A word from Bond Street Social
Bond Street Social combines an original, upscale dining experience with a hip, lively social scene. Executive Chef Marc Dixon's creative menu of "social plates," encourages social dining with a range of global dishes that fuse European, Latin, Asian and Chesapeake Bay cuisine. The menu is designed to appeal to a diner's desire to sample a variety of dishes to share amongst friends, as opposed to traditional course style dining. To enhance the dining experience, Bond Street Social offers "social drinks," brought to the table in glass infusion jars. In addition, Bond Street Social offers a wide selection of craft beer, wine and specialty cocktails.Continued

Diner Reviews
  • "My girlfriend and I dine frequently in big cities so we expected inflated prices. The food here is very tasty but slightly over thought perhaps. The tapas style is very well done as the dishes are proportioned quite nicely. The drinks were well thought out and imaginative though very watery. All in all not a disappointment but we will be trying a different place should we return soon."

  • "Great food and a fun indoor/outdoor place to visit when the weather is nice. I love the chicken caesar bites and tuna tartar. I had salmon as my entrée and enjoyed that tremendously as well. I'd definitely recommend trying Bond Street if you haven't been there. A little gem in the heart of Fells Point!"

  • "Bond Street Social was great. We made a res for a surprise birthday party for 11. They sat us at our table early. Mac and cheese bites are awesome. A little annoying the waiter didn't ask if we wanted to split the check first. 11 people trying to figure out how much they owe was annoying."

  • "Food was very uneven. Some was good, some was not good. All portions are small and some are only portioned into 3 so it is difficult with 4 people"

  • "I always have a good time at Bond Street, so I expected no less from my first brunch experience. The mimosas were great, and the food was delicious as usual. The "bread basket" and the breakfast flatbread in particular we excellent. The only exception was the "grilled" sweet potato salad- not at all what I was expecting from the description on the menu and not at all on par with the other offerings. Our service was excellent, very attentive and the meal was nicely paced. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a consistently great brunch or dinner spot."

  • "Though not inexpensive, it is not overly costly to eat at Bond Street Social. The brunch was excellent. There is a wide variety of very enticing brunch plates to fit an taste. Would definitely go back."

  • "We had a great time at Bond Street Social. The food was delicious, we shared the mac & cheese, tuna tartare, salmon, lamb and scallops. It could not have been any better! I would highly recommend trying all the above. Thanks for a fun night and for giving us a nice booth."

  • "This was our first time dining here for brunch, we were pleasantly surprised. The food and service was wonderful."

  • "They sel it as a "sharing" concept where they recommend 2-3 dishes per person. The portions were ok; not big and not small. However, the food comes out at all different times. They just bring it out as it's ready. I guess that is on par with the sharing concept, but there is inevitably going to be times where some people are eating and some are not. Not everyone eats everything. The wait for certain dishes was very long while some things came out quickly. Not the best experience. Most likely won't go back, bit worth a try if you haven't been before."

  • "Visited Bond Street Social for Baltimore Restaurant Week. The food was great. There was a slight glitch on the appetizer delivery but the staff fixed the problem. Their regular menu is meant to share with the table. They provide share plates and the entres and apps come to the middle to split. The Restaurant Week menu was typical individual servings. The restaurant faces the Harbor right on the edge of Bond and Thames at the end of Fells Point. The view from their patio was great (but chilly ... mild for Feb. but still chilly). The bar side was 1/2 full ... decent for a Sunday night. The restaurant side was empty."

  • "This is very beautiful restaurant. Right down to the bathroom. The food was great and the waiter was most excellent. Can't wait to come back during the dinner hour"

  • "The restaurant serves small plates. Food was plentiful even on the small plates. Everything we tried was great-- fried mac n cheese, smoked salmon on hash browns, egg white omelets, chicken and biscuits. Restaurant was very modern with high ceilings and in a great location on the water in Fells Point. Plenty of street parking and nearby garages."

