  • "Great Family style Italian food, wine list and HUGE portions, so go Hungry!. I have been here several times and just the smell when you open the door is worth it. Great food, huge salads and a wonderful place to go to celebrate!"

  • "Great fresh food served fast. So tasty too. Our muscles, salad and fries were terrific!"

  • "We ordered several dishes. It was our first time. I got the mussels in red sauce. There were only 10 mussels and the garlic in it was extremely overwhelming. I also got the fettuccini alfredo there were so many shallot's and garlic in it again that's all you tasted. I'm Italian and my grandmother nor myself ever put shallots or garlic in our alfredo. Yuk! My friend got the lasagna it was cold in the middle but very tasty, my daughter got the chicken parm. and a salad. She had to send the salad back because the lettuce was brown and wilted, nasty. The chic parm. was at least the best of this meal. We had to ask our waitress to bring us some bread not once but twice. That's something that should have been put on the table when we sat down."

  • "Nice dinner out with friends, glad we made a reservation. Food was phenomenal as usual, though our waiter was a little slower than we usually get there."

  • "Food is always outstanding and offers a very convenient valet service. For a special occasion or a night out this is a great option that wont empty your wallet."

  • " A group of 4 had a range of entrees - from a pizza burger to pasta - all enjoyed their meal - moderate prices especially for the Savannah area - Corleone's is located on the edge of Savannah's City Market."

  • "I rave to so many about the quality of the information and rating of opentable App restaurants. This is my first disappointment in all of my travels and many uses of the App. I have been part of larger group outings and have traveled alone on business using the App to assure reservations at top restaurants. This is definitely not one of them. The food, ambiance and drink selection were sub-standard and not at all what I have come to know through my OpenTable experiences. :("

  • "We went for our 30th Anniversary. It was Great. Made reservation and put us in great Location. Our waitress was great and the food magnificent. We will definitely go back."

  • "My bridesmaids and I dined here during my bachelorette weekend. It is a must-stop place every time I am in Savannah and once again it did not disappoint. We made reservations and were shown to our table on arrival. Tate was our server- he was fun, friendly, and took great care of us. The wine and food, of course, were delicious. I also love the historic and classic atmosphere of the restaurant."

  • "The service was very lacklustre and the food was bland. The couple next to us also didn't like the food. They sent theirs back and left. We probably won't dine here again."

  • "We love coming to Corleone' s. The food is always great and the bread is to die for! If you sit outside you get to be part of the hustle and bustle of downtown Savannah,Ga. Inside is unique and charming."

  • "Although we were a bit disappointed in our calamari appetizer (the breading was perfect but, alas, the calamari tough), every other course of our meal was good (salad) to excellent (veal & dessert). Plus the service was outstanding. Management compensated for the appetizer by providing a complementary dessert. Regardless of the rough start, we will return because finding good Italian cuisine is not easy in the deep South."

  • "Waiter service a bit slow. Did not check on our need for soft drink refills. Lasagna was very good. Breads served were hard and difficult to eat. Dip for bread was very good. "

  • "Yes, they have it. So few restaurants do, and it is delicious. Everything else at our table looked and smelled good, but the canneloni was terrific. Don't miss it."

  • "My wife order pasta, the server did not mention the extra price for the shrimp. 4PCS is $8.00?. Too much creamy, could not eat. I picked up the restaurant by the review of trip advisor, but terrible. We never go back ."

  • "They have it on their menu and it is really good! three of our group of six ordered it and it was a hit with all. the mussels with linguine was also a winner."

  • "Provided gluten free pasta option which should be standard these days but isn't.That gave my wife a much broader menu.My mussels were in the about the best broth I've ever had.Good wine and drink menu too and good service.Well worth a try."

  • "A great place for delicious Italian style food. No fancy plating, just yummy, hearty food, served hot and fast. Very busy place, so make sure to make a reservation on OpenTable before going. Great prices and the staff is busy but attentive."

  • "A great neighborhood Italian food joint. Food is great service is wonderful I did not drink wine but my date and I had some really good cocktails "

  • "The lasagna with meat sauce was tough. I have never eaten tough mozzarella cheese before! The meat sauce has chewy meat as we'll. I started wondering exactly what was in it. Three bites was all I could manage before I left. I won't go back."

  • "OUR DINNER WAS FINE. MY WIFE ORDERED THE TRIO GRILLE, cooked as ordered, pork and lamb cubes were tasty, beef was a little tough. My VEAL PICATTA was good. Both loved the potatoes. The server was great. Brought home a piece of cheese cake, enjoyed later that evening. OVERALL... WORTH IT!"

  • "The service was lacking when we went. We had to ask for everything because we hardly saw our server. The food was good but not spectacular for the prices. I wouldn't return."

