Private Party Facilities: We can accommodate private parties of up to 25 people on either our partially secluded low mezzanine, semi private ocean-view patio or our semi-private lounge area. All areas are excellent choices for your intimate occasions. Our dining room is also available for "buy out" situations in which we can close our restaurant, lounge, and patio for your private function.

Entertainment: Live entertainment performances Friday and Saturday evenings in the lounge or on our South Beach style terrace, weather permitted. You can enjoy a variety of lounge style music, jazz, and live percussion. At 3800 Ocean, the dining experience provides a feast for the eyes and as well as the palate. But if the seaside view is simply an appetizer, it’s one that will wet the appetite for a truly delightful experience. Choose to dine indoors within a calming space of contemporary elegance, or outdoors on an expansive, covered patio where calming breezes and the soft sounds of the gentle surf provide an inviting and relaxed atmosphere.

"We had an excellent birthday dinner here. As many have said, the food is a cut above compared to most hotel restaurants. A creative menu and excellent service rounded out a great evening."

"The din ruined the meal. Unruly, loud children overwhelmed the gorgeous view and better than average menu. It was spring break time, which might account for the number of children in the restaurant. Wine was overpriced compared to better restaurants in West Palm Beach and the staff, who could use a brush-up tutorial on professional attire, could use some additional assistance. We might try it again at a time other than spring break or perhaps at a later dining hour but can't imagine it will be too much quieter because the overall acoustics are poor. It's a beautiful hotel, free valet is a nice touch and the view is terrific. Too bad the noise level carried the day."

"We ate at 3800 Ocean for 3 nights in a row while staying at the Marriott Singer Island resort. It's above average for a chain hotel restaurant, though not quite on par with city fine dining. With a heavy focus on seafood, ingredients are fresh and portions are generous. It was rather slow while we were in town, but service was always quick and pleasant. Also, an open kitchen, such as the one at 3800 ocean, is always a plus!"

"The view of the beach and ocean is the best part about dining at 3800 Ocean. The menu isn't very inventive, but the items are consistently good, and the portions are quite large. We've had the caesar salad (a bit too much dressing), tomato bisque (love the grilled cheese croutons), chicken (very moist), pastas (large but not sure if they are freshly made), and steak (a generous cut). The sides are also very generous. The wine list is perfectly adequate, with plenty of options by the glass in the $10-$16 range."

"We dined at 3800 Ocean multiple times while staying at the Marriott Palm Beach Singer Island Resort & Spa. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but for some reason, changes its name in the evening (during the day, it is called Ocean Grille). The portions are substantial, if a bit uninspired, and focus on fresh seafood. The menu doesn't list the origins of the ingredients (including the fish), but presumably most are local. The servers are pleasant, and try to be accommodating, but aren't overly knowledgeable about the menu items."

"The restaurant advertised a lavish brunch which is what we went expecting. We almost left when we discovered they did not have one. We decided to just have appetizers there and we were happy we did. The carrot/ginger soup was divine and the view of the ocean is exquisite! The steel drum player below added just the right touch!"

"Great quality of tuna in the "poke"! Loved the cauliflower puree with roasted cauliflower. Scallop dish was perfectly cooked. Wonderful, knowledgeable waiter. Could have ordered anything from the menu!"

"The food was extraordinary and the table service was excellent; however, the atmosphere was not conducive to "fine dining." It was so noisy that we had difficulty conversing. Pop music playing from an amped up sound system in the adjacent (separated only by a partition) bar & lounge created a jarring note, and the chaos created by nearby tables with tired, crying and complaining tots was an extremely negative factor. The beachfront is not visible at night, but a great view can be enjoyed during daylight hours."
