Zuma Japanese Restaurant - Miami
the menu is comprehensive and alluring. dishes are authentic but not traditional with bold, intense flavors and an emphasis on simple presentation acquired through quality ingredients. izakaya style means that dishes are designed to be shared at the table.

Outstanding dinner experience’nn
Just to pay for parking 15 min. Then waiting 20 more minutes do your car. Uber there
Outstanding. Three world-class options to choose from; Robata Grill, Zuma Kitchen and Sushi Bar. Starters, the Gyu no tataki to truffle, Beef tenderloin skewers with shishiti peppers, lobster miso and Soft shell crab tempura. Main, signature grilled tenderloin, black cod in hoba leaf, grilled mushrooms and a asparagus. Rolls, shrimp tempura, four fish maki and unagi. Save room for dessert, Green tea/banana cake and chocolate lava cakes. Minuses, auto tip for all tables, service well deserving but quickly adds up with several drinks.
Get the tasting menu, fabulous food, so many courses, things you can't get elsewhere!
Nos dieron una mesa en la entrada junto al bar porque me dijeron que no habíamos hablado para reservar en el salón principal, nunca me había pasado algo así reservando con open table! Se me hace increíble que te traten así!!
The host, doorman, server and bus boys are all super quick and efficient.
The food was delicious and fresh.
The decor is a bit outdated. The chairs are peeling and need to be reupholstered badly. A bit of a turn off.
Overall satisfied and will be back!
Zuma is always a top notch experience
We requested not to be in the lounge area because the tables are low and small. Was told that since we made our reservation thru openable that we would have to take what ever table was available. I did not know that this was the case otherwise i would’ve made a reservation direct
Tiny was fab !
Food was fabulous. Manager came over to meet us.
Extremely pleasant staff, great and tasty food and beautiful ambiance. Definitely a high recommendation to anyone looking for a great evening out.
Fantastic food experience
Birthday for my daughter. Overall experience was excellent. The drinks took a little longer than normal.
Food is amazing, I am a big Zuma fan have been to most of the restaurants around the world. Best sushi, Robabta grilled food. The service is excellent and the restaurant has a unstuffy casual vibe.
Everything was better than average, except for the price and the horrible and disturbing noise (music?) that makes it very difficult to have a civilized conversation.
My new favorite Japanese restaurant !! Amazing service.
Always great food and a lot of fun. Love the terrace as the view is spectacular and always comfortable.
Definitely a must if you are around Zuma in Miami, or try it in another city. May be just as outstanding on all counts!!!
Worst experience ever! Horrible service, never coming back food was good but ok
The food was excellent but truthfully I was not blown away. The sea bass was tasty but slightly overcooked and the cod dumplings were not so delicious. However, Overall very satisfied.
The food is excellent. However, it remains the same as always. The seems to be no change to what we had like 3-4 years ago. The chef could add new creations. Price is very high.
Everything is amazing as always!
Slow waiter, amazing food and drinks
Excellent food and service. Expensive but acceptable for quality and service.
"I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friend's home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Everyone loved the cocktails and food Service was well-timed and friendly, a little pricey but worth the visit!
Been here more than 100 . You never go wrong .
We had the tasting menu. Our bill for two people plus a bottle of Sake was $550. However, the food and sake were OUTSTANDING. MY Philosophy is if there is a tasting menu, get it, the food is normally outstanding. Zuma did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal and presented beautifully.
Nice seeing... Great food and inventive drinks.... Great service
Llegar excelente y la comida el SERVICO es lento y hay que estar persiguiendo al mesero por qué tardan horas en aparecer por la mesa
Honestly the worst Zuma from the collection. Noisy is impossible to hold a conversation. Food wasn’t as we know from other Zuma restaurants and the ambient too casual with guests wearing shorts and flip-flops
We had the Seasonal Omakase tasting menu. It was very nice with a few great surprises. We had it about a year ago and the desert then was much better. Also, the risotto was better last time. Overall it was good, but was a little better a year ago.
Excellent meal. Service impecable. Zuma never disappoints.
The service was impeccable. The food was of high quality. The fish is always very fresh!!!
Zuma has been around a long time now.
Always packed, layout is odd, service is
spotty and if you’re inside the noise is
bothersome. The food was good, however,
they need a refresh. The cache it had when it opened is not there anymore.
The experience of Seasonal Menu is amazing. Incredible food in a very energetic ambiance. Service is excellent and staff is cordial. The price, however, is a bit over the edge. USD 610 for a 2-persons dinner is really good expensive considering we had 2 glasses (not bottles) of wine.
Price is going up and quality going down. Have been there many times and noticed this trend in the last couple of dinners.
Excellent experience! Will visit again!
Awesome meal. Waiter pushed family style and it was a good call to try all of the different dishes. The drinks were great, though a little small. Lychee martinis! Yum. And the sparkling sake was delicious. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. We started with one waiter. He was great. Then they switched us to another waiter, who was totally MIA. We asked to be switched back to the first waiter and then the service got back on track. I would definitely go back to Zuma when I'm back in Miami.
