   Bobby and George made this a very memorable birthday celebration and we’re very grateful for their efforts. The food was delicious as always.

   I had dinner at the Capital Grille in Cherry Hill earlier this week and the food was fantastic; However, the service left a lot to be desired. To begin the evening, I had to wait 10 minutes for the valet staff came to park my vehicle. The hostess had no idea where the valet employee was while he wasn't attending the valet stand. Then we are greeted by "Tamara," who was completely confused the entire evening. She brought out 2 shots of tequila that were supposed to be chilled but weren't, no apology, or request to have the shots chilled. We had to repeat our order multiple times because Tamara would be confused, but the kicker of the evening is when Tamara brought out steamed hot towels after our meal. The towels were cold as ice, and I told Tamara that the towels were extremely cold and her response was...at least they're wet and walked away. I requested to speak to the manager, and he approached our table, never introduced himself or apologized. He did offer to get us warm towels. From a customer service standpoint, this is one of my worst dining experiences I've ever had.

   I have counted this place out for a long time due to it being a chain, but it exceeded expectations! Everything was cooked perfectly and portion sizes were big too. Will definitely be back.

   It's not just Capital Grill, ALL the steakhouses need to lay off the salt. That's why I mostly avoid steakhouses. I meant to ask the server to tell the kitchen no salt so maybe that's my fault. I had the ribeye for $74. I ate less than 1/2, partly because the roasted beet & goat cheese salad was quite large. Maybe that was a good thing for me. The salad was very good & could have been my entree. I brought the rest of the ribeye home but I'm not sure if I will eat it. The restaurant is old school beautiful & my server was excellent.

   I always have a wonderful meal. The service is amazing, the food is always delicious and we feel so welcomed when we enter the restaurant. A lovely greeting from the front desk is so important. It sets the mood for the rest of the visit.

   Great cocktails to great appetizers, to great entrees to great, personal service. Capital Grill is one the most consistent brands in the restaurant business. Thanks for a great evening!

    We were celebrating a special occasion. Maria and her team made me feel so special. The service was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive and made the whole evening feel celebratory . I highly recommend asking for Maria when you go to Capital Grille.
