A word from B&B Burger and Beer - Las Vegas
B&B Burger & Beer is a bright, casual restaurant in the Venetian Hotel Casino. The space boasts a 2,000 square-foot, 75-seat outdoor patio facing Las Vegas Boulevard. In true Batali & Bastianich form, the atmosphere is trumped only by consistently delicious food. To that end, the menu at B&B Burger features local ingredients including dry-aged American beef for burgers, served on a perfectly charred bun, plus signature sides, robust salads, and standout shakes. The beer-driven beverage menu spotlights beers from Las Vegas and other local craft breweries.

B&B Burger is B&BHG’s 6th collaboration with Las Vegas Sands, including three restaurants in Las Vegas (B&B Ristorante and OTTO Enoteca Pizzeria in The Venetian; Carnevino Italian Steakhouse in The Palazzo) as well as two properties in the Marina Bay Sands Hotel Casino in Singapore (Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza).

  • "Ordered the make your own burger combination since the menu choices of burgers had too many toppings. Wanted just simple burger to really taste the beef. Glad I did, great tasting beef."

  • "Food is good, good burgers and heroes and reasonably priced, definitely for vegas. Our server was nice and knowledgeable but he was basically doing the whole terrace on his own, undoable. The hostesses were a joke with absolutely no overview or skills. The restaurant was completely empty inside and this did not make the interior look good, it looked somewhat cheap. The terrace however is very nice! Once again the burgers were great, especially my drivethrough one but the service needs work!!"

  • "I had the really good burger and it totally lived up to its name. The only issue I had with this restaurant was that our server was very rude to the people seated next to us and quite curt with my husband and me. He was too busy taking photos and conversing with another group of diners that he seemed to know. The guy who refilled our water constantly did a fabulous job and should have received the tip instead."

  • "The burger was probably the best one I have ever eaten. The waiter was the worst I can remember. He had no personality and acted like he had no interest in us at all. He was downright rude to an elderly couple sitting next to us."

  • "With gourmet burger places popping up all over and many of them very delicious I was hoping this would be another one that I would want to revisit- it's not. We dined on a Friday evening and the place was as quiet as you'll find a Las Vegas restaurant. There were very few tables yet the server was very inattentive. As we ordered he never made eye contact instead looked around like he was bored. Maybe that is why the chicken wings ordered with ranch came on a bed of blue cheese. They also were the size as if they came from chicks not chickens. Probably the worst wings I've ever had. Burger and French fries were good. Onion rings were very greasy. Server had to redo check three times to get it correct. I don't recommend this place."

  • "I hate writing bad reviews and usually don't pay attention to those who do, but I spent $64 for two beers, two burgers (no fries) and one garden salad. It was pretty good but I can get the same elsewhere for much cheaper. I expected Batali and Bastian to have really created great burgers for $15 on average. The place itself is rather plain. Clean and spacious but nothing outstanding at all. Good service. Overall, this could be a good b&b place if it wasn't overpriced."

  • "Service was atrocious, ran out of beer and water. Order was brought out wrong, onion rings were greasy, too expensive for that to be happening."

  • "I got the morning after burger and my husband got the bottom burner. Both were outstanding; never had a better burger. ...and I've eaten a lot of them!"

  • "If you love gourmet burgers, this is one place to visit! Service was excellent but the food was spectacular!"

  • "I google the best burgers in vegas and this came up as number 1, I don't think food wise is number 1, iam a local and for sure there is better burgers restaurant is cool and service is friendly"

  • "We absolutely love Battali's restaurants in Vegas, particularly B&B and Carnevino. We were looking forward to trying this new casual spot from our favorite team. Everything about this place was disappointing. Lousy service (i dont think our waitress cracked a smile; she looked miserable). The burgers and fries were mediocre. Not terrible but not what we expect from the b&b team. Very basic menu. No particularly unusual burger, no sweet potato fries or interesting sides. The beer selection was nothing special (bud at a beer garden really?). The space is ordinary and loud from the casino and sports bar noises. Perhaps this place will get better but we dont have a need to come back anytime soon."

  • "Overall good food. Good service but did not love sitting next to the waiters pantry, this was noisy. There were plenty of other seats that we could have sat at."

  • "Excellent food, service & ambiance. Server recommended Soffe beer served like a wine, delicious & perfect for non beer drinkers. Fried pickles, wings and onion rings followed by The Morning After, a delicious burger topped with fontina cheese, mushrooms and a fried egg. All delicious, would recommend and go back. Wonderful view!"

  • "During my trip to Las Vegas this time I ate here three times; twice for lunch and once for dinner. The burgers were incredible. I would not recommend the fried pickles - they are over-breaded and you barely taste the pickles. The burgers and beer were a bit pricey, but I suppose in line with any other good food on the strip. Bartenders were awesome - very friendly and provided great service. Although I personally did not try the onion rings, three people at my table for dinner shared an order and all three said they did not care for them (most said they were too salty). Final note - great burgers :)"

  • "The burgers are insane! They are so juicy, fresh and bursting with flavor. The service was great and the Nutella Shake is to die for. I don't think I have ever had a better shake. This is a must for lunch or dinner if you are in Vegas. The restaurant is small and quaint. I loved it! Tons of great beer to choose from, too!"

