A word from B&B Burger and Beer - Las Vegas
B&B Burger & Beer is a bright, casual restaurant in the Venetian Hotel Casino. The space boasts a 2,000 square-foot, 75-seat outdoor patio facing Las Vegas Boulevard. In true Batali & Bastianich form, the atmosphere is trumped only by consistently delicious food. To that end, the menu at B&B Burger features local ingredients including dry-aged American beef for burgers, served on a perfectly charred bun, plus signature sides, robust salads, and standout shakes. The beer-driven beverage menu spotlights beers from Las Vegas and other local craft breweries.

B&B Burger is B&BHG’s 6th collaboration with Las Vegas Sands, including three restaurants in Las Vegas (B&B Ristorante and OTTO Enoteca Pizzeria in The Venetian; Carnevino Italian Steakhouse in The Palazzo) as well as two properties in the Marina Bay Sands Hotel Casino in Singapore (Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza).

Diner Reviews
  • "This casual eatery was fun to visit as it is located at the Venetian. If you dine outside you will be entertained by the gondoliers at the Venetian, the fire and water show across the street at the Mirage and a variety of entertainment passing by. But make no mistake the food is the star. I had the burger on a ciabatta roll which was perfectly seasoned. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich, which was the best I have ever tasted. The BBQ sauce was magnificent. Best part of all were the shoestring fries. They were so good that my husband and I ordered a second serving."

  • "While our server was friendly, she lacked knowledge about the beers and food. She asked me what the truffle aioli was! The decor was boring. We went to watch a sports event and had to look up at undersized tvs. Worst of all, the burgers were underseasoned and tasteless. This was quite a letdown after my amazing experiences in Eataly Chicago and Manhattan."

  • "We had lunch at B&B Burger on Monday, March 31. Our burgers were cooked to perfection with a wide variety of condiments available. Absolutely delicious--one of the best burgers we've ever had. Vivian was our server and she was fantastic--very knowledgeable of all menu items, friendly, took very good care of our needs (extra napkins!) Onion rings were the best and the 'adult milkshakes' were wonderful. Definitely will return on our next trip to Vegas!!!"

  • "Loved B&B Burger! We sat out on the patio, which was great. The inside had a really nice vibe also. The menu is burger heaven. We had the fried oysters & unfried mozzarella. Both were delicious. The oysters were perfectly fried, still tender, and great little sauces drizzled on and around the yummy little mouthfuls. The mozz was unexpected, and def recommend it! The beer selections are perfect. There are enough well-knowns for the not so adventurous, and things like a Sam Smith's Chocolate stout for the more daring. We had one custom burger and "The Morning After" which is topped with a fried egg and truffle aioli. Amazing!!! Nice and casual atmosphere, with delicious, foodie level burgers."

  • "As someone who waited tables for years I understand the amount of work that goes into making something like a Mint Julep. With that said, there was a Makers Mark Mint Julep on the menu and on that particular night while sitting outside I thought a mint julep would be delicious. So, I did not appreciate when the waitress returned with my date's beer only to inform me that my drink was "labor intensive". No guest should ever feel like they are putting the staff out. Also, food came out way too quickly. We couldn't even enjoy our drinks before the appetizer was out. And then couldn't enjoy our appetizer of buffalo chicken wings (which were tasty) before our burgers were delivered. Food was good but service was lacking. I won't be back."

  • "This was a good one. The apps are ok, very sparse amount for the price, but the burgers were righteous. Great beer on tap. I'd sit outside and watch the edge of the Strip. If you're stuck inside the Ventian this is a really good spot to get some air and a good burger."

  • "I don't usually write. Given how bad this experience was and that it is a Batali and Bastianich eatery, I thought I should. The food: boring and bland. The service: slow and disjointed. The ambiance: trashy deli-like. Had the Jalepeno burger and the lobster roll. Both insignificant. The lobster roll had no flavor at all and the lobster was very tough. The burger was boring for such an auspicious place. Sad!"

  • "Burgers are inventive and tasty. Beer selection is wide. Fried pickles were memorable, as were the onion rings. Service is so-so."

  • "in a poor location at the back of the venetian, struck by how empty it was on a friday nite at 945 pm i would have hated to have dined indoors. really a very unclassy feeling/ waiters standing around talking with each other. wanted to sit on the patio. the hostess stated that she didn't think the patio was open. she went out to check, and then guided us outside, where the patio had about 5 tables with diners (how she didn't know if it was open is beyond me) they did not have my name on a reservation. the service was slow, tesious and unfriendly..very little emotion shown by the waiter. the drinks were watered down. the burger was not even a 5 on a scale of 10. i was misled by the names...B&B. never again!!!"

  • "I was very surprised how stark this restaurant was. It had a diner like feel to it which was Out of place at the Venetian Hotel. Burgers were ok but basic. Sides were a la carte which was a bit cheap. The milk shake was to die for. Go here for a fast burger, do not take clients."

  • "Had to wait at least 10 min before anyone stopped to take a drink order. Food was overpriced and average. Pretty disappointing."

  • "The best steak hero and onion rings ever. After the first bite, most onions in onion rings come out and the batter falls off. These did not and the batter was light and flaky delicious. Liked the design of the restaurant."

  • "The burger tasted great compared to many of the other "premium burger" places around Vegas. I'd recommend this one above the rest. Slightly higher in cost, but well worth it."

  • "Clean, bright with good value options for lunch on the strip. The location is not very prominent, so it tends not to be so busy."

  • "Hard to believe a burger place with just a handful of people at 6:30 on a friday! We started with fried pickles and i swear about 12-14 to an order for about $6. Burgers seemed and tasted pretty basic for the price. All in all two burgers, order or fries. Slaw and those pickles with water to drink was $50. I reslly think they missed the mark on what could be a great place!"

  • "Another Burger Bar with a high profile Chef's name attached. This one has actually pretty good burgers, unlike the other ones, where the burgers were dry, and the service lacking. Don't expect anything fancy here, simple accommodation, and a nice selection of burgers. They spend their money on the food here, not on the window dressing."