  • "I've been wanting to visit Bond Street Social for several years now. Decided to do Valentine's Day dinner there this weekend. I was able to get a reservation the day of - which was surprising. The food was delicious (unique twists in the sauces for some of the more typical foods) and the service was excellent - several waiters took care of the dishes and refilling water. The ambiance was a little loud/energetic (the music seemed to be right in our ear). The fireplaces throughout were a nice romantic touch. The drinks we had were delicious. I will certainly be back to explore more of the menu."

  • "Nice looking atmosphere with lighting and fireplaces but we had the worst hip/hop/dance 80's music playing throughout dinner. Michael Jackson and a nice dinner don't mix. The service was fine. As for the food, some items were good others were odd. Almost too many ingredients or trying to be too gourmet. Of all the Baltimore restaurants to choose from, I'm not sure I'd go back unles to meet friends for drinks as the bar had a lot of open area."

  • "My wife got the valentines day special with paired wines. None of the food came out at the same time as the supposed wine pairs. I finished my main meal before my wife's meal came out. Also my food was horrible"

  • "Even though our reservations stated our desire to be seated in a quiet area, we were seated by the kitchen door. Bad start. The lighting was horrible & reading the menu was a challenge. We went with the tuna tartare which was wonderful. The chicken & biscuits were very good. The sweet potato salad was good, roasted slices of sweet potato was very tasty, but the nuts were burned & the glob of "dressing?" was terrible. My husband ordered the sticky toffee pudding & was told it was not available. Really? On a holiday weekend at 7:30 pm, you only have 6 desserts on your menu & you don't have all of them available? On a positive note, our server Jackie was absolutely wonderful, attentive and cheerful. She made our visit!"

  • "Have been here for brunch with a big group of friends and also with just two friends. The bottomless bloody mary bar is awesome. Lots of options and the homemade spicy tomato juice is fabulous. Bartender gives a solid vodka pour, not your typical bottomless with a small amount of alcohol. The service has been sub-par both times. Slow to get water, slow to get refills. The first time the food took forever to come out, and the second time it was almost too quick by the time we actually got the glass for the bloody mary. Servers are friendly, just not overly attentive. Great environment, food is very good and easy to share or eat on your own. I'll go back and hope the "third times a charm" for the service!"

  • "This restaurant wants to be good, but misses on the small details. The server did not know food ingredients (dangerous when a diner has food allergies), the scenic gas fireplaces were not all lit and took time to be brought up, the music mix was off (a quiet Sunday night and try only had a bar club mix). The concept of shared portions of food is unique, and gave everyone a diverse amount of choices to taste. The food itself was well prepared. A little better attention to tailoring the details to the actual patrons would give them a more polished overall presentation"

  • "Bond Street Social is a very energetic restaurant/bar. We loved the decor and all the fireplaces, although sitting too close to the fireplace in the center of the room made for a very warm experience. The food was wonderful. We expected the portions for the appetizers to be smaller. Three plus a side vegetable was more than enough for the two of us. Of course, we had to order some dessert plates as well. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We would definitely return."

  • "Matt, our server, was great. I gave very vague descriptions for drinks that I wanted to try because I'm limited on options due to an allergy. Not only was Matt able to convey my desires to the bartender but both drinks that he and the bartender came up were enjoyed to the fullest. As for the food, everything was phenomenal. The dishes were creative and exciting and the presentation was nice without being pretentious. Matt was willing to give us recommendations based on what we felt like eating and everything was perfect. We shared everything: Pig & Fig Flatbread, Tuna Tartar, the Lamb entrée, Miso Salmon entrée. When it came to dessert, we wound up ordering a brand new dish: chocolate molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream."

