Will for sure be back! The food was so good, and our waiter was the best.
My birthday with family!
Amazing, great food and good customer service
The restaurant is very originally decorated and the food is always excellent.
Esperienza unica. Locale veramente bello e cibo di qualità. Ottimo menu e buon vino. Personale gentile è disponibile.
My Friend’s Birthday
The food is wonderful !!!!
Zuma never disappoints, our favorite is the signature tasting menu, all dishes are amazing in flavor and execution.
Service was bad,very bad(((((
Great Japanese food with kick of modern twists. Drink is excellent. It is pricy but quality of food is more than you expect from this type of bar oriented place.
Business dinner, food was just ok, overpriced and the service was horrendous
Excellent food served with style and grace by very helpful staff. This is a spectacular restaurant interior, and always impressive to our visitors (we live in Murray Hill). I would recommend Zuma to anyone bringing a group for a leisurely dinner.
I love sushi and robata and Zuma has it all. It reminds me of Roka Akor in Chicago which is in our top 10 restaurants in the USA. It is "modern Japanese" and the food and ambience is spectacular!! I highly recommend!!
We started with a carafe of sake which was smooth and complimented the meal. We ordered
Suzuki no sashimi- amazing
Grilled octopus skewers-tender and tasty
Shishito peppers-way too spicy so we sent them back
Hotate no ume shiso mentaiko yaki-delicious
We had a roll too which we loved
Waitress was super lovely and so was the manager who took the shishito peppers off the bill
$125 plus tip and it was worth it!!
I sat at the sushi bar last night and enjoyed a glass of the snow maiden sake. The sommelier was very personable and helped me choose what I was in the mood for.
I went upstairs to the bar to check it our and it’s very happening! This is an awesome hang!!
This was an unexpectedly spectacular surprise for that part of town. One dish was better than the next !
Todo espectacular !! La comida deliciosa, el servicio de primera, la ambientación súper !!!
A better version of Nobu. Exceptional service with a vast selection of creative asian dishes and top shelf sushi. Pricey - best for corporate dining.
Always a great place for a business meal-- perfectly executed, good food, exceptional service.
Zuma is genuinely one of my favorite places in the city. Definitely go, especially if you are celebrating a birthday. The dessert platter is incredible.
We love sushi and robata and Zuma has it all. It reminds me of Roka Akor in Chicago which is in our top 10 restaurants in the USA.
Zuma is a cool and classy hang and the food is spectacular!!
We highly recommend!!
Great food but a hurried experience- always annoying when you are told as being seated - by when your table needs to clear.
Nice good and delusion
Some of the best and freshest Sushi in the city. Great venue/setting. Service can be slow.
The food was excellent
Had a great time but had to wait awhile before being seated. We made a reservation but had to wait a full hour because I added an extra person when we arrived. Then we were still squeezed in a 5 seat table when that could have been done in the first place. The manager did apologize and gave us a few complimentary appetizers which was appreciated. We all enjoyed our meals and will definitely go back. It was my sisters birthday and she loved the food as well. The overall experience was nice and plan on having lunch there next week.
Love everything the peoples the food the athmosphere the food the restroom too. Stunning experience
Really great food, but super slow service. Took 30 mins for us to even get water, and then another 15 mins later to put in our order.
I am a vegan and the waiter was extremely helpful and accommodating. There were so many delicious vegan options!
First time to Zuma and could immediately tell upon walking in we were in for a treat. If you like high ceiling, modern but with lots of wood and beams, you will like the decor within Zuma. Service and food come out "in the sequence" that you order, so highly recommend you sweep through the entire menu so you don't overlap your selections and don't over order because your eyes will want to order "everything"....;-). Service was outstanding given the rotational support provided by various servers and cleaners, etc. We were visited by the Manager and Asst Manager which is always pleasant to know they really care.
Sushi and Sashimi quality is "A+" for freshness and quality (Uni looked like Santa Barbara or Cali Uni for example). Toro and Choturo were "on the menu" as well.
Highly recommend sampling various "Robato" skewered delights as an appetizer prior to Sushi and Sashimi not the other way around given that you want to save room for Sushi and Sashimi .
Fully enjoyed this dining experience from start to finish.
One of the best gastronomic experiences I’ve ever had!
Es war leider nicht das selbe Erlebnis wie in Abu Dabi. Leider kein Vergleich und dafür einfach viel zu teuer!
Service was very bad - our diner did not have good manners in service and overall seemed that wanted to get rid of us as fast as possible to next clients. Immediatky brought the check even though we were not done with food!
The food was great and the ambiance too! We’ll return for sure.
Only disappointment was that even though I had a reservation booked and on time, I have to waited 35 more minutes for a table.
Our table was too close to other tables, I could hear the conversation from my left and right sides even if they whispered. I do not intend to come back there in this kind of ambience. I Prefer to go to Nobu, where they have comparable creative Asian food, but with more privacy.
Everything was great from drinks to dessert!
Highly recommend m!!
Sean, one of the manager was extremely courteous. Our server, Kevin was very helpful in identifying allergens in our food as I’ve a child with allergies.
Very creative menu and a beautiful place, big and bold. Great service, highly attentive. A tad pricey to be sure but very good.
