We chose this place to celebrate my 65 bithday. I am a wine collector, and had a bottle picked out for precisely this evening (I had two 1990 bottles left and the other one was for my wife's 65th, in six months ) We had chosen the restaurant on the basis of a prior experience with their omakase menu, shortly after they opened, which had featured extraordinaryly good food. Alas, that is a thing of the past. This is now a tourist trap, with common, unimaginative, even cheap, food, (two items had "truffle oil" in it) Our server, Tiny, was delightful; but not even she could prevail on her besuited supervisor to relax the no-corkage rule (of which we were ignorant) for a 65th birthday, just one bottle, just an old couple. What a pity! We ended up ordering an $85 bottle, on which they probably made $60. Why, oh why, couldn't we pay $60 for corkage and drink our wine? It would surely have made the dinner less atrocious. Corporate tourist trap, that is the reason. It cost me $400, dinner for two: you can have the same at sushi maki for $100

tasting; It was amazing though!

Food was amazing. We asked server to just bring our group a bunch of things, and everything was incredible. Ambience was odd because the lighting was really bright - seemed out of character for a sushi restaurant - but the food more than made up for it.

I booked through the Open Table April 8th at 10 PM, when I arrived the attendant treated me bad and said that I was not finding my reservation, I showed my APPS reservation on my cell phone and she told me that what I was showing did not existed, I showed the email of the reservation confirmation and she did not like what she saw, put me at a very bad table, in the service we ordered the tasting menu premium, after 20min the waiter informed us that there was more availability and offered a menu suggestion with a price close to the tasting menu, it was a disappointment, it was the fourth time I went to Zuma, this time it was very bad We will not be returning, the price is the quality not compensated this time and I will not run the risk of what happens. Would not recommend it more.

The food was really good! Probably the best place to eat in Miami. The service didn’t impress at all: had to look around for a while to have someone fill out water glasses etc.

We booked a table at 8.30pm for our daughter’s Birthday. The restaurant was very crowded, especially around the bar.
We waited more than half an hour to finally get a table.
The food was excellent, we must confess.
No attention at all for our daughters’birthday.
It is a crowded, noisy, trendy place without any service or attention.
Never again..... sorry.....

It’s stay at the Epic hotel. The service was fatastic, all the crew were nice and attentive with us. The ambiance is cool and cozy at same time. We noticed a lot of businesses dinners and family around. Nice view for the canal or bay. We took the signature’s taste menu to try all the plates for our first time. We were afraid because it contemplates 5 courses, which we tought it would be tiny and restric, but contrary we tought, we ate a LOT! The variety was amazing, including cold, hot dishes and dessert. The price it’s not so light ($115 each) but for sure was a special night.

Cibo ottimo. Locale non particolarmente curato e molto rumoroso. Servizio discutibile: i piatti sono usciti a caso per cui qualcuno aveva già finito e altri dovevano ancora cominciare a mangiare

Restaurant is very busy did not see any empty tables around us so reservations are a must.

We eat out in Miami a few times a week. We were at nobu less than a week ago and the food there was comparable in price but so much better. If I’m going to one of the more expensive restaurants in Miami, I feel like every bite should be amazing. The food isn’t horrible but you can get the same quality by going to many of the other less expensive restaurants in the area. It’s a cool location and maybe that’s what you’re paying for. I’d chose Komodo over Zuma if you’re looking for atmosphere/quality sushi in brickell.

I was told that Zuma brunch at their Miami restaurant was amazing. I was very disappointed, the food wasn’t good enough, now the quality and flavours. It’s located in a fancy hotel but the decoration and the ambiance wasn’t what I expected. Looks quite cheap and noisy. I’ve been to Zuma in London and the experience is completely different, the place, decoration, food and service is top ten. I was hoping Zuma Miami to be the same but is completely opposite, seemed to be a completely different restaurant. Very disappointed

Zuma is first class all the way. The food was great & this is not just a sushi house. There is something here for all tastes. The spicy lobster miso soup, the fatty tuna sushi, to the grilled asparagus was all fantastic.
