Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. Chef Cerciello rediscovers the classics, using historical reference points and classic French techniques, combined with a modern approach.   • "Unmitigated disaster. Waited an hour and a half for entrees that never came and finally gave up! Waiter blamed it on "timing with the cheese plate," his boss blamed it on the chef's trouble with the lamb shank and the manager blamed it on the waiter. This restauarnt needs to get its act together or it should close."

  • "While I do like Bouchon, and have been a couple of times for Sunday brunch, this time I went for dinner, and was a bit underwhelmed! I love the choices they offer for brunch, the marriage of flavors that are offered, and the exciting choices. I ended up ordering a salade mariachere chevre chaud (I'm sure I am spelling it incorrectly), and the croque madame, both which were something I had had at brunch before, and was not disappointed. My husband chose the special roasted beet salad, and swordfish. He was a bit disappointed with both, having mentioned that the salad was okay, and the swordfish boring. I was sad to hear this as it was his first time at Bouchon."

  • "This was our second time back to Bouchon. I remember the first time being much more memorable. It's been several years, but I remember the food being outstanding before, and I just felt it was ok this time. The menu probably changes also, but my husband still had the mussels and frites and enjoyed them. I cannot even remember what I had but really didn't see anything on the menu that really was a "must have". Still, a good place for foodies to try if you haven't been there in Vegas"

  • "This is our second time to Bouchon, while visiting Las Vegas. The ambiance is decidedly French, you could be in a bistro in Paris, with the decor, waiters in long aprons, a beautiful garden outside the restaurant, and French play on the food. Our server brought us delicious crusty bread and pistachios to start.My husband had a chilled soup, sausage (boudin blanc) with potatoes and a side of garlic spinach. I had a beautiful green salad and a simple toasted chicken with trumpet mushrooms. We shared a chocolate mousse with creme anglaise for dessert. The food was simple, delicious, and beautifully presented by an attentive server. The bill, especially for a Thomas Keller estabilshment, was reasonable. Highly recommended as a must for LV."

  • "First, we had an incredibly hard time finding the restaurant - we were staying at the Wynn Towers, which made locating the venue a challenge. While others have complained about its casino floor position, I do think that DB Brasserie has a better spot- easier to find & more energy created by the bustling casino activity. Service was fine, but not on par with NAPA -I could have been at any mid-tier restaurant. I think the waiter made assumptions about our experience based on our eclectic guest composition- I love that, it helps me evaluate the consistency of service- in this case, very patronizing. In fact, when my partially filled wine glass was refilled with water, I got a shoulder shrug. Oh well. The food was okay, nothing memorable."

  • "I have been to Bouchon many times in Vegas. It's consistently one of my favourite restaurants. Because of being seated later than our reserved time, the maitre de was extremely apologetic and very very gracious. The serving staff are all experienced and respectful. Our server, Russell, was particularly in top notch form. EVERY recommendation he gave was exceptional. He never tried to upsell us on anything....maybe because we ordered a ridiculous amount of food (and finished it all)! All in all, a great evening and everyone in our group of 3 remarked that this was probably one of our top 3 meals in our life."

  • "A slice of french heaven in Vegas. The terrine de foi gras is nothing short of amazing. I would fly to Vegas just to have that again. Then the warm frisée salad with a poached egg and bacon was so right I would eat it everyday. And my trout almandine was paradise on a plate. If you like French food in an upscale bistro (and who doesn't?) you must go here. Our waiter suggested a different glass of wine with each course and they were all spot on. My best meal in Kas Vegas, my best meal this year!"

  • "I have enjoyed Thomas Keller's restaurants and have been to Bouchon in Beverly Hills several times. Service is always very special. Julie, our server, was efficient and friendly. Our food was good, but not spectacular. The swordfish I ordered was slightly overdone and a little tough. The leg of lamb my friend ordered was very good and flavored just right."

The service is one of the best that I have ever experienced. Everyone needs to eat here at least once in there life, but you better make a reservation ahead of time."

  • "Bouchon is our favorite spot in Las Vegas. The roast chicken is heaven - how they infuse so much flavor in a few ounces of broth is sheer mystery. The vegetables sitting underneath were sweet, savory and exquisite. Ditto with the mussels and steak frites. Simple food perfectly and elegantly prepared. Reasonably priced food and wine for Vegas. The perfect expression of a bistro - not particularly romantic - but perfect for friends. Only downside this time was that we were in the adjacent back room - not always used, and service was decidedly slow. We will certainly return, but will request the bustling front room."

  • "The food here was very good, but the $62 Bouchon steak was overcooked and dry at Medium Rare. I suggest you get this rare. The mussels are very good and a good value (you get tons of them). A little surprised they offer "truffle fries" given the backlash against fake truffle oil. But their frites are undeniably great. The escargot appetizer is delicious and almost too rich (it's pure puff pastry and garlic butter - wow)."

  • "Went there for dinner...21:00 booking..ordered some dishes..oysters exellent and salmon tartar...food just good and simple. Service not that good..asked if we were goeing to order more food since the kitchen was closing.Well could have been said in a friendly menner...dont take customers in at 21 if your goeing o throw them out 45 minutes later...and no I was not goeing to sit all evening and let the kit hen staff wait for us."

