Our 3 Course… Pre Fixe Dinner is priced at 55 dollars per person, and generally consists of 3 choices per course. Our chef will visit your table, give full descriptions, and answer any questions you may have about his menu of the evening. "Chef Kevin brings Louisiana to his take on classic dishes. I would compare the food to Ravenous pig meets Victoria and alberts meets emerils.
We dined in the tasting room for V day and the atmosphere was more vibrant and trendy than usual.
Seriously good food in an unpretentious setting for those who know. Chef and his wife bring the best of professional service and personal attention."

"Food was excellent. My husband had the Mushroom Torte as appetizer, followed by the Lambshank. Both were really yummy. I decided to try the Roasted Beet, which was rathera unique starter and liked it, followed by Fish which was really good. Loved the presentation of the Sorbet as Desert. Will certainly recommend it to our friends."

"The Chefs Table at the Edgewater is by leaps and bounds the best restaurant in the Orlando Area. Chef Kevin shows an unequaled passion for his recipes and his cooking. He talked with us about his styles and how each dish was prepared. Amazing, amazing and amazing! The quiet nature of the dining area is perfect for dinner time conversations. Can't wait to return and dine again."

"The portions were generous and had good flavour.
The Mushroom Torte was delicious but was too much for my appetite; don’t get me wrong it was so good I ate it all; but then it did not leave much room for the entrée.
The delightful Almond & Amaretto Mascarpone cake finished with a glass of port caped the meal.
The atmosphere is vintage neighbourhood restaurant reminding me of little places in San Francisco.
Very enjoyable experience."
