Our first time at Crop this past Saturday. LOVE the interior with the tall and beautifully adorned ceiling, tall pillars and original art on the walls. Arched windows. They just don't make banks the way they used to. What a feast for the eyes. The food was delicious! I could have been happy with all of the entrees. I settled on the corn ravioli with shrimp. My husband had the short ribs. Yum!!!! Service was very good as well. Our server was Professional, attentive and he knew the menu well. I'm looking forward to returning soon!!

Crop is in an old bank building in the busy warehouse area. It is a big place and despite the crowd noises wife and I had no problem talking with each other. The bar staff was friendly while we waited. The food was delicious. One of us had the , Corn Ravioli. The shrimp were big and tasty but the star of the dish was the corn. The other meal was the salmon. All in all a very satisfying evening I recommend you try it when you Re in Cleveland

I took my sister in law and niece there for their birthdays. We each got something different and it was all good, the brisket and mac and cheese was especially yummy. Watch out for the devil bloody mary, my sister in law said it was too spicy unless you like that. The prices were reasonable. The building was just beautiful. We parked by the west side market, street parking is limited.

Enjoyed our evening from drinks to desserts. Nice selection of appetizers and entrees. All were prepared very well except the ribeye entrée was a bit overcooked and thus a bit chewy- ordered medium rare, came out medium or more. The other 6 entrees were perfect. A bit of a wait between the soup/salad course and the entrée. Crowded and noisy. Hard to carry on a conversation as the ambient noise level was very loud. Overall a good experience. One of the most beautiful restaurants in Cleveland.

This is the third time I have been to Crop and went with high hopes since reviews have been so good. Unfortunately, it was the third time that I was disappointed. It seems I keep ordering the wrong thing -- my dinner partner enjoyed her meal much more than I did mine -- even though what I ordered was recommended by our server. The pork chop i had was not tough and had no taste. The sides -- corn and rellenos -- were not to my liking. The opening salad and final dessert were very good, however. Crop is a nice destination and I may give it one more try and hope I order the right thing.

We love Crop Bistro. It is always consistent in delivering a delicious meal and the staff is very attentive. Enjoyed the Faroe Island Salmon, CAB ribeye, the shrimp and ravioli, and the pasta dish of the night. Everyone was delighted with the beet salads. I had not been there in a while. First time the food and service was great. Last Friday the food was dreadful I had a pork chop that was so tuff it bit back. My husband and son had a Delmonico steak I have never seen a cut so thin. Our waiter was OK as far as bringing our food in a timely manner unfortunately we left with the impression that it was an inconvenience for him to wait on us. We will not be going back anytime soon.

A friend and I were going to the spice shop and west side market, and wanted a restaurant near both of them. The building itself is impressive, and the food matched the surroundings. Isaac was attentive without hovering, and there are items on the menu that we were unable to try - so we must return to enjoy even more offerings.

The dining room is simply elegant. The preservation of this historic bank building and transformation into a modern restaurant is amazing. Crop really shines with seasonal produce - the summer corn ravioli was outstanding. Every one at the table wanted a bite and all agreed it was the best dish that evening. The beet salad and cherry napoleon also received rave reviews from our two college age daughters. This is our favorite place for special occasions. We are never disappointed with any aspect of our experience at Crop.

Ohio City is has a vibrant, urban scene. Crop was definitely more "stuffy" than the other restaurants and bars in the immediate area. The service was good and the architecture was unique and beautiful. If you are looking for a trendy hot spot, I would look elsewhere. We had a glass of wine and a salad and then opted to finish dinner at a different restaurant in the area.

Crop was the best meal we ate in Cleveland. We were lucky enough to try another more notable restaurant owned by a celebrity chef along the same food theme and Crop blew it away. This is the best fresh ingredient farm to table restaurant in the city. We had pork belly, perfectly prepared; deviled eggs; the rack of lamb was perfect!; the chicken and waffles- what a treat; the corn and bean ravioli with shrimp - wow. Everything was prepared to perfection. This is prettier and better than similar restaurants in town -- worth the cab fare to Ohio City. Here the chef is at the restaurant, not out promoting himself.

Liked Crop Bistro when it was located on W.6th St. so we thought we'd try out their new location on Lorain Ave., across from the West Side Market. Relocated to a renovated 1925 landmark art deco bank building with 60 foot tall gilt engraved ceilings, marble columns and giant classical murals surrounded by stone. The grandiosity of the building is only surpassed by the artfulness of the cuisine. I ordered the fried chicken on waffles with a chorizo gravy and spicy spinach and pineapple side. After having a bite, my wife kept on saying how the chef used lemon zest in the waffles. She ordered a huge pork chop & chipotle side. Chocolate ice cream on fudge brownie with marshmallow fluff and caramelized pecans topped the evening. Fantastic.
