshness and quality of all the food was exceptional. Be prepared to spend a lot. This place is worth it except for the ambience inside the restaurant. can here yourself talk on a busy night."

In a noisy atmospherer it's difficult to enjoy dinner with an entire party of 6. I could really only talk to the person next to me and accross from me. The steak for two was amazing, and the filet was almost tender enough to cut with a fork. Don't pass up the Brussel Sprouts or Cheese cake either, you wont be sorry!"

  • "This restaurant had been recommended by a friend who said it was her favorite steak place. She warned me to make sure to sit outside as the inside was deafening. Our request had not been recorded as we were seated inside at a booth. It was so dark inside that we all had to bring out our cell phones to be able to read the menu. When are meal came it was difficult to see what the sides were. The restaurant called the next day and I was honest with the woman who called. I would not go back again unless I sat outside. On the positive side, we had a great waiter and the steak and all the sides we ordered were wonderful."

  • "When we arrived it was early and the place wasn't close to full. There were 3 of us and they led us to a table. My wife said we'd prefer a booth. The hostess and her boss said they were all RESERVED, so we couldn't have one. After some minor arguing we sat at the table. When our meal came most of the booths were still empty, and the manager actually had the nerve to come over and tell us that they "had a cancellation and we could move to a booth now", even though we were already eating! We stayed at the table. When we were leaving some of the booths were STILL EMPTY. We could have sat at a booth without ever bothering anyone, but the hostess staff wouldn't allow it. Disappointing. Never had service like this at Chops (in Boca)."

The salad to start was good and the gratin potatoes were stellar! Our waiter Johnny was fantastic especially considering it was Valentines! Can't wait to go back!"

  • "Went to Cut 432 to celebrate a friend's anniversary. A little late getting us seated although we had a reservation. No big deal since the other party we met up with was late trying to park. Cut 432 is VERY loud and hard to talk to your party, otherwise the energy of the place is great. My wife had oysters for appetizer, the rest of us just had the biscuits, which were very good. They were out of a few wines we tried to order, but when we finally got one that was in stock, it was a great selection (Williamette Valley). Our steaks came out on time, were cooked correctly, and tasted fantastic. I love aged beef. Brussel sprouts and bleu cheese tater tots. YUM! The lobster mac and cheese had real lobster bites. Great service & waiter!"

  • "Saturday was my husband's birthday and he wanted a place known for steaks. I did some research and chose Cut 432. When making the reservation, I noted it was his birthday and requested their "out of the way" corner table. What a pleasure it is to have a restaurant take note of things and work to accommodate guests! The hostess seemed to really care if our night was good and seemed to want us to be glad we chose Cut 432. Well....we were glad we did! Our table was perfect, our server (Jeff) was wonderful and the food was scrumptious! We had a wonderful night and will be back!"
