So so disappointed with the quality of food and service! So not worth it
Amazing food. Service was great!
Post pandemic food was not great… had to send the spider roll back, didn’t taste great nor the salmon roll or Calimari
My rose petal lychee Martin was laughable they put a tiny rose bud in it floating like a fly in the soup. Had to remix drinks also - used to love this place. I think it will take a while to get their kitchen and mixologist back to their standard
We enjoyed our experience and would like to say we were impressed with the service which was accommodating and attentive with a perfect balance of warm hospitality. The food was delicious as always with only exception of black cod which we normally have this time it came slightly on a dry overcooked side but it might have been an exception. We loved the birthday surprise and the cocktails as well as the whole host of other entrees.
Very cold, tha A/C was really low, and we were uncomfortable the whole meal. It seemed they wanted us out really fast
Our first time and absolutely loved it pricey but amazing food service and ambiance!!!!!
Birthday dinner, was excellent as always.
They tell you dishes but Not prices. I was hosting. I almost flipped bill for two with tip
Almost 500 .00. They offers truffles. Lobster anc should advise pricing.
Omg best restaurant in New York!! Def coming back!
Cannot believe I just found this place, as good as if not better than Nobu and Bondst. Great meal, excellent service.
Food was good! Our servers were really nice!!!!
Me encantó ‼️
We loved the food, it always delivers and our son loves everything even though he is only 7 but will tuck into tuna tartare, black cod, tempura prawns, we all loved the dishes. The ambience is festive which is also great, the only thing we would say that the service was tad rushed but understandable given the restrictions. We cannot wait to go back.
I am so disappointed with our experience at Zuma! The service was TERRIBLE. I have sent an email explaining our experience and am yet to recieve a response
Muy buen restaurante.
Gran ambiente y excelente comida.
Chilean sea bass lo mejor
Zuma embodies the meaning of exceptional dining. Three days later, I vividly recall the incredible meal that I enjoyed. I fear that the sushi has changed me forever -- everything else will appear subpar. Encourage someone in your party to order the cod entree. It is worth every savory bite. The wine list is not to be overlooked. The variety complements each dish. I look forward to my next visit! Well done.
Amazing! Felt like we were back in pre covid times. Sushi was exceptional as was the service.
They changed the menu to q very small menu, not as good as it use to be. Also we had 4 different servers the whole time we were there, not good!
poco asesoramiento como recomendacion de las comidas
Food was good but was seated next to the elevator that was sending out a very annoying buzzing noise every time it was used.
Entrees came at different times, about 10-15 minutes after my date’s dinner came.
Excellent service. Beautiful. Food was amazing. The steak melts in your mouth.
Took a friend out for a last supper. It was amazing food and service. P
I’ve been to several other Zuma’s and sadly nyc doesn’t compare. Food is very low quality. Our service when we were there was so poor. We called to say we are running a couple of minutes late and lady said she will note of it but can only hold table for 15 mins. We actually got there on time, got seated but waited at least 30 mins to get any attention. We have to wave at another waitress to get our order in. Every dish that came out was missing something and had to ask for something like soy sauce, wasabi, spoon etc. This was my 2nd time at this location, the 1st time was a fail as well and thought to give it a 2nd chance, but unfortunately didn’t redeem itself.
Excellent experience, highly recommend
Love this restaurant!
Zuma changed a lot . It was my last visit . Food was ok , nothing special , service was ok , not the place for Friday night .
One of our favorite restaurants in NY! Amazing food (lobster, steak & Chilean Seabass were phenomenal) and best lychee martinis I’ve ever had...so much better than its competitor Nobu...it’s pricey but worth it!
Poor service so so food. Not like it used to be pre-pandemic
Amazing! Food and service was outstanding as always
I came here to celebrate my birthday with a friend. Due to Covid the restaurant closes at 10. Our reservations were for 8:30pm. As soon as we were seated, we were told that the kitchen was closing in ten minutes. Everything else was great. The food, drinks and service were good, but we did feel very rushed. I feel like I have to go again to really get the full experience.
Wow it was super amazing first time ever having dinner at this place super sad it was the last day to dine in for us cause of COVID hope they open soon can’t wait to go back!!!
I’ve been coming to zuma for 3 years now and everytime im met with every expectation I have and they exceed it.
Fantastic food as always, the fish in NYC and the vibe is good, background music was awesome.
Wonderful experience as always at Zuma. Great food, better drinks, wonderful team.
good food, not their fault but covid hinders the usual liveliness
This use to be one of my favorite places. I couldn’t wait to dine here after they reopened. I craved this place during quarantine and was so disappointing. My Boyfriend and I come here regularly and miss the way things were. Maybe it’s due to the fact that they just reopened and need to get back into the groove of things but the ambiance is off as well the food came out late and not in order. I hope they really get it together because I love it there. The waiter did the best he could with the kitchen being backed up.
Just perfect.....the service, food and experience was captivating