  • "This was my second time at Bouchon and once again, a pheonominal meal. The oysters on the half shell were fantastic. Three different types. The crispy pork belly was the special I had. Could have trimmed a bit of the fat, but it still melted in your mouth. Service was excellent. Highly recommend for Vegas goers who want delicious French cuisine."

  • " Every aspect of the evening was perfect. The seared salmon was perfectly cooked. The in-house baked crusty bread was delicious. Portions were appropriate - enough to satisfy. I did not feel cheated. The peach Melba parfait was wonderful. The server was very attentive but not intrusive. Overall it was a great dining experience."

  • "I personally didn't find anything on the menu that appealed to my tastes since I don't eat duck or lamb, and all the seafood was served cold. I ended up with a soup and salad. My colleagues enjoyed their meals except for two of them who had their lamb steaks served reversed so that one who wanted a medium well got well done and didn't care for it. It wasn't till we were nearly done that he realized that someone else got his and both were credited on the bill."

  • " This is the second time we have eaten at Bouchon at The Venetian. Everything is flawless! The food, the service....every little detail is perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. The Steak Frites are one of their specialties. The frites will be the best you have ever had eaten. The Rillettes aux Deux Saumons is a “must have” for anyone who loves smoked salmon. It is a combination of fresh and smoked salmon with toasted croutons. Just as we were finishing the last crouton another plate of toasted warm croutons is delivered by our server. That’s the kind of attention you just love at a great restaurant."

  • "Food was great however menu was limited and very pricey. Seats were small and uncomfortable. Atmosphere was extremely loud with not much ambience. As always with a Vegas restaurant the dress code was extremely lax and pretty much non existent. Lots of punks wearing backwards caps, shorts and tee shirts. Completely inappropriate in a restaurant where you are dropping $300 for two. Braised lamb shank was melt in your mouth delicious as we're the mussels. Work on the atmosphere, send the riff raff to McDonalds and this place becomes a gem even with the overpriced and limited menu."

We liked our meals very much, but I wish when my oysters were served, that they had been identified for me (they were a mixed variety). Our biggest problem was FINDING the place! We wandered all over the place asking for help at every turn."

  • "Bouchon is always reliably good, but not always great. My dinner came with fries and I paid extra to have them made truffle fries. The first batch were so salty they were inedible. I sent them back. The next batch, condescendingly called "the low salt" batch, were decent. The truffles were NOT worth the extra - they were not quality truffles with the scent you would expect and some of the truffle flavor, which was light, seemed to come from truffle oil. i'm fairly certain they were using jarred truffles, though I can't prove it. So while Bouchon is always reliably good, until it is reliably great, I will think twice before going again."

  • "This place has character. With a roaring twentys style long bar, high ceilings and spacious layout, Bouchon is adjacent to the Venizian hotel with large windows looking at the pool. Food and service are excellent and prices are better than most high rated Vegas restaurants. The menu is Americanized French with some limited raw bar selections. My Son said the trout almondine was the best fish he ever had."

  • "This is a supposed high end restaurant without wild fish on the menu---even the lobster was farmed. The onion soup was burnt, with very few onions. The only good things were the salads and the wine. I would never eat here again. To the idiots that want me to select a recommendation from above---did you ever think that maybe I have no recommendation? Yet that choice isn't given. So I have simply checked one box gratuitously in order to get this posted."

Also just getting to the restaurant is a painful experience as know one at the hotel really knows where it is."

  • "We were recently in Las Vegas and stayed at the Venetian primarily for the restaurants - there is Bouchon and then there are the rest - so great that we ate there 5 times during our 5 day visit. We freely admit to being a Keller-FANatics. There is something about the entire teams approach to excellent and finesse - Thomas has seeped those lessons down to every member of the staff. Never have I tasted a egg so perfect in preparation. The Quiche Florentine is phenonemal - so good that I had it 3 times. While the atmosphere is relaxed and very French bistro the staff works in perfect precision - we love sitting back and watching them work, using sign language or side-ways glances to communicate the flow of the room. Go - you will love it!! "

  • "The title is no exaggeration. We chose to dine at Bouchon based on the menu, and we're simply blown away. The ambience sincerely transports you to France, in a genuinely respectful way. The service was superb, and unlike anything I have experienced in restaurants costing twice as much. The steak and frites was sublime -- the slender fries tasted of pure potato -- something that is more transcendent than you'd expect, because you've probably never tasted anything like it. The crispy duck confit reminded me of my mother's cooking, elevated to artful perfection. Dinner at Bouchon is reason enough to visit Vegas. Go early, and you will return often. We were invited to tour the kitchen after dinner, an incredible experience I'll never forget. "

  • "As always... FANTASTIC!! One of our favorite restaurants anywhere! The lamb sirloin and sea bass were perfectly prepared. Try the arugula and endive salad. Very tasty and big enough to split/share. Danny is our favorite server. Request him! He had great wine picks and recommended groovy off-menu cocktails. He makes an otherwise great meal into a super experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"
