  • "It was a "Just Because Night" ---- Treated a small special group to the elegance of Baker Street. The food was equisite, especially the blackened scallops AND the prime rib was robust with flavor but the quality melted in your mouth. The service was not overbearing or annoying as other places where they are constantly asking if everything is ok; Baker Street waiters/waitresses just knew when and how to accommodate! It is not a restaurant for small children and its nice to dine without listening to whining or crying of a little one. Everyone was totally pleased with the whole evening. THANK YOU BAKER STREET."

  • "Our waitress Mandy was so much fun! We were celebrating two birthdays and she made my mother and our daughter feel very special. Mandy asked us what our first names were and then rest of the evening she called us by name and adding a Miss or Mr in front! Neat idea!!! Food was outstanding as well it always is!!!   • "My friend had been ill but still wanting to get out and catch up. When I was first seated at a 2 seater in a busy walkway, I asked to be reseated out of the way and out pf any drafts. They accommodated us nicely. We wanted to take our time and enjoy the evening, so they never made us feel rushed. James was there and came over to chat, which is always nice to be acknowledged by management. There was a party (40th birthday) in the next room, so lots of traffic past us into the restrooms, but so much better than the original 2 seat in the aisle way. Great food! Attention to detail is obvious."

  • "table was ready on time. Décor very nice. Wait staff well trained, efficient, and courteous. Food presentation very appealing. Our table for 4 was overcrowded just with the place settings. They had to remove the tacky little artificial candle to make room for salt. Food quality and flavor was Average The noise level was somewhat comparable to a popular neighborhood diner at lunch rush. This was NOT the anniversary dinner experience we anticipated. We have had better dining experiences at 2/3 the cost in other Fort Wayne restaurants."

  • "We love Baker Street! The food is always great, from the Ahi Tuna to their steaks. The chefs are always trying new specials which are always delicious! If you don't see what you want on their menu, they will do their best to make what you request. We also enjoy sitting at the bar, talking to the bartender. It is a nice, relaxed atmosphere and the bartenders are very knowledgeable about their craft. The owners always make a point to stop by your table to make sure you are enjoying your meal. We can't recommend this place enough!!"

  • "Because we had a major day ahead on Monday, we looked for somewhere to have a "traditional" Sunday Brunch to celebrate our anniversary. While the offerings were interesting and acceptable they were limited. We enjoyed our meals and especially the desserts. As a rule we prefer to frequent Baker Street for evening dinner."

  • "We dined here recently with our daughter's in-laws visiting from Edinburgh, Scotland. Her father-in-law is president of the International Surgeons Association and has traveled and dined all over the world and he said this was the best meal he'd had in the states. The waitress asked each of us our names as she took our order and did not fail to remember them throughout the evening. It was an enjoyable experience."

Hearing good things about Baker Street, I was hoping to have a memorable experience & Baker Street didn't let us down.   • "This was probably the best dinner I have had in a VERY long time. We were seated in a more secluded part of the restaurant, which was really nice. The service was outstanding, and every part of our meal was delicious. Appetizer, salad, and entree. I had a bone-in ribeye, which was easily one of the top three steaks I have ever had in my life. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any who will listen."

  • "I consider myself to be a major "foodie" when it comes to dining out & feel comfortable saying Baker Street excelled all. The atmosphere was perfect. Our group can be "loud" when we celebrate birthday luncheons, so we had asked for a nice corner location. The service was excellent & our server did everything she could to make our dining experience memorable. This was my first visit; the server did a great job explaining dishes & helping make selections. The gouda crab dip for an appetizer was fantastic as were the bread selections. Our entrees were top-notch, including the special of oscar'd halibut w/rice. Our table also had the beef medallions and the ribeye & all were great. I left knowing we will be coming back for dinner. GREAT!"

  • "We celebrate 6 birthdays in 6 weeks and we used to let each birthday boy/girl choose where they wanted to go. As they grew, the expense also grew. Hence, we decided on one dinner and we would celebrate them all at the same time. We all look forward to dining at Baker's Street, and everyone can order their favorite, with lots of taste testing each others' selection. We ordered an appetizer this year - we usually don't - and I'm sure it will become a tradition. The smoked gouda crab dip on pita toasts was fabulous and quickly disappeared. We have learned that we have to pace ourselves or we won't be able to finish our meals and save room for dessert. It's all so good and a few boxes had to be taken home for those who couldn't finish."

  • "I went to Baker Street with a group of six. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The food was delicious especially the New York strip steak . We also enjoyed the presentation of our desserts .We ordered the flaming donuts which they make in front of you . All in all an extremely pleasant experience. If I had one complaint which is extremely minor is that i wish the waitress would know more about their Scotch selection."

  • "Not sure what all the hub bub is about with this restaurant. This restaurant was recommend by co-workers so we made a reservation. The service and atmosphere was great but the food not so much. We ordered a crab cheese dip but what we received was plain cheese not even a hint of crab. The salad was just a salad, nothing spectacular. My $37 lobster crowned filet was brought to me and I didn't see the lobster. Then I noticed about a tablespoon of red and white tidbits on top of the filet and realized that must be it (not an exaggeration). My husband ordered a pork and pasta dish with peppers and what he received was a bowl full of pasta with very little pork and peppers. For the $120 we paid we expected food, not just atmosphere."

  • "We were in town for the golf show and were referred to Baker Street! The moment you walk in you could feel like it was going to be a great experience. The staff was very attentive and knowledgable of the wine list, specials and how the food was prepared. There were so many tempting choices but I chose the blackened pork chops with chutney and brussel sprouts that had bacon and a fantastic glaze! Both were incredible! Very happy we chose Baker Street."
