  • "We arrived on time for our 700 reservation but we're not seated until about 720. Once seated we enjoyed the soup, and the salad but the wait time for the chef was noticeably long. Chef finally came out and we enjoyed our food. Over all th experience was fun and enjoyable but there was a lot of waiting around."

  • "I have bn to several Benihanas around the US n never had a bad experience b4. The cook was funny but no tricks as they usually do but the food was good. The manager was horrible! The cook had already started cooking our meal n she asked him if he could move to another table. Unbelievable! On our wait out the manager ask if we would like to have a drink at the bar seen according to her they carry drinks that we won’t find any other place, she would know bc she was a bartender for many years. Yet I requested my fv drink n nobody had a clue of what I was taking about. I explain to mix armaretto, coconut rum n pineapple. I have always paid $4-$5 everywhere else yet the manager charged me $8 for each bc it’s a drink that they dont mixed. Really?"

  • "I booked this restaurant in Key West because our 13 year-old nephew was visiting and I didn't want a stuffy dinner. From beginning to end, this was a great dining experience. Everyone found something they liked on the menu, and it was cooked at the table with energy and humor by our chef. Our only problem was being absolutely full when we left. Fortunately, this restaurant is right across from the beach where we walked to find the perfect spot to watch fireworks on the Fourth of July."

  • "Staff seemed stressed for some reason, this was the first time at this Benihana but have been to others in SF and Baton Rouge. This one was some what better. The chef was very good and the food was generous and tasty. Nice view of the Atlantic Ocean and plenty of good parking, which is a good advantage for Key West. We will go there again as we enjoyed the food and experience."
