Food and service amazing
Very beautiful location.
The prices are too high for the quality of the food.
Most of the dishes are super expensive and not satisfying.
Birthday celebration for husband and Daughter. Food and service consistently excellent
Not bad. Not worth the price but was very enjoyable and wonderful time for a date. Food was rather good but was lacking some “umph”. Waiters were nice and friendly.
Worst service ever!
Drinks always late we set and first round of drinks were served after 2 courses. Same for the 2nd and 3rd round. Then we had a omakase we decided to order an extra spicy tuna roll while waiting for the roll they came with our dessert we had the roll served after the dessert actually were on the table at the same time for a 450 dollars meal you expect a better service. Zuma in Miami London Mayfair and Rome as well Roka in London and Etauru in Hallandale are way way better this is. Poor service actually horrible
took a client out for lunch and we both ordered the omakase. We waited 20 minutes for our dessert after our last savory course but was reassured by staff that it was coming out soon. We waited another 5 mins, and decided to just get the check and leave especially since my business client had enough of waiting and being assured the dessert was coming out. Not sure what the hold up was but it should not have taken 20-25 minutes to bring out the dessert after our last course.
I had a great time!!
Thank you very much!!
Our server, Christina, was great! I always enjoy dining at Zuma.
Very good recommend it highly. Informal and interesting
Great meal and ambience, but never inexpensive. Service exceptional!
Our waitress was very polite and I formative. The interior decor was gorgeous.
I always recommend Zuma! One of a kind experience! tasting menu is to die for
We went there for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner and it was amazing! Our waiter Kong was super attentive and nice! He knew my boyfriends name as well was which was very thoughtful and made our dinner even more special! Will defiantly recommend and be back on another special occasion!
Great food, great service, awesome ambiance! Totally worth it.
Huge, noisy ,expensive--good for the expense crowd
Very zen like environment. Impressive stone work walls. Service was helpful, food was good but less than we expected.
The restaurant is beautiful. Food excellent. I had very slow service, forgetting an appetizer and keeping it on the bill, not getting everyone’s main courses at the same time. Unfortunate
Great atmosphere, food was pretty good but not out of this world for the price, which is hefty. You’re paying for the ambiance.
I was impressed with the venue (wood, metals features ) love the plates. I was however not wowed by the menu. I visited for lunch during restaurant week, very limited choices.
Reserved at Zuma for a Restaurant Week lunch and our table was still trying to decide on how our overall impression of the place met our expectations. First order of business is that this place is decidedly on the pricy side. You might expect this at a midtown outpost though. The $26 Restaurant Week lunch morfed into $46 since dessert was not included ($10 supplement) and several of the appys and entrees also had $10 supplements. The upside was that there were $10 offerings of wine and sake. However, cold sake in a wine glass? This was a first. The salmon and Wagyu beef entrees were first rate and the dumpling appys were just so so. Service was friendly, attentive but not intrusive. I would consider giving them a revisit as for this visit the jury is still out.
Service is not bad
Food is normal not special (restaurant week)
We always come back to Zuma if we are in NY
We love this place and the food.
Always a safe bet
Zuma is a gorgeous restaurant. The food was delicious, great menu. The service was great. Can't wait to go back.
I enjoyed their food as well as service as always. I would come back again and again.
Food, cocktails and service all amazing.
They should not have joined Restaurant Week if they were going to offer the least Zuma has to offer, in selection or quantity.
Good good good
Beautifully prepared food in an outstanding setting. Be prepared for an expensive meal if you go outside Restaurant Week lunch. Smallish portions.
table was too small for 3 with so many dishes
not all the dishes were as successful. I do not recommend the dumplings.
Came for a business lunch and was seated at the sushi bar when I requested a table. Sushi is amazing but they brought out everything at once and forgot my drink. Probably just a busy day but still for the price you pay you should expect better service. I’m only writing this review because it’s the second time for lunch I was disappointed. Dinner with drinks has been much better overall.
The restaurant was pretty good and the service was great!
However I was surprised that we had wooden chopsticks to eat, considering the price point and the atmosphere!
The whole experience from reception to end of service was great.
The food was good but nothing exceptional. Too expensive for the quality
Lovely atmosphere. The space is actually gorgeous. Quality of food was just fair. For the price, we would not go back.
Food was amazing!! Sushi rolls were fresh and tasty, great ambiance and service was on point. Great experience will be back! Beautiful restaurant.
Had an amazing anniversary here. Zuma made everything really great, great staff, great food and the tasting menu was off this world.! My girlfriend was super happy and very surprised by the quality of food and staff. Really recommend it
