  Decided last minute to go to dinner locally. Looked at restaurants on Open Table. Decided on 71 Palm. Had been here before and had a wonderful meal so decided to try it out again. Really glad we did. My husband had 3 appetizers (as he does sometimes): lobster bisque; mussels; and lobster ravioli. All were tasteful, freshly prepared and soon disappeared. My filet mignon with green peppercorn sauce was wonderful - cooked to perfection, really favorable and the sauce had the right consistency. Our waiter was also diligent about my gluten-free diet (I have celiac disease). He was attentive, without being annoying. The atmosphere was very comfortable, a place to enjoy an evening with your spouse, casual French-bistro style....More
