"I have been using Open Table for over a year, but this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. We came to Steamboat Springs to ski, but there were very bad snow conditions and the mountain was about to close for the season. As a result, there weren't many people in town, and we had Bistro C.V. to ourselves with a few other people seated at the bar. The service was terrific. The food was equally good. We had the burrata cheese plate, a seafood chowder, and my wife had the scallops and I had the Bistro C.V. burger. I would return in a heart beat."

"After doing some research, we found bistro c.v. What a great find! After a disappointing anniversary dinner at another restaurant in town, we made up for it here. The atmosphere was exactly what we were after. The menu was creative, the food was absolutely wonderful! Our server was helpful and attentive and the food was so artfully presented that I even took a photo with my phone. Came back the next evening for dessert and wine. This is the most memorable of all the restaurants on our Colorado visit(Denver & 3 ski towns). Already looking forward to our next visit to Colorado and you can be sure Steamboat Springs and bistro c.v. will be on our list."

"The food and service were great. And we loved the ambiance -- casual, quiet and dimly lit. We don't know how we missed it on earlier trips, but this place has moved to the top of our Steamboat restaurant list."