  • "We spent a pleasant evening with friends at Corleone's. Although located in downtown Savannah, it's casual atmosphere and laid back ambience reminded me more of a neighborhood restaurant. Valet parking ($6) makes parking a breeze in an area with very limited parking. Service is good and fast and portions are generous. Also has a nice bar serving very good and generously poured cocktails. This restaurant serves good basic Italian dishes at a moderate price."

  • "I think the kitchen and wait staff need improvement. Our food took a long time to get to the table and so did the yummy pomegranate martini's. We had to get our last round in to go cups."

  • "We were visiting Savannah and were looking for a quiet spot to catch up with family over a great meal. Corleones delivered big time. The ambiance was great and conversation was easy. We started with drinks and on the waiters recommendation my wife had a glass of Malbec that she said was outstanding. Our mussel appetizer was terrific . Everyone felt there main courses which included veal, salmon, " frute de mare" and egg plant were excellent. Overall if I was a resident, I would return on a regular basis."

  • "Booked our table online after seeing this restaurant a few times, always with people waiting outside. Popular because the food is really very good. Portions were very large (side orders of meatballs & sausages were huge), meat sauce was authentic and the lobster ravioli was to die for. We'll be back."

  • "After a house and garden tour we were tired and hungry. The restaurant was recommended. It is large and simple, a bit dark and seems well suited to large groups. The food came out very quickly and the salads were fresh. This restaurant is popular because the portions are large. If you live nearby and can bring home the leftovers, that is fine but passing through, it is hard to take home the leftovers from the three billiard ball size meatballs (as advertised, no fillers, just plain hamburger) that are served with the spaghetti. The lasagna was covered in a very chewy layer of cheese with little flavor underneath. Having been used to the Italian food in the North End of Boston, it is hard to find words to describe this Italian meal."

  • "As we travel up and down the East Coast we love to stop in Savannah and recharge. The abundance of great eateries is a primary reason for stopping here. This visit we dinned at Corleone's Trattoria. Our table was ready on our arrival and the service was quick friendly and most knowledgeable. The food was authentic Mediterranean and was prepared with local ingredients. The Spanakopita was the best we have ever had. The wine list was more than adequate and all listings were available by the glass."

  • "This is the best Italian food our group has had since we have been down here 7 years. The sauce is great, the portions are good and the cannoli's are the best ever."

  • "We have been to Corleone's two times now and both times everything was excellent. They will make you a meal you can't refuse. Yes it was very good food and service. We made reservations both times and had no problems getting a table. Will be back again!!!"

  • "We loved everything about Corleones! Menu is so thought out and paired well! Portion sizes are big, food is phenomenal, and service was outstanding! We recommend for cocktails the blue razz lemonade & the mr wonderful. Appetizer ANTIPASTO!! Salad the blueberry spinach salad with pancetta and feta is unbelievable! Baked manicotti is so cheesy and the marinara sauce is bright and flavorful. Penne ala vodka was great! Cannot forget the fresh bread and the wonderful season Olive oil to dip the bread into! It is the best ever! And dessert! I have never had a creamier or tastier cheesecake in my life and the tiramisu was incredible absolutely perfect! We recommend to any and everyone. A must visit in Savannah for sure. The wait staff is so nice."

  • "I have taken my wife to Corleone's for our anniversary twice now and both times have had outstanding service and amazing food. This is one of the best places I know in the area for Italian dining that is worth the price. I will return and I'm sure it will be as pleasant of an experience as I've had the past two times."

  • "My granddaughter and I ate here because she is a student at SCAD and needed to purchase art supplies from the store nearby. The food was delicious and servings were large. She had chicken and I had salmon. Both were delicious. I could eat about a third of mine so we took the remainder back to her dorm for the next night's meal. She finished her meal although I don't see how she could have eaten so much. The bread was delicious and the dip was especially good. We had excellent service and food. Our only complaint was a noisy baby that the daddy eventually carried outside so we could hear. Parking was scarce so we parked behind the Firestone store and walked a couple of blocks. We will be back!!"

  • "I had the baked cheese tortellini with the meat sauce and it was amazing! My date had the spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce and he really enjoyed it. The portions are VERY big so you will definitely have food to take home! Overall, a great place with great food!"

  • "The atmosphere is very romantic and the service is great. My husband ordered the surf and turf kabobs and said the meat had no flavor and thought his meal overall was not worth the $28 price. The cous cous was excellent, but that was it. I ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and it also was lacking flavor and a bit watery. We will go back to try different things though."

  • "The restaurant is beautiful and the owner has an excellent idea. The waitress we had was not trained well. She frequently left us unattended and we would have to flag her down. Our entree came out before our salad and appetizers. It took so long for our complete meal to be served that the tables on either side of us had sat, served and cleaned up from two groups each. The food was Well put together but completely lacked in seasoning. The veal was also slightly overcooked. They were extremely busy, but that is the test of a well put together restaurant- How well they operate under pressure. We certainly felt like we were being served by the C+ team and the B- team was cooking. I am a professional chef and was unimpressed."