  • "My server's name was Modest. She is one of the best I have seen at her job anywhere in the world. Period. Even if the food had been average, which it wasn't, this would have been a great dining experience. I had the really good burger made on a potato bun and it was delicious. This will be one of my new regular spots"

  • "Just finished excellent lunch outside (for 17!) with great selection of burgers and beers. Excellent friendly and rapid service! There were no complaints...just lots of compliments! And great meat balls in the meat ball hoagie!"

  • "so you spend your time yelling at chefs on TV, and the best you can come up with another lame burger joint in Las Vegas! The only thing nice about this place was sitting out on the patio and perfect weather with Las Vegas Strip at your back that was great and the service is wonderful, the people were also. But the burgers lane play for Les Bergers. Oh wow what a culinary genius is thought to put an egg on a burger, woohoo! And the bond tasted like a Robeks leftover pretzel with no flavor no taste and fortunately no need to go back."

  • "B&B Burger and Beer is a perfect spot for that casual meal. The prices are very reasonable and the food is fantastic. (The onion rings are a MUST!). We sat outside on a comfortable Las Vegas night which just added to the charm. The patio is right on the canal of the Venetian, as well as in viewing distance of the volcano at the Mirage. The noise level was low, other than the occasional Gondola singer and the rumble of the volcano it was very easy to hold a conversation. I'd highly recommend it."

  • "Burger and Beer is quite literally the most astonishing find this far, in vegas. The food is beyond compare (for sandwiches and burgers) and the beer selection is incredible. The waitstaff are the epitome of perfection and everything was so great we went back again the next day. Try everything. They even have a burger made of ground steak from Carnevino (Mario Batali's Italian steakhouse). "

  • "This casual eatery was fun to visit as it is located at the Venetian. If you dine outside you will be entertained by the gondoliers at the Venetian, the fire and water show across the street at the Mirage and a variety of entertainment passing by. But make no mistake the food is the star. I had the burger on a ciabatta roll which was perfectly seasoned. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich, which was the best I have ever tasted. The BBQ sauce was magnificent. Best part of all were the shoestring fries. They were so good that my husband and I ordered a second serving."

  • "We were lucky to be able to get a table outside overlooking the "Grand Canal" as these go quickly when the weather is nice. Our server Steven took very good care of us and recommended the fried pickles which were wonderful and crunchy. Our burgers were cooked perfectly and were absolutely delicious. The price was reasonable for the very high quality of the food. We will definitely return when in Las Vegas again."

  • "While our server was friendly, she lacked knowledge about the beers and food. She asked me what the truffle aioli was! The decor was boring. We went to watch a sports event and had to look up at undersized tvs. Worst of all, the burgers were underseasoned and tasteless. This was quite a letdown after my amazing experiences in Eataly Chicago and Manhattan."

  • "The burgers & shakes are AWESOME!!! The service was sketchy; there was large group also eating there, who seemed to monopolize either limited staff or unorganized staff . . . don't know answer. The excellent food MORE than made up for that, so 5 stars on overall experience."

  • "We had lunch at B&B Burger on Monday, March 31. Our burgers were cooked to perfection with a wide variety of condiments available. Absolutely delicious--one of the best burgers we've ever had. Vivian was our server and she was fantastic--very knowledgeable of all menu items, friendly, took very good care of our needs (extra napkins!) Onion rings were the best and the 'adult milkshakes' were wonderful. Definitely will return on our next trip to Vegas!!!"

  • "As someone who waited tables for years I understand the amount of work that goes into making something like a Mint Julep. With that said, there was a Makers Mark Mint Julep on the menu and on that particular night while sitting outside I thought a mint julep would be delicious. So, I did not appreciate when the waitress returned with my date's beer only to inform me that my drink was "labor intensive". No guest should ever feel like they are putting the staff out. Also, food came out way too quickly. We couldn't even enjoy our drinks before the appetizer was out. And then couldn't enjoy our appetizer of buffalo chicken wings (which were tasty) before our burgers were delivered. Food was good but service was lacking. I won't be back."

  • "Loved B&B Burger! We sat out on the patio, which was great. The inside had a really nice vibe also. The menu is burger heaven. We had the fried oysters & unfried mozzarella. Both were delicious. The oysters were perfectly fried, still tender, and great little sauces drizzled on and around the yummy little mouthfuls. The mozz was unexpected, and def recommend it! The beer selections are perfect. There are enough well-knowns for the not so adventurous, and things like a Sam Smith's Chocolate stout for the more daring. We had one custom burger and "The Morning After" which is topped with a fried egg and truffle aioli. Amazing!!! Nice and casual atmosphere, with delicious, foodie level burgers."

  • "This was a good one. The apps are ok, very sparse amount for the price, but the burgers were righteous. Great beer on tap. I'd sit outside and watch the edge of the Strip. If you're stuck inside the Ventian this is a really good spot to get some air and a good burger."
