"We were there for dessert and drinks (around 9 on a Friday night). The restaurant was not very busy. I don't think any of the wait staff said more than 10 words to us-not very friendly.
We had Banana's Foster which was prepared tableside-no conversation or flair. Great view but for the prices I would not good there again."

"Amazing service, great food and good drinks!
The view was amazing and the crew was open and friendly. Me and my wife really enjoyed that evening. I would defenitelly recommend this place to everyone! Great place for romance or for just a good quality time spent with your significant other or your family!"

"My husband and I had dinner at Cite this past Sunday while visiting my HOMETOWN of Chicago for a friends 50th Birthday weekend. This place was beyond romantic and we had the BEST server EVER, he was so HELPFUL, ATTENTATIVE and just a all around friendly person. The food was WONDERFUL, the view was ROMANTIC and BREATHE taking and the ambiance was equally Romantic and Breathe taking. My husband had the Duck and I had the scallops and we split the Lobster Mac & Cheese and some Spinach.. Everything was WONDERFUL.."

"The food was great. The view was great (minus the huge air unit in our view). The service was attentive, but sometimes absent. The place needs a makeover. Also, the entire Navy Pier view side was not used. Bad choice on a busy night. That is the view to take breaths away."
