  • "There aren't many restaurants in downtown Detroit with a comparable ambiance and upscale dining experience. I took a friend for her birthday and we loved it. Food is the most important part to the dining experience and our food was delicious from the appetizers to the main entree and dessert. Everything tasted wonderful. I prefer this Andiamos in downtown Detroit over some of the other ones I've been too. I give it a 5 star rating! Will definitely go again soon."

  • "I love Andiamo's but this time I was a little disappointed. The first time I ever had chicken picatta was at Andiamo's (chicken tenderloin, capers, artichokes and lemon sauce) this time a chicken breast (dry), capers and green beans. I spoke to my waitress about this, she had the kitchen to prepare the artichokes and brought them to me on a another plate. I was disappointed that I was not offered another meal. If Andiamo's does not prepare Chicken Picatta anymore, don't prepare it."

  • "We were at the Lakeside Andiamo's and were not happy. When we reserved the Ren Cen Andiamo we were hoping it would be as great as the 14 mile road restaurant. So not happy and not sure if I will even be back to the 14 mile road venue...sad because I used to go there forever...I remember Arriva and I'm so bummed when people get too many venues and spread themselves too thin. Rojo...really? I don't get how they are so into growing their name and bringing non-quality dishes, horrible wine list and just sad. We were so unhappy with our service and not sure if we will go back to any other one of their establishments. I think I will go back to the 14 mile road... three strikes and your out...I sure hope it regains my great memories..."

  • "I took my girlfriend here the night before Valentine's Day, when it was nice and quiet. The waiter, "Michael," was very polite and always arrived at just the right time. The food was quite tasty, and we sat at a table right next to the window with a perfect view of Caesar's Windsor across the Detroit River. I have been here once in the summer, and the outdoor experience is also nice."

The ice tea maybe was not the best, a little bitter or fishy, and our server was an inexperienced young man who was trying too hard. The last time I was there I had a seasoned pro who knew when to be "present" and this young man was just learning, but tried very hard. The awesome taste and presentation of the food makes you forget anything else, after all, we are there for the food and the view of the river. I would highly recommend this place to all!"

  • "My main problem with the overall experience was that the table was right by the window (which we requested to view the river). It was winter and the view was great, but the room was freezing at that place. You would think that they would have known how to compensate for the windows when heating the place. It made the whole meal uncomfortable. I also found the menu a little limited. What we had was fine but I had a hard time finding something that appealed. All in all it was an OK meal, but I was not impressed. Also, ultimately the markings to get to the restaurant were difficult to find. They had valet parking, but I was not apprised of it when we made our reservation, so we wandered around COBO for quite a while to get there."

Our experience at the Riverfront was very nice, as we got the table we requested, our waiter was aware of our timing, our courses were served at exactly the right intervals, and he even went out of his way to assure we could use our Gratzi points. We appreciated the manager stopping by to speak with us."
