  • "We went to Craftsteak for the first time and had a wonderful, delicious dining experience! We would definitely recommend this steakhouse to friends!"

  • "The food is to die for. Would definitely the pear martini, Bibb salad, short ribs, and potato purée!!"

  • "The steak at craftsteak was so delicious and I especially loved the thyme flavoring with the roasted steaks. The filet is so tender and flavorful, it was definitely my favorite item. The lobster was cooked perfectly but it was very bland.....not sure why? And a note for anyone who wants to eat the oysters, the craftsteak horseradish sauce is industrial strength, so very little goes a very long way. the atmosphere and service are so superb, I would definitely visit this restaurant again the next time I am in Las Vegas. "

  • "Craftsteak had been highly recommended to us and one in our party requested we dine at a steakhouse one night while in Vegas. What a disappointment! I ordered a filet mignon that was tough and had little flavor. Needless to say, I had great expectations given our experience at other premium steakhouses. Craftsteak just did not deliver."

  • "Another wonderful meal here! Probably my favorite steak place ever, they just do everything well. Maybe it is a tad pricey but it is worth it for the care they take in their food! I plan my meal around a few things: Lobster bisque soup, potato puree, cinnamon monkey bread. Normally I get a steak but have some leftovers to save room for the monkey bread as I will tell you it may be the best thing ever! Great staff, great food, great dining experience!"

  • "Husband and I had a lovely dinner. Craftsteak is gorgeous and modern. We had a booth that was very comfortable. The waiter was very attentive, suggested a "sampler" of the different steaks, sides and desserts. The steaks, salads, risotto and desserts were absolutely delicious. It was a good amount of food, we could not finish everything. Very pleased with our experience. We will definitely be back again. "

  • "Amazing food, prices were expensive but service and good was phenomenal! Perfect"

  • "We visited Craft steak two days ago when in Las Vegas, a little pricy but this is remedied by the cuts of meat available and the other options on the menu, portions are good not too much not too little, if ordering sides then one will feed two. Or as we did we ordered potatoes and vegetables with a dish of assorted mushrooms this was great for a party of 4. all I can say is WOW and a must try for meat lovers"

  • "We celebrated my birthday here. I wanted to go to a celebrity chef restaurant while in Vegas, we picked Craftsteak as it rated as one of the top steak locations. Let me start with the service, it was fantastic! The team of wait staff were very attentive to the pace that each table wanted to dine. We were here for a leisurely, luxious evening and that is just what they provided. The food was wonderful and the side dishes of veggies we ordered came out more family sized portions that individual, so we ended up taking quite a bit home. I highly recommend the flat iron steak. The chefs selected wine pairings were fabulous. We conversed, laughed and had a convival time of it! Thank you Marvin, Blue and team for a great night!"

  • "Amazing really, the food is incredible, the opportunity to have real Kobe beef and other prime food is excellent, but it will cost you!"

  • "The ambiance of the restaurant was nice. A great way to get away from the noise and bustle of the Vegas hotel/ casino. The lobster bisque, scallops and potato purée were outstanding! All very rich and lovely. The salad with lemon vinaigrette was just "ok" . Another outstanding aspect of the restaurant was it's service."

  • "Sever was very rushed. We received better service from the wait staff than our server. I come eat here every year and this was my last time due to poor service. Our meal was over 350.00 for two people. Food was great however our server was not. I was disappointed as I have been there many times. My husband did not enjoy it. Neither did I. Wished we took our money to a different steak restaurant."

  • "Every time I go to Vegas I stop at Craftsteak. The food is no frills-great food. Steaks are perfectly grilled, every side that I have had has been delicious and the service is top-notch. I've gone with my wife for a nice romantic meal and by myself to enjoy steak. It works for all occasions."

  • "Poor service and even worse food. Received steaks at wrong temperature. Vegetables were over cooked Very poor food for what you pay. Very disappointing."

  • "Had dinner here with a group of 6 girls. We had reservations for 8PM on a Friday night, and they seated us as soon as we got there, which was about 15 minutes late. Excellent wine list. I had a glass of Malbec with my Filet Minon. The sides were hefty enough to share with everyone, so we all ordered different ones and shared. The steak was delicious! Cooked to perfection. Some of the girls ordered the ribeye, which they said was a little dry. Overall, an amazing meal and great service."

  • "Good visit if you are in Vegas and you really want to grab a couple of high quality steaks and drop $300 on dinner. Steaks run about $50 a piece, menu is a la carte. Most wines are over $100. Steaks were cooked perfectly, service was spot on. However, side dishes were bland and boring (and $13 each). I enjoyed the dinner but you can still get similar quality steaks at many lower-price point restaurants in Vegas. You are paying for the name here, and you would do well to remember Tom C isn't in the back grilling your steaks."

  • "My wife and I always love our dinners at Craftsteak."

  • "The food was awesome. We had the Angus beef for four people and let the chef decide on the cuts. They were all awesome, probably the best steak I've ever had. The wine pairings were good and the wait staff had good suggestions and let us sample 7 or 8 bottles before deciding. Defiantly try the Hen of the Woods mushrooms. It was an expensive meal but worth it."

  • "Must have, very reasonable for the food you receive, will definitely go back next time I am in Las Vegas. Every time I go to a Craft restaurant, I want to find faults and never can! They totally live up to expectations and exceed. Tom C. has unlocked the magic formula and replicates it. Well done!"

  • "Fine Dining with all the frills. Fabulous menu, wine list, desserts all served professionally with class. Really wonderful dining experience."

  • "Roasted Baby Beet Salad, tasteless; Caesar Salad, awkward large lettuce leafs for plate and weakly dressed; Heirloom cauliflower, tasteless; sautéed baby spinach--a bit too much garlic oil; Hanger steak, nicely seasoned, cooked perfectly; flatiron steak quality and taste not quite right"

  • "I am a frequent visitor to Las Vegas and Craftsteak has been on my list as a restaurant to try for some time now. I had a business dinner with a client on April 3, 2014. I really don't have anything bad to say about Craftsteak. But I don't have anything outstanding to say. Everything about it was just adequate (ambience, service and quality of food). I was not blown away and in my opinion I was expecting to be."

  • "Craftsteak delivered again on my latest trip. The evening always starts right with their extensive wine list which pairs amazingly well with their steak entree selections. The steak is always cooked perfectly and the sides are delicious. Desert fell a little bit flat by comparison, but everything else was perfect. The service was delightful as well!"

  • "Craftsteak is our favorite spot in Vegas, with great service, food, and wine. The portions are perfect and you definitely get what you pay for and then some."

  • "We've all been to those restaurants where you had that perfect appetizer, main course or dessert that you remembered for a long time and looked forward to repeating. For us, this was not one of those experiences. Although the service was excellent, with attentive and helpful staff, the food was average, with one exception. Two of us had the Filet Mignon, with peppercorn and horseradish sauces, and the other person in our party had the Braised Shortrib. We shared the Organic Lettuces salad and sides of Broccoli Di Cicco, the Mushroom Assortment and French Fries. The salad, sides and sauces were average and the Filet Mignon was bland. Our consensus was that the Braised Shortrib was the best meat dish of the evening."