  • "Bond Street Social is a great place to eat - whether it's a small meal or a lot of small plates. It is the perfect environment for a quaint evening or a night out with friends. On this occasion, we dined with our family. The hostess contacted us ahead of time to ensure that she set up the table correctly (high chair, booster). The general manager greeted us and provided us with menu suggestions. He also prepared an off the menu small dessert for my son. We dined early as not to disturb the later dinner crowd with the noise of small children. Bond Street Social's food and ambience is a perfect combination for my family and I."

  • "Great table by the fireplace, but sooooo loud that we had to shout at each other. Tacos were fantastic, salads were way overdressed and soggy, but the toffee brownie was a great ending. Service was good and we were happy to have a manager stop by to say hello. We might go back with a large group but not for date night."

  • "I had not been to baltimore for quite a while and relied on the computer to help me find a nice place for brunch with my children. My son is a Bloody Mary fanatic and gets one everywhere he goes. The review on the computer said they had a Bloody Mary bar with one hundred fixings and the menu looked appetizing, so I thought this would be the perfect choice. Unfortunately not the case. The bloody bar was not how it was described. It was a couple of pre mixes, hot sauces and condiments sitting out in little white bowls. The service started out strong and then just dropped off completely. The food was flavorless and not was not hot. The atmosphere was okay, minus the hostesses that were dressed like inappropriately."

  • "came out with friends for my birthday dinner party. the food is more about sharing plates than individual plates, which we enjoyed; we all picked an appetizer and got to try a little of everything. all the food was delicious and worth the price. service was GREAT! great scotch selection and some really good cocktails but they are PRICEY! I enjoyed the dining atmosphere but around 9 or 10 it became more of a club scene, which ended up being more fun than I thought...VERY loud tho I would dine here again"

  • "I had originally made a reservation at Bond St. for a few friends to avoid the crush of racers and spectators that usually flood Hampden after the Celtic Solstice race. We were looking for someplace that offered brunch and hopefully bottomless Bloody Marys and Mimosas. At first it was only going to be 6 of us but word out mouth spread and we had a group of 15 people going. I finally called the restaurant and Tracy assisted me in letting me expand the reservation up to 12 then finally 15. She was extremely friendly and helpful! The group loved the brunch and especially the fantastic Bloody Mary bar! Great job on the wide variety of mixes, condiments, and food items to add flavor to the drinks! The food was amazing and we'll be coming back!"

  • "Went with my husband for a date night, and enjoyed our night out. We ordered four of their small plates, which were perfect for sharing. The fish tacos were delicious, and the fries were tasty (although I wasn't a fan of the house-made ketchup- just give me regular Heinz please...). The tikka masala skewers had good flavor but were a bit dry, and the chicken lettuce wraps, while also flavorful and moist, had a lot of cartilage pieces, which made it frustrating to eat. Overall, if you want to go to Bond Street Social, go for the fun drinks and bar scene. If you're a foodie looking for that kind of experience, you might want to consider another baltimore spot. The atmosphere is great and unlike most other Fells Point spots."

  • "The restaurant's drinks and waitstaff and general ambience were great. And while our food looked great when it was delivered to the table, it's simply didn't taste very good. Not bad, just lackluster. Like an ingredient was missing. Just go to Pazo and you'll be much happier."

  • "I went 2 weeks ago on a Fri night for the first time. It was nice out so we sat at the outside tables - nice view of the water & great ambience. Went again sat night for my bday. We were only expecting 10 people for dinner & more to come later for drinks, but a lot of people showed up early & they were so accomodating in combining more tables together for everyone to sit. After dinning we were able to go into the side room where there are booths and a small bar. We had a great time! The only down side is that on the weekends, the other side of the bar (dance floor area) gets CRAZY packed and it's hard to walk through. Other than that, I definitely recommend and would definitely go back. PS: Try the mac & cheese bites, they are incredible!"

  • "Our group of four had such a great first time experience and will definitely be returning. Our waiter Mike was phenomenal and the ambiance of the establishment was wonderful. The highlights of brunch were defintiely the bottomless "make your own" bloody mary bar and the yummy fried mac'n'cheese bites."
