  • "We discovered we could now use Open Table to make a reservation at Black Angus. It was a pleasant surprise. On arrival our table was ready for us, even with a packed parking lot. Our waiter arrived quickly and took our initial order, but then things slowed down a bit. We do eat at this location occasionally and the service is consistently slow for some reason. Fortunately the food is good enough that we keep coming back. Food preparation was very good. My steak was prepared at just the right temperature. I will return to Black Angus again, as I am aware of the time to get your food after ordering."

  • "This is the second time we have had someone try and seat us by the kitchen. It is noisy and way too busy at this table so every time we ask to been moved before we sit down. The chicken tenders are not consistent. This time they were very greasy. The appitizer for the other couple at our table did not come out with ours and we had to ask where it was. My prime rib was under-cooked the 1st time and very fatty. I think I'm going to start ordering fish or chicken the next time. Every time I order meat it is not up to par.. Drinks were refilled constantly and the service was attentive. Food quality needs improvement. I'l go to Outback if the meat quality doesn't improve."

  • "The food here is always outstanding! We come here, mostly, for the fried zucchini which is always to die for!! Our service left much to be desired-- he seemed preoccupied with something else. I don't feel that I should ever have to ask for more to drink when you walk by my table and my glass is EMPTY. Half way through our dinner another server (or bus boy?) started to bring out other items and drinks, so I guess our server went on break? Who knows, but that kid was way better than our actual server. Other than that, we had a great time here. I'd always recommend this place."

  • "The best Black Angus! Friendly managers are always in the restaurant whether you have a complaint, question, or just want to say hello. Open Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, and pretty much every other holiday except Christmas, and with a reservation, it's less than a five minute wait on the busiest days, including holidays. Wait staff is attentive and refills drinks and clears plates out of the way without being asked. Food is awesome from the mushroom and blue cheese filet mignon to the salmon, and everything in between. Great for the whole family or date night. The bar has a fun, sports filled atmosphere and special prices for Happy Hour. Affordable for everyone. Coupons regularly available. Great specials. Awesome with special orders!"

It was a top sirloin steak with giant prawns and I had the blue cheese steak. This was the best meal we have ever had there. And I highly suggest you make reservations. We did and got a good table and were well served. I love this place. Only one silly complaint, I wish there weren't so many birthdays! The song becomes very annoying! I mean... I enjoy a good birthday treat but the song brings down the atmosphere like a cheesy home town buffet setting. But still had a great time and went home stuffed!"

  • "We often go to Black Angus and are normally very happy with our experience but the last couple of times we did not enjoy ourselves. Our first experience was earlier this month at lunch time. First it took over 10 min just for our waitress to acknowledge us. Once our waitress came she was not very friendly, almost as if we were a bother. We had to ask for some bread after about 20 minutes of no one coming back to our table. We had to hunt for our waitress while the manager stood by the front chatting with friends. I took over 40 minutes to get our lunch that day and it was very slow in the restaurant."

The restaurant was GANGBUSTERS when we walked in the door, but our reservations were honored within a reasonable window of time. Our server & the entire wait staff were friendly, gracious & efficient to both the guests of the restaurant & to each other, which made the ambience that much more festive! We both opted for the traditional Turkey Dinner and were delighted to find that it included a whole baked sweet potato/yam! Our meals were well prepared, the portions were very generous & the price was VERY reasonable!"

Our steaks and prime rib had a disappointing amount of gristle and fat. We would return to this restaurant for a gathering, but would likely stay away from the beef. Reservations were handled well and thoughtfully, and everyone associated with the restaurant was pleasant and professional."

  • "I'm rating it a 2 because it was a busy Thanksgiving day. The waitress was daring and very attentive. My son ordered the lobster and filet mignon and I ordered the prime rib and potato . His lobster was so tough that he couldn't figure how to pull the met off the shell and my prime rib was paper thin but the taste was decent. It is very hard to screw up a slice of prime rib and a baked potato but the prime rib was mostly fat. It was very noisy tho the waitress was calm and did not feel rushed."

  • "I had reserved a table for 5 and we arrived with 6 people. The restaurant was able to quickly and easily accommodate the additional person. Our server was friendly and outgoing and we saw management staff helping out at various tables throughout our visit. I loved the sampler platter appetizer and we had three different kinds of steak ordered at our table and all of them were delicious! We had prime rib, New York steak and filet mignon. The veggies were prepared perfectly, and they gave you a nice portion of salad."
