"Inatentive service. Cold mashed potatoes w/ a 30 plate, no one checked and asked how the food was. Took way to long to serve the bottle of wine we ordered, and when the waiter said 'the bread will be right out' it took 45 mins and was served along with te entrees. Pointless."

"My wife and I went out for her birthday and sought out a nice romantic setting with quality food. We'd never been to Tiburon or the Caprice previously having recently moved to SF.
We enjoyed the location of the restaurant, the staff was attentive, but sadly the food quality (and in particular the lobster) was not. We order the Filet and Lobster Tail. We were pretty disappointed with the size and mealy texture of the tails on both of our plates. The steaks though a good cut were lightly or not seasoned and did not shine. Living in Walnut Creek and making the drive to Tiburon, we had high expectations. We'll stick with Vik Stewarts for our steaks going forward for taste and cost."

"My boyfriend and I had a very special Sunday brunch at the Caprice. We had a lovely table by a window and watched the sailboats float by as we sipped on our mimosas and nibbled on our crab cakes benedict. Everything we ate was delicious! The lemon tarte was especially decadent! We can't wait to go back!"

"Had dinner here on our last night in the Northern California after getting a recommendation. Wonderful surprise...great location...food was good / very good, service was outstanding. Great wine list considering that the menu was limited. My one recommendation would be to have a greater emphasis on fresh seafood."
